McDonald’s Manager Fired After Punching Customer

ATLANTA, GA - A McDonald’s manager has been fired after punching a customer who came into the store with her two autistic children and a service dog.

Jennifer Schwenker was in the store with her twins and the dog when she was approached by Tiffany Denise Allen, an off-duty manager, who told her she could not have the dog in the restaurant.

Schwenker explained to Allen that Barkley (heh) was a service dog and was allowed in public places by federal law. She even offered to show Allen her permit for the dog. But as surveillance footage shows, Allen wasn’t interested and followed Schwenker around the store berating her.

When Schwenker begins leaving the store, she drops her drink on the floor and splashes Allen. You cannot see if the drop was on purpose or not, but either way, Allen gets PISSED. I think I see her yelling “Tiffany Angry! Tiffany Smash!” as her co-workers try to hold her back. Allen breaks free and charges after Schwenker where, off camera in the parking lot, she punches Schwenker in the face.…

Two Teens Labeled Sex Offenders For Life After Bullying Incident

New Jersey – Here’s a classic example of why some of us get a bit worried whenever laws named after children are passed. Two New Jersey teens were 14-years-old when they sat on the faces of 11-year-old and 12-year-old schoolmates, with their naked asses. Why? Because they are 14 and stupid. But because of Megan’s Law, these two teens will have to register as sex offenders for the rest of their lives.

One of the boys went to trial and the judge found him guilty of criminal sexual contact.  The law states an act is criminal sexual contact if it’s done for sexual gratification or to degrade or humiliate the victim and the judge felt the kid’s actions fit the bill. It probably didn’t help that at least one of the victims may have been unintentionally teabagged.

Because of the conviction and Megan’s Law, the boy will have to registered as a sex offender and will have to notify police of changes of address or employment for the rest of his life.…

Man Crashes Van Into Car Lot After They Refuse To Refund His Money

Portsmouth, N.H. – This one is a few days old, but screw it…it’s good. David Cross, 42, is looking at possible prison time after he took a van his wife had purchased the day before, and rammed six vehicles at the car lot it came from.

Cross was feeling like toasted shit after his wife purchased a van from Portsmouth Used Car Superstore. They had taken the van to a mechanic two hours after buying it and learned the odometer was broken and that it had been involved in a wreck. To top things off, their insurance company informed them they could not insure it because of the broken odometer.

So the following day, and under the advice of his mechanic, Cross took the van back to the car lot and tried to return it. No dice. The salesmen told Cross he was stuck with the van and there was nothing they would do to help him.

Feeling pissed and cheated, the unemployed father of three went home and stewed on the situation.…

Mother Charged With Killing Her Disabled Daughter

PLAINVIEW, N.Y. – A mother in has been charged with manslaughter in the death of her 8-year-old, disabled daughter. Police say she killed her daughter — in a way that I’m pretty sure we’ve never reported on before — before trying to kill herself.

Just hours before she was supposed to participate in her cousin’s wedding as a flower girl, Julie Cirella was found lying dead beside her unconscious mother, 30-year-old Veronica Cirella.

The mother and daughter were found in the basement of the home they shared, Julie laying dead on a mattress with Cirella laying beside her unconscious and a cord wrapped around her neck.

Cirella was taken to the Nassau University Medical Center and charged with manslaughter. Prosecutor say she purposely fed her daughter food she was allergic to then withheld her allergy medicine as she suffered an attack. Julie died from her throat closing as she went into anaphylactic shock

Victoria then tried to kill herself, but was less successful. They also claim Cirella left a note that said detailed her intentions to kill her daughter, who suffers from cerebral palsy, and that she “should die.” The girl’s father is currently in jail after violating an order of protection taken out by Veronica.…

Woman Accused Of Biting Off Man’s Eyebrow

STOCKTON, Calif. – We have had a lot of stories about people biting things off of other people here at D’D. Multiple stories of people biting off penises, tongues, ears, eyeballs, tits, cheeks, noses, nipples, lips..we have over 50 stories in the biting category alone. But today I think we have a new one. A California woman has been accused of biting off a man’s eyebrow.

Raymond Luna said he was trying to help his 16-year-old daughter who was being tagged teamed by a mother and her 20-year-old daughter in the parking lot of the apartments where they live.

That’s when Luna says the woman’s daughter jumped on him and bit off his eyebrow. “She jumped [on me],” he said. “She bit down on me. She actually hugged me and bit down, spit it out.”

Luna says they were unable to find the missing flesh (in the  video he informs the news crew they may be walking on it) and he will need reconstructive surgery because doctors couldn’t sew up the wound.…

Peeping Tom Caught On Camera Watching Teen Girls Change In Macy’s

Flint, MI – Police in Michigan sure would like to find the young man busted as he peered under the stalls at a Macy’s to catch a glimpse at two teen girls trying on prom dresses.

I’d like to thank him for one of the funniest pictures I’ve seen this week.

The two girls were in a Macy’s dressing room back in June trying on prom dresses and taking pictures of themselves. (*unzips pants*)

Later, when the two 14-year-olds (*zips pants back up*) were checking out the pictures they had taken, they realized they had captured a man watching the pair from underneath the stall doors.

“Our jaw dropped when we saw that someone was looking in on us,” said one of the teens. The two girls were dressed in the particular picture that captured the Peeping Tom, but obviously they weren’t always that way while inside the dressing room and that frightens both the girls and angers their parents.

“It makes me furious what he’s doing! He needs to be caught,” said one of the girls’ father who reported the incident to Macy’s and turned the photo over to to the police.…

Police Officer On Leave After Video Captures Him Verbally Abusing CCW Holder

Canton, OH — Judging by the almost 500,00 views of this following Youtube video, a lot of you have already heard about the incident in Canton, Ohio involving a cop going berserk on a man lawfully carrying a concealed weapon.

But for those of you unaware, a police cruiser’s dashcam was rolling as two police officers pull up behind a parked car containing a man in the backseat, a woman outside of the car and 52-year-old William Bartlett (pictured), who had a license to carry a concealed weapon.

Things start off badly with the cop in charge immediately identifying himself as one of those cops who loathes the people he swore to protect. But before I go any further, know that I do not hate cops. Not all of them, anyway. Most can tell you that I am a cop sympathizer. I take a lot of flack from Athena because I occasionally make excuses for cops involved in chases or scuffles that end with someone dead or Tased or homeowners who have their pets killed after a SWAT team bursts into the wrong home.…

Couple Arrested After Missing NC Woman Found Dismembered In Texas

Raleigh, NC – Police have arrested a man and his wife after a woman who went missing in North Carolina was found dismembered in a Texas creek.

Laura Ackerson was last scene on July 13 dropping her two young boy off at their father’s Raleigh apartment. She was to pick them up two days later but her ex, 32-year-old Grant Hayes, says she never showed up at the planned meeting spot. The following day a co-worker of Ackerson’s reported her missing when she did not show up for work.

Police would find her vehicle a a few days later, parked near where Hayes currently resides, at an apartment complex she, Hayes and their kids used to live a year earlier. She and Hayes have been involved in a year long custody battle regarding their two boys.

In June, a judge granted Hayes temporary custody of the two boys because Ackerson was unemployed at that time and living with Hayes’ parents. She would get the boys on the weekend while Hayes, a local musician who goes by the stage name Grant Haze, would get them during the week.…

Teen Charged After Puppy Nearly Decapitated By Electrical Cord

MONROE COUNTY, GA – A man has been charged in a case of animal abuse that Monroe County Sheriff John Cary Bittick says is the worst he’s seen in his 29 years as sheriff.

No one is sure how the mixed-breed puppy got the pound, but while there, someone noticed the malnourished dog with a very severe neck injury. To be more specific, the dog had been nearly decapitated.

You can see a pic of the dog’s injury by clicking here, but be warned, it is disturbing and like looking at an M.C Escher drawing, you’re brain will have trouble processing it at first.

The dog was taken to the Caldwell Veterinary Hospital and had emergency surgery performed to repair its severed trachea and other life-threatening injuries. “Most of the musculature up here was severed, the trachea was severed. Fortunately, the major arteries were not severed or the esophagus,” said Dr. Butler Caldwell, who performed the surgery and will oversee her recovery.

When an animal advocacy group found out about the dog’s injuries they contacted the police who, after seeing pictures of the dog’s injuries, were more than happy to find the person responsible.…

Grizzly Attacks Group Of Teens Camping In Alaska

Alaska -- While I don’t know how I will die, I do know ways I won’t. Stories like the following are why I know I will never be mauled to a death by a grizzly while camping in Alaska.

Seven teens, ages 16 to 18, were on day 24 of a 30-day backpacking course in the Talkeetna mountains when they met a grizzly and her cub and well, things didn’t go so good. The group were participating in a National Outdoor Leadership School course that teaches students to be outdoor leaders with the experience and background to survive in the back country, with the ability to take others out into the Alaskan wilderness upon graduation.

Part of that training includes how to alert local wildlife, including bears, of their presence to give animals a chance to flee. The students said they did this as they crossed a river and came face-to-face with the bear and her cub, but this bear wasn’t going anywhere without taking a few faces with it. Witnesses said the bear attacked 17-year-old Joshua Berg first, then turned to 17-year-old Samuel Gottsegen, then turned back to Berg.…

Man Accused Of Setting Girlfriend’s Son On Fire

ST. PAUL, MN – Police have charged a man with first-degree assault after they see he sprayed his girlfriend’s 19-year-old son with lighter fluid and then set him on fire.

According to court documents, at around 3 a.m., 54-year-old Curtis Reed got into an altercation with his girlfriend of eight years. He was angry that she wouldn’t let him have any alcohol so he threw a frozen chicken at her before going after her with a frying pan and a knife. Luckily, Antoine Willis, the woman’s teen son, was able to wrestle Reed to the ground and hold him there while two of his friends punched Reed.

After being let up, Reed reportedly walked around the house informing everyone that they better not fall asleep. So the mom, her son and his girlfriend all tried staying awake by playing  video games, but around 5 a.m. they all fell asleep.

A couple hours later, Willis woke up to the smell of something cooking and realized pretty quickly that it was his head. Reed had doused it with lighter fluid and then turned him into a screaming matchstick.…

Amy Winehouse Found Dead

London – News reports are confirming that 27-year-old singer Amy Winheouse was found dead in her London home this afternoon.

Police said they found her body at her flat in Camden Square, north London, after being called by ambulance services.  Metropolitan police are treating the death as unexplained.

Winehouse has a pretty long history detailing her battles with drugs and alcohol, remaining cannon fodder for the tabloids for a pretty good run until Lindsay Lohan showed up. But her devoted fans had hoped for a comeback when Winehouse started her Back to Black tour after spending a week in rehab. Not surprisingly, it didn’t take.

She was booed off the stage after showing up in Belgrade, stumbling around on stage, mumbling and forgetting the lyrics to her own songs.

Shortly after that disastrous performance, Winehouse cancelled her remaining tour dates while her management released a statement that read: ”Amy Winehouse is withdrawing from all scheduled performances. Everyone involved wishes to do everything they can to help her return to her best and she will be given as long as it takes for this to happen.”

CNA Fired After Posting Picture Of Patient On Facebook

GREENFIELD, Ind. – A CNA has been fired and may lose her license after she took a picture of a patient who crapped his pants and posted it on her Facebook.

Taia Armstrong, 30, was a certified nursing assistant at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation working with a paraplegic 51-year-old male patient who had crapped himself.

“This is too funny. I need to take a picture of this,” court documents say the certified nurse’s assistant told a co-worker.

The co-worker asked her not to take the picture, but Armstrong couldn’t resist, as getting a picture of a shit-covered ass belonging to a helpless man she was supposed to be caring for was just too hilarious to pass up.

She ended up posting the picture on her Facebook wall where I am assuming she felt her friends and family would find it just as funny as she did. That’s when the co-worker went to her supervisor and reported Armstrong.

Armstrong was fired after admitting she took the picture and her case has been referred to the State Department of Health, which oversees CNAs, and could take away Armstrong’s CNA license. On Thursday, Armstrong was in jail on a voyeurism charge.…

Couple Charged With Having Sex With Pit Bull, Molesting Child

La Porte, IN – Police in Indiana have arrested a couple and charged them with felony child molesting and bestiality.

The charges came after a 5-year-old girl told someone that after she walked in on Rebecca Bermudez and Jackie Koker having sex with a pit bull, she was invited to join them. The couple allegedly had sex in front of the victim and Bermudez molested the girl while Koker watched.

Bermudez, 40, was charged with child molesting, bestiality and aiding, inducing or causing bestiality. Koker, 44, was charged with bestiality, aiding, inducing or causing bestiality and aiding, inducing or causing child molesting. Every one of these charges are felonies.

Interesting to note is that Koker makes mentions of a divorce he is going through on his Facebook page, including that he is fighting for custody of his kids. On Wednesday, the same day he and Bermudez were ordered held in the LaPorte County Jail on $25,000 cash bond, Koker posted “meeting with the high priced hot shot attorney today for a face to face before the conference with the 4 of us tomorrow, wish me luck.”

I’m just pointing this out because there is always the possibility, as there usually always is, of there being a lot more to this story.…

Drunk Mom Arrested After Child Found Unresponsive In Filthy, Hot Home

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — A mother is in jail on neglect, drug and intoxication charges while her 4-year-old daughter is lucky to be alive.

The neighbors of 27-year old Mindy Stephens called 911 after she was reportedly wandering the streets, trashed, banging on people’s doors and windows. She was yelling about some keys being stolen while saying her kids were better off without her.

When police arrived, they would find two 7-year-olds in her home as well as a 4-year-old girl who had seen better days. She was rushed to the hospital after being found laying unresponsive on a mattress in front of a fan. She was drenched in sweat and had a temperature of 103. (*tries not to get earwormed by Hot Blooded and fails miserably*)

They would also find the girl’s urine on the floor next to the mattress and her vomit on a nearby couch. These bodily fluids just added to Stephen’s home decor efforts that included dog shit laying around and smeared into the carpet that was already littered with bugs, piles of clothes and cigarette butts.…

Facebook Helps Implicate Man Who Murdered Woman, Stuffed Her Under Motel Mattress

SALT LAKE CITY, UT — On June 2, a guest at the Capitol Motel went to the manager and complained about an awful smell in her room. Employees searched for the source of the smell and found it was emanating from the corpse of 26-year-old Jessica Irene Jensen.

She had been stabbed to death and stuffed under the mattress five days earlier.

After police found that Thomas Kumalac, 28, had previously rented the room and had checked out a few days earlier, they released his name to the media as a person they would like to talk to.

On June 2, after seeing Kumalac’s name on the news, the estranged husband of Kumalac’s new girlfriend handed police some very interesting Facebook messages. The messages detailed both her and Kumalac’s involvement in Jensen’s murder.

Acting on a tip that same night, detectives stopped a bus and apprehended Kumalac and his girlfriend. Kumulac would admit to murdering Jensen in the hotel room and hiding her body between the wooden frame and the mattress. His girlfriend would also provide police with details Kumalac had given her after the murder.…

Man Tries Killing His Mother With An Airplane

Switzerland – “Are you home mum? I’m just about to drop in,” 47-year-old Konrad Schmidt allegedly said before he flew a twin engine plane through his mother’s bedroom window.

Schmidt was battling depression and had been involved in a long-running feud with his mother ever since she divorced his father who would later die of cancer.

“Schmidt felt very bitter and blamed his mother. He had also suffered depression and financial problems over the past few years,” said a police spokesperson.

On Saturday, neighbors reported seeing Schmidt flying over the houses a few times before he called his mother from the cockpit and then kamikazed into her home. Schmidt would die in the crash, crush the two story home and ignite a giant fireball.

But Schmidt couldn’t even do this right. Although he skillfully navigated a twin-engine plane through a bedroom window, his mother was physically unharmed. She had been in the basement at the time of the crash.…

Bolt Cutters Used To Cut Off Man’s Finger During Home Invasion

Houston, TX – Three suspected members of the Aryan Brotherhood have been charged with aggravated robbery and engaging in organized activity after cutting off a man’s finger during a home invasion.

Jason Skolaski, 34, Shannon Michael Kasper, 20, Ned Allen Smith, 42, and Smith’s 15-year-old son, got into an argument with some people at a home they were visiting on Monday and were asked to leave.

The group did so but returned to the apartment later that night with a shotgun and some bolt cutters. They encountered the residents outside and forced them into the apartment where one of the victims was able to escape out a back window and get help.

The men stole $300 and a cell phone from the homeowner but before leaving, one of the men stated he wanted something else; the homeowner’s finger. So the bolt cutters were used to cut off the man’s right index finger at the second knuckle.

Witnesses were able to give police a description of the vehicle the group left in and police were able to pull them over and place them in jail, charging all four with aggravated robbery and engaging in organized activity.…

Young Burglar Dies After Scuffle With Elderly Homeowner

EVERETT, Wash. — A young man allegedly trying to steal the motor of a boat has died after getting into a scuffle with the boat’s elderly owner.

A 67-year-old man observed the man, described as being in his 20s, breaking into his boat parked in his driveway. The homeowner called police before going out to confront the man. The two ended up in a physical confrontation with the senior getting the upper-hand and pinning the man to the ground.

When deputies arrived, they found that the boat’s owner was still holding the would-be thief on the ground, and that the young man was not breathing. Police attempted to revive him, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The older man was not physically injured, but was taken to the hospital to be checked out.

A cause of death has not been determined at this point, but who cares. “I thought that was pretty cool that an old man could keep him at bay,” Neighbor Cindy Bye said. “I mean I`m sorry that he passed away but more power to the old man.”

No charges have been filed.…

Phoenix Girl Dies While Playing Hide And Seek

Phoenix, AZ – This story is a week old, but I figured I’d post it for anyone else who, like me, didn’t see it. A 10-year-old girl playing hide-and-seek was found dead inside a storage locker last week.

The girl was playing outside a home with her cousins and some neighborhood kids late Monday night, early Tuesday morning, when she climbed inside the small trunk to hide. Reports are the girl took considerable pride in not being found by picking some pretty good hiding places in the past, including a dryer.

This time she picked one a little too good. It was a storage locker of some type located in the backyard of the house. She would not be found until the next morning when the adults in the home woke up and began looking for her. Attempts were made to revive her but she had already died, possibly of positional asphyxiation or suffocation.

Police do not suspect foul play, but they did notify child protective services when they found the inside of the home a mess.…
