Taking The Plunge...

I only recently found the dreamin demon, yet I've already forgotten how I found it. Nevermind, fact stands that I did, and I was hooked pretty instantly. I have a pretty dark and sick sense of humour, the comments make me laugh, and I want to hang around for more.

I'm 31, from the UK, no kids, just a dog, cat, and parrot. No, the dog is not a pit, and has so far refrained from eating my face.

I don't know what else to say really, except that I was a support worker for adults with learning difficulties and a psychology student up until last year, when I stupidly took a legal high and tipped into a drug-induced psychosis. Don't fuck with that shit, it will fry your brain. If only I'd found the Demon a year before... Least I didn't try to eat anyone.

Still, trip to insanity was a relatively brief one, now I'm spending a lot of time fucking around on the internet inbetween rebuilding my life.

No, the one I took was called Dust til Dawn, chemically similar to cocaine. There is a veritable cornucopia of legal highs available now. I rarely dabble in drug use, since too much weed makes me paranoid and I already have recurrent depressive disorder. But a friend had used it without problems, and recommended it since we were planning a wild weekend, to lift me out of a depressive slump. Which it did very well! Right into a manic psychosis and into hospital... so maybe a little too well.

Research into the legal highs is still pretty unclear, but psychosis is now a known risk factor. I just count myself lucky that since mine was drug-induced, it only lasted three months, and left with no further symptoms.

here I keep telling myself I'm going to go on a wild drug binge when I retire bc I won't have to work as much about drug tests and all that bs.... then I read stuff like this....LOL thank you for persuading me not to Peruse that drug binge. Oh yeah and welcome to the Demon!

The only drug I ever tried made me puke for hours, my one and only foray into being a drug addict, sobered me right up, now pain pills make me puke, so I really hope to never have much pain! Anyway
