This is a weird and tragic story, and it's a good guess the shooters were connected to the victims in some way. :(

Around 11 pm, two hooded men [edited to add: according to a witness, they were two men in hoodies] entered a home hosting a gender reveal party and opened fire on those present, including several children. One woman was killed outright, the woman carrying the baby whose gender had been revealed was shot in the thigh and miscarried (the baby died), three children sustained non-life-threatening injuries, as did the other adults who were shot. The men fled immediately after the shooting. The woman who lost her life was named Autum Garrett.

I'm thinking it is most likely an ex-boyfriend, or scorned lover of some kind. Either of the pregnant woman who was doing the gender reveal, or the one woman who was shot badly enough to have died.

A pregnant woman was shot and lost her baby after gunmen opened fire on her gender reveal party.

Seven others, including three children, were also shot at the party in Cincinnati, Ohio, at around 11pm on Saturday night.

Another woman died at the scene. Other relatives said her husband was shot in the head. Neither has been named by police.

Survivors later told how two gunmen burst through the front door of the house and opened fire on the group.



Hours earlier, the mother-to-be - who is called Cheyanne White - according to her social media profile - learned she was expecting a baby boy.

She thanked all of her friends and family online for helping her celebrate the special occasion before the party took a tragic turn.

Three children who were inside the home were injured and taken to hospital. None are thought to have suffered life threatening injuries.

As of Sunday morning, the gunmen had still not been caught. Police have not yet revealed whether the shooting was random or if the perpetrators knew their victims.
On Saturday night, officers from Colerain Township Police said they had a several leads.

Of the adults who survived, one woman was undergoing surgery on Saturday night.

Her relatives said she had been moved into an intensive care unit on Sunday and was expected to recover.

None of the victims have yet been identified.

That was her sister, they were aiming for Cheyanne obviously, don't think it as an ex just my opinion

I question the moral righteousness and quality of everyone at that party though. They had to know this woman was scum. I dont care if it was a relative, why hang around trash? Doesnt mean they deserved to have gotten shot up, but still, they all sound like a bunch of Ohio hick scumbag trash to me. Meh.

It's unfortunate this cheyenne bitch didnt die(any of em, anyone named cheyenne in this story deserves to die).
