Man Charged With Sexual Abuse Against 2 Minors

"Michael Scott Isensee, 40, faces charges of six counts of first-degree sexual abuse, second-degree unlawful penetration and first-degree attempted rape.

Isensee was arrested by Salem Police officers on May 7 and taken to Marion County Jail. His bail is set at $400,000.

According to court documents, Isensee is accused of sexually abusing a victim, who was under 14 at the time, on two separate occasions between May 2015 and May 2020.

He is also accused of sexually abusing — and on one occasion, attempting to rape — a second victim, who was under 14 at the time, on multiple occasions. The child was known to him, documents said."
