Washington has some really strict rules about client to hca ratio. his facility specializes in Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. His first day at work he got punched in the face. But hey, $10 an hour. He loves his job, hates the set up. When he did in home care he got to get to know clients and do special stuff for them. (He had one client who loved pork) but his schedual was always changing making us well off one month, then scraping change the next. It isn't a field that attracts the most industrious and loving of individuals.
