New York — The genius to the left is Hubert Blackman – he recently filed a lawsuit against Las Vegas Exclusive Personals, an escort service, claiming one of the dancers they provided ripped him off, leaving him traumatized and suffering from a crippling psychotic disorder.

Blackman apparently hired the stripper/hooker while vacationing in Vegas back in December. After shellin’ out $155 for a lap dance, he further padded her wallet with another $120 for an unspecified sex act…an act he says she solicited. According to him, she did not remain with him the entire hour for which she was paid, leaving after only thirty minutes. Blackman called the escort service the next morning and demanded a refund, explaining he was incapable of making an informed agreement with the stripper the night before because he was drunk. When they essentially laughed in his face, he called the cops.

Metro police listened to his story and gently reminded him that prostitution is illegal in Vegas and he could be arrested for such conduct. To rub a little salt in the wound, they recommended he contact the Better Business Bureau. *snicker* Blackman ultimately returned to New York minus $275.

The 22-year-old college student, sans lawyer, filed the necessary paperwork in New York City on January 3, claiming that an “excort” he hired while in Vegas broke the law when she performed an “illegal sex act” on him. The event had “gotten happen” on December 17, 2010, he wrote. His reason for filing the lawsuit, other than the obvious, was because he “almost had gotten arrested.” When asked if he had sustained any injuries related to the alleged event, and whether medical treatment was necessary, Blackman answered, “I just need medical treatment on medical condition: psychotic disorder.”

When asked what he wanted the courts to do for him as far monetary compensation was concerned, Blackman responded, “I would like Court to close the business. I also would like to get my $275 payment back and a $1.8 million dollar verdict for the tragic event that happened.”
