Port Richey, FL – Gentleman readers, you probably know the situation. You’re at home, trying to relax, and fuck if she doesn’t open her piehole. “WAH WAH WAH,” is the sound coming out of her fucking mouth, and you grit your teeth but she keeps it up, so you make the suggestion that maybe a little quiet is in order, but noooo, it’s more “WAH WAH WAH.” Let’s face it, after a point, it’s pretty damn hard to not just pop the cunt a good one, and in fact, 24-year-old Thomas Ludwig stepped up to the plate and did just that. Unfortunately, the recipient in this instance was one of Ludwig’s 2-month-old daughters, and now little Diella Ludwig is dead.
On October 15, 2008, 30-year-old Nicholle West, who is serving a year-and-a-day sentence for grand theft at Lowell Correction Institute, gave birth to Diella and Shiloh Ludwig. With their mother imprisoned, the girls were placed in the custody of father Thomas Ludwig, who was at the time sharing a home with a married couple.
On the evening of December 20th, Diella Ludwig was crying, and the female housemate observed Ludwig enter the room and snatch the infant from a stroller, popping her head backwards. He then threw her forcefully onto the bed, called her a “little bitch,” and told her to shut up. For some reason I can’t quite fathom, the female housemate then retreated without intervening in any way. Later, a loud banging noise was heard…and then Diella stopped crying.
At some point during the evening, the housemates realized that a neighborhood house was on fire and ran out to watch. Ludwig did so as well–leaving his infant daughters behind. When they returned home, a housemate responded to Ludwig’s scream and saw one of the babies lying motionless on a pillow on the floor. She took the infant, who was not breathing, to the paramedics that had responded to the house fire.
The next day, Diella Ludwig died at a Tampa hospital. An autopsy revealed that the little girl died as a result of blunt head trauma.
Thomas Ludwig was arrested Monday and charged with first-degree murder. He is being held without bail at the Land O’ Lakes Jail.
Shiloh Ludwig has been removed from the home. Nicholle West is scheduled to be released from prison in September.

Great, both parents are in jail (where they belong) and now these children will probably enter the system. Haven’t these assholes ever heard of birth control? Adoption? If you’re not prepared to be a parent, prevent it or give someone else the opportunity.

Read where he signed up for wic and food stamps-but did not give the caseworker his new addresses (he moved several times), did not attend child care classes (they were full) , he refused to take drug tests (wonder why), the DCF did not follow up and do family checks (under staffed).
Now Nick Cox regional director of DCF said they failed in their job-really
seems like everyone failed these babies , however, Ludwig was the biggest offender-he killed this baby and he had asked for the baby to take care of it. He knew it was wroung what he was doing.
Don’t worry someone has already crawled out of the woodwork to claim he was abused as a child-some more for the defense.
Now he doesn’t have to worry about going to his family for diapers, moving with twins, going to the wic office, or going to the grocery store with his food stamps, or listening to a little helpless baby cry. He is now a official guest of Hillsborough County.

Geez, the twins only survived moms meth habit because she got put in prison. Only to end up with another meth head, car jacking looser, their dear daddy. God only knows why the state would give them to him, they were safer with a pack of wild wolfs. Someone really dropped the ball on this and I for one hope heads will roll after all the finger pointing stops. Why the hell the roommates didn’t do anything about it is a mystery as well.
In a normal house, in a loving family, twin infants are a real handful. How could a man with no job, no car and no experience with babys be expected to do it on his own?? He even had to bum a ride to jail to get them in the first place.
Turns out Thomas was adopted in his teens by the Ludwig’s, who gained national attention in 2000 for their adoption of 16 children.

I also read that Shyloh the surviving twin was taken to the hospital for an evaluation and they found she had a leg injury of some kind.
Poor little twins, they deserved better than this, I hope Shyloh ends up in a good home some were NOT IN FUCKING FLORIDA.

How can anyone walk away from that?
That was the first question that popped into mjy head. How can you walk away after seeing what was described in this story? What type of person does it take? Evil, stupid,WTF?? Oh these babies did not have a chance. I am soo very happy to read that little Shiloh has been taken into protective custody. This is a heartbreaking story…Tears and profanity do nothing to ease the pain this story caused.

The “tough love” and “it’s none of my business” sentiments are very prevalent among the lower socio-economic strata. A lot of people who witness abuse under these circumstances thing, ‘Well, I was treated like that and I turned out okay…” even if they recognize the behavior as wrong.
There are a million reasons why financial security is ideal for child rearing, but the fact that you will be surrounded by better people is among them.

There is some truth to that statement, mainly because of drug abuse and criminal activity among lower class, but that’s not where the blame lies.

I take issue with that statement.
I don’t believe it’s “fact” (as you’ve implied) that “financially secure” people are BETTER people than those with less.
Bad people come from all backgrounds. And ever middle and upper class people “look the other way”… although it’s a “low class” thing to do — it’s not only done by the “lower class.”

JUST YESTERDAY, at work, our plow guy, we have alot of snow in pennsylvania, was out back plowing our driveway and he had his three year old in car seat with dad plowing and that is cool, but i turned around and mike was in my office and said can i talk to the boss a minute and i said, mike where is the baby and he said oh he is in truck, mind you truck running and window on drivers side down, i said hey you cant leave a child in a truck so i said you need a spanking for that and i ran out back and checked on him, mind you the child was fine, just sitting in his seat and playing with his little ranger men, but come on people, we all know what can happen in a mere second, let alone ten minutes, so i just talked to him and rolled up window and sat in drivers side till mike returned, which was not long, but i said please please don”t ever let me catch you do that again and please for your childs sake don’t leave anyone let alone him in a running car, GET INVOLVED PEOPLE WHEN IT COMES TO DEFENSELESS CHILDREN, BABIES, GET INVOLVED WHEN NEEDED

AH! Sorry to burst your elitist bubble, but drug abuse and criminal activity exists among the elite, I know of many extremely wealthy families with drug addicted, criminal sons & daughters. The money does buy some silence and special treatment at expensive facilities, expensive lawyers, expensive analyst, constant new treatment centers, Judges feel if you can afford the most expensive treatment centers and Analyst it’s more productive rehabilitation than going to prison. The wealthy can hush many things with money.

I don’t even know why that posted, I had decided to let Athenas comment go and I closed the window without finishing what I was going to write, I didn’t mean to hit submit if I did.
But it was going to be along the lines of percentages. There is a higher percentage of drug abuse and criminal activity among lower class, maybe because there is a greater number of people in that class. I don’t know but it is not right to say that a rich family will raise a child better than a poor one as Athena may have implied.

The point of my original accidental half ass post, and the follow up post is that it is affective prejudice to state simply that a financially secure family will raise a child better than a financially struggeling one. She did not outright say that but her statement was leaning towards it.
Obviously lower class is a common term used to describe the poor. It may not be the most appropriate but it exists as a description. The best references I could find as to who falls into said class combines working class and lower class together as 55% of the U.S. population at an annual income of under 30K. I don’t know everybody that makes up that class, but myself, most of my co-workers and many of my friends do.
If you care to read my personal example it’s this, of all my close friends, relatives and co-workers that currently have children under 10 years old only 3 of them would be considered middle class or above as far as I know, as opposed to 12 that I can think of at the moment, I hope I’m not forgetting someone, that fall into the working/lower class. Of all the working/lower class friends only 1 is a shitty mother, I’ve spoke of her on here before and we’ve called CPS on her twice, as well as many other people including the management at her apartment complex twice. She actually is not my friend mainly because of this and she knows it but my girlfriend is her kids godmother so she does come around even though she gets an earfull from her also, she claims she appreciates it because we are the only ones that “keep it real” but she never does anything to show it. It’s amazing those kids are still alive. The 11 others all have very well mannered smart kids that are obviously taken care of clean and loved. Of the 3 middle/upperclass friends/co-workers 1 of them is in jail for 10 years for abusing her baby causing serious lifelong physical and mental problems. On this site I don’t need to explain the effects of shaken baby syndrome and hitting babys head against hard wood syndrome. The other 2 are great parents. Their kids may have more material things and a bigger room than the working/lower class families but that’s really about where the advantage ends if that’s what anybody wants to call it.
Earlier I had originally decided not to answer your comment, and please forgive me if I’m wrong, but because you are one of the several regular commenters here that I look forward to reading posts by because they are accurate and true to my beliefs, I have this suspicion that you already know exactly what I am trying to say and you already have such info on class division and/or definition and are waiting for me to post something incorrect as I very well may have to slap me in the face with it and tell me what a stupid douche I am for commenting. lol.
After debating I figured it is worth any public humiliation to find out if what I researched is correct. lol

Yeah I know/agree, just being a pain. You express yourself so much better than I ever could and we both know criminals are in every walk of life. It would be a better world if the poor had the same access to help police /doctors / schools / councilors and so on, as the ( upper class). Don’t jump on me for the next statement, but sometimes I feel some of the actions of the (lower class) comes from financial frustration, while the (upper class) just goes to a resort in aspen and relaxes for a month with the kids and the Au Pair in a separate suite.

I totally agree with both those statements. There are too many variables to make a be all end all argument either way but I believe that it does take a certain type of person to commit a violent crime, but some if not most of those certain types are also perfectly capable of being good productive members of a society when conditions are good. But when faced with overwhelming stress and desperate situations they are able to easily justify criminal actions in their head and carry them out. Those are also the types that become more susceptible to so to say “snap” under pressure and do something stupid like murder suicide their whole family.
