WORTHINGTON, MN — Nathan James Ellingson, 33, is a 6’2”, shy, divorced father who’s looking for someone to share his life with. He is a homebody who does not get out much because of work and hates going home to an empty house. Family means a lot to him as he is very close with his own family. He’s a hard worker who considers himself a simple man and hopes to find a simple woman. Oh, and he also loves kids. It sure sounds like he is a good catch, doesn’t it?
On February 18, 2009, a man contacted the police claiming to have information about child pornography. He said he had located the pornography while repairing a computer for a friend of the family. Nathan Ellingson’s girlfriend gave the computer to the man to fix.
The computer, he explained, was owned by Ellingson. The man had discovered the pornography after Ellingson spilled clam chowder on the computer.
The man noticed that Ellingson had his own user file on the computer that was password-protected. While he was trying to install a program, he had to remove passwords from user files. He later noticed files that “looked like they shouldn’t be there.” The titles, he said, referred to ages of children. He opened one file and discovered a video of a young child having intercourse with an adult. After giving the information to authorities, the man turned over the laptop computer in question and attempted to show the officer the files in question. The officer took the computer, shut it off and placed it into evidence.
Several days later, Ellingson went to Prairie Justice Center (PJC) and asked to speak to an officer about the computer. After being read his rights, he agreed to talk. He allegedly said he had come into PJC to do the right thing. Ellingson admitted to accessing the Internet and downloading child pornography since he had moved to Worthington.
Ellingson said he moved in with his girlfriend after a fire destroyed his home in Chandler. After he moved to Worthington, he used a peer-sharing site to download the images and video. He saved them under different names, he said, so his girlfriend wouldn’t find them. He allegedly admitted he knew it was wrong to keep them and to continue to go back to look at them.
The last time he had looked at it, he said, was right before he spilled clam chowder on the computer and it froze up. He denied sending the pornography to anyone. After talking with Ellingson, the officer examined the seized laptop and found child pornography videos. He shut the computer down, and it will be turned over to a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force for the purpose of mirroring the hard drive to look for other child pornography. At Ellingson’s residence in Worthington, a second computer was seized with Ellingson’s consent and will be examined.
I believe he’s single again, so, for anyone interested in learning more about this diamond in the rough here are his Mypace, Fubar, and Datehookup pages. I caution you, though. Not only are his blogs and personality write-ups nauseating, they also gave me a migraine.
Nathan James Ellingson was charged with one count of possession of pictorial representations of minors, a felony that carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. His bullshit bond was set at $1,000, with conditions of release that include no contact with minors and no alcohol/controlled substance use. His next court appearance is scheduled for 9 a.m. March 10.

These people who download child pornography are repulsive enough, but when they are parents themselves, I really want to throw up. i’m happy to see this on the front page. this fucking pedo got caught because he spilled clam chowder! this must be the first time in history that a clam chowder mishap is sending someone to prison and guaranteed ass action – could this be any more awesome?
i hope he finds someone special to share his life with while he’s in prison. i’m sure he probably never imagined himself ending up as the bitch of a skinhead prison gang, but life can be funny like that.
that $1000 dollar bond was fucking ridiculous, and 5 years is not enough time for a child porn freak. i hope they add more charges after analysing the computers, and that he’ll be sent away for many decades and can enjoy a real long term relationship with Bubba. 5 years isn’t even enough of a penalty for being a moron who spills clam chowder on his laptop, much less anything else he’s done.
i HIGHLY recommend a visit to his myspace, especially the blogs. really, they are well worth it. this douchebag’s myspace is full of win and laughs, and there are some really intelligent conversations going on in the blogs.

Yuck. Worthington is my hometown. Grosses me out a LITTLE bit more when I think I might have crossed paths with this guy. Worthington is pretty much shithole in the middle of a cornfield, so I don’t go back unless I am forced to, so probably not. But even if this freak wasn’t from there, he is still a disgusting worthless piece of shit. I agree captainhowdy…I am so glad I don’t understand even one iota why in the hell someone would want to watch innocent children being used and hurt in that disgusting way. I hope someone looks into if he has done anything inappropriate with his own chldren. For their sake, I hope not. Lets hope he never took it to that level and that he was caught before he started acting out what is in his sick fantasies.

My father is a devout Christian, and a Republican, and ex-military (30 years) and an active volunteer Hospice and Habitat for humanity. He is one of the kindest, gentlest, and most heartfelt men I or anyone else has had the pleasure of knowing.
I, on the other hand, have too much of my mother in me, so FUCK YOU and your childish, immature, and twatwaffle comments.

for once in my life, i’d like to be a voice of reason. if there’s one thing to be learned from DD, it’s that sick fuck pedos come from all walks of life. conservative, liberal, christian, atheist, white, black, male, female…they’re all represented here. and whatever race, religion or gender they might be, they all deserve to fucking die. horrible, painful deaths. let’s remember what the real problem with the subjects who make the front page here.

Yeah… Instead of getting all up in arms over what was CLEARLY intended as a joke, how ’bout getting upset at Republican and Christian pedophiles? They’re the ones causing the issue.
That aside – Was it “bail” set at $1000? If his “bond” was set at $1000, that means his bail was actually $5,000 or $10,000, and the $1,000 was the 10% or 20% required as collateral. The terms “bail” and “bond” mean two different things and cannot be used interchangeably, but often are, which leads to confusion.
Of course, considering that there was no evidence that he manufactured any child porn or that he was preying on children, combined with the fact that he was fully cooperating, there’s really no reason to set a high bail. Yes, pedos are horrible, but valueable jail space should be reserved for those actively hurting people. I can’t really justify releasing a murderer or serial rapist out early to make room for a guy who had illegal pictures on his computer.

yeah, i see your point. i also do not want rapists and murderers out on the street, but $1000 or $10000 is still not much for some sicko who had videos of children being raped. i’d rather see this one in jail than someone who’s just there for possession or back child support.

They write about what may happen in the End Times, based on Biblical prophecies. They are, of course, fictional, but they are very interesting, good reads, and make you think about what the future holds for Christians and Non-Christians..
Just let me say Nathan Ellingson is not a Christian, he is an evil person hiding behind the Christian title, these type of people are the most evil, because they put on a persona of a good and trusting human and then *smack* hits you with vile and nasty things. But, people have been doing that for thousands of years…..Mmmm, brings to mind Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Jesus, then committed suicide, maybe Ol’ Nath will think about that…. Sick Assholery that he’s been involved in…. I hope the PoPo can find the addresses of the porn downloads and go after those sick “tards” soon….

Doing fine, thanks, but I appreciate your concern. As I stated previously, your comment was not immediately apparent to be an “ironic” one; more of a “moronic” one. Had it been obviously ironic, I would have “LOL” and quoted you and “well said”. Maybe I’m just not “with it” since
P did not warn me that the previous statement was irony. Since I am not the only one who missed that seemingly significant sign, I can only assume I’m not too far “out of it”.
I also stated that if it turned out to be misstated irony, I would take back my FUCK YOU, and so I do. I take it back because I am a man of my word.
Family, to me is everything, and when I percieve an insult (even over the net) or threat to my family, I defend it 110%. That’s how I am, and no amount childish “untwist your panties” or “douche-goggle” comments will ever change that.
