Ex-Teacher Pleads No Contest For Sex With 8th Grader On His Graduation Day

Michelle Christine Solis, 46, pleaded no contest after being accused of having sex with her 14-year-old student on his graduation day in a locked classroom.

Leading up to the assault Solis sent the boy explicit photos of herself on Instagram.

Police investigated the relationship after the photos circulated in the Gridley community in October 2023. Solis was arrested the next month.

Solis will be required to registered as a sex offender.
