A baby boy from Staten Island was riddled with fentanyl and cocaine in his system when he died more than two months ago, police and sources said Wednesday — as his death was ruled a homicide.

Sakani Kamagate was just 16 months old when he was discovered unconscious on a bed inside his home in St. George just after 4 a.m. Feb. 20, authorities said.

His father called 911 and EMS brought the child to Richmond University Medical Center, where he died.
There were no obvious signs of trauma at the time.

The NYPD announced Wednesday that Kamagate’s death has been ruled a homicide.

An investigation revealed that the young boy died of acute intoxication of fentanyl and cocaine, police sources said.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing, cops said.
