Personally, I like Biosilk oil... mid-priced but a little bit goes a long way.

Yeah that's about right, but if I use it twice a week, it lasts a couple months--I have shoulder length-pretty thick hair.

Do it, you will not be sorry. And the price is great. They sell these itty bitty packets at Sally Beauty Supply for half that amount and you only get one treatment.

I'd also recommend hot oil treatment from the same brand, or the Hask Placenta and Henna treatment.
