Four Arrests Made In Connection To Mob Beating Of Man In Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD - Police have arrested a total of four suspects in connection to the videotaped beating of a tourist in downtown Baltimore during the St. Patrick’s Day weekend.
For those of you living under a rock, a video was posted online last month that showed an unidentified man getting his ass handed to him by a rowdy mob. The victim, who was clearly drunk off his ass, can be seen getting surrounded by a group of people when 20-year-old Aaron Parsons reaches in and takes something out of the victim’s pocket. When the victim walks after him, Parsons cold-cocks him.
While laying on the sidewalk wondering what the hell happened to him, a mob of people descend on him delivering a volley of punches and kicks while robbing him and stripping him of his clothing. The entire time, onlookers simply laugh and film the assault.
The video of the attack quickly went viral — mostly because of the brutality of the video and the fact that the victim is white and his attackers were black.…

Sacramento, CA – When I posted the video of a FOX news crew being attacked by a mob of mourners outside a California IHOP, I only did so because it was a slow news day. Also, I thought the chick in green was the most annoying person ever and the way reporter John Lobertini used his mic against the angry crowd was hilarious. He was like a fairy waving a wand.
I didn’t have much of an opinion on it because I didn’t know what words were exchanged between the crew and the crowd that had gathered at an impromptu memorial for a man that had been shot and killed there earlier that day.
But I did think that at least some of those people involved would be charged with dragging camerawoman, Rebecca Little, to the ground by her hair and then kicking her while she was down. But to date that has not happened and a growing number of people want to know why — including the people who started the obligatory Facebook Page.
Sacramento police say their hands are tied as this is a misdemeanor case and if the victims don’t want to press charges, what are they supposed to do?…

Sacramento, CA – Want to see what happens when a news crew intrudes on an impromptu memorial for a man who got killed in an IHOP parking lot? You’re in luck. The following is raw video of some angry mourners attacking reporter John Lobertini and photographer Rebecca Little yesterday as they, along with other news crews, were covering the shooting death of a 27-year-old man earlier that day.
Not really a vicious attack, but had it not been for some level heads you could see how that could have turned out a lot worse than it did. John Lobertini really needs to go take some fighting classes or something. The way he wielded that microphone reminded me of the way some little girls throw when playing softball.…

Chicago -- One down, four to go. It only took 30 minutes for a jury to find a 15-year-old guilty of first-degree murder for his role in the beating death of 16-year-old Derrion Albert who had gotten caught up in a fight between gangs from two neighborhoods. A punch thrown by the defendant is the one that knocked Albert to the ground before an angry mob kicked, punched, stomped and hit Albert in the head with a wooden plank. Albert would die later in the hospital from head injuries. All of this was captured on another teen’s cell phone; the video broadcasted worldwide (watch a censored version here). This teen was the youngest of the five teens charged and hopefully his verdict is a good indicator of how the other four trials will turn out. After the verdict was read, the teen collapsed in his chair with tears streaming down his face. This was in contrast to his attitude during the trial according to Albert’s family. “He’s been very obtuse throughout this whole thing, and I believe he thought that he couldn’t be found guilty, so I think it was an act,” said Albert’s grandfather.…

Cleveland - A 73-year-old man and his 51-year-old friend became angry at a group of teenagers loitering in front of his driveway. The teens didn’t appreciate it and started to become more aggressive, so the two men got in a car and drove down the street to a nearby market to call police. While the 51-year-old was in the store, the mob of teens had followed them to the location and began beating on the elderly man inside the car. They drug him out and on to the ground and began punching, kicking and stomping him. When his friend exited the store he tried to intervene but received the same treatment. Even if he did get beat, I still thought the guy was kinda badass. He just walks out and grabs one of the teens beating his friend. But there is really no way I could accurately describe the viciousness of the attacks, and luckily I don’t have to do so. A surveillance camera outside of the store caught the entire thing. AUSTIN, Texas — David Rivas Morales, 40, died after being beaten by an angry mob in an apartment complex parking lot. Morales was a passenger in a car being driven by a man known as Victor. Both men painted for a living and Victor was dropping Morales off at Morales sister’s apartment when he accidentally struck a child, Michael Hosea Jr., when he turned in to the parking lot.
It was at this point that Victor got out to check on the child and was confronted by several men who proceeded to attack him. Morales got out of the car and attempted to protect Victor when the crowd turned on him instead. As the driver ran away, possibly up to 20 people beat Morales to death, punching, kicking and smashing his head into the pavement. Police are having problems identifying the attackers as the parking lot and surrounding area were flooded with participants of Juneteenth celebration, a city-sponsored festival which commemorates Texas slaves getting the word that they had been freed.…
