Washington has some really strict rules about client to hca ratio. his facility specializes in Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. His first day at work he got punched in the face. But hey, $10 an hour. He loves his job, hates the set up. When he did in home care he got to get to know clients and do special stuff for them.
