Police stopped the car and noticed the odor of suspected marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Officers learned that the driver, a Cleveland man, 24, was in possession of suspected narcotics, believed to be opium or a derivative of the drug. Police arrested the man on felony drug possession charges.
