NORTH HIGHLANDS, CA – Police have a teen in custody after an 86-year-old woman was sexually assaulted and beat to death as on a high school track

Fusako Petrus was with a 61-year-old friend walking along the track at Highlands High School when they were allegedly attacked by 18-year-old Neven Butler.

Butler first attacked the 61-year-old and began choking her, but then turned on Petrus when she began hitting him in the back with her walking stick. Both women were sexually assaulted before the younger woman ran off and called for help.

When deputies arrived on the scene, they found Petrus unresponsive on the track. Despite attempting life-savings measures, Petrus would die from her injuries. Petrus’ friend was treated for injuries to her face, head and torso.

Spokesman Sgt. Tony Turnbull of the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department called the attack “extremely violent” and that the women were beat with “hands and feet.”

Later that day, police were called after Butler was seen physically assaulting a 92-year-old woman. He was taken into custody without incident.…

The small farming town of La Vernia is getting hit with a sex scandal involving high school athletes after  a total of nine high school athletes – seven juveniles and two adult teens – were arrested on sexual assault related charges.

The juveniles that were arrested have since been released to their parents. The two adult teens were arrested at the school and were booked into Wilson County Jail in Floresville.

Police are not releasing details about the alleged assaults, but some parents are talking to reporters and expressing frustration on social media.

One mother said that most of the assaults were primarily within the school’s football team, but that the baseball and basketball teams were involved as well. She said her son and other boys were held down by a gang of older boys, and then had objects forced into their rectums.…

stabbyOREM, UT – A 16-year-old student stabbed five classmates inside a Mountain View High School locker room before turning the knife on himself.

It happened Tuesday morning as students were preparing for a physical education class. For reasons unknown at this time, the 16-year-old pulled out a 3-inch blade and began stabbing his classmates.

School staff reportedly boxed in the suspect, who had turned the knife on himself, until officers arrived and tased him before taking him into custody.

None of the victim’s injuries were considered life-threatening and are expected to recover. According to the last update, only four victims remained in the hospital; two in critical but stable condition, while two others are in fair condition.

The suspect has already been released from the hospital and is currently in the Slate Canyon Detention Center.

The student has not been identified and is being described as a straight-A, home-schooled student who has only been at the school since August. He has no record of disciplinary problems and no reports of bullying have been noted.…

butter churnerOOLTEWAH, TN – Three juveniles from the Ooltewah High School basketball team have been accused of raping a 15-year-old teammate with a pool cue.

The alleged hazing incident happened last week while the team was playing in a tournament in Gatlinburg. The boys were staying in a rental cabin when – according to a family member of the victim – the 15-year-old freshman “was tortured by three of his teammates.”

This “torture” involved the boy being beaten and raped with a wooden pool cue. The boy’s coach took the boy to the hospital following the assault, but the victim did not reveal the exact details of what had happened to his coach or the hospital staff.

He ended up being treated and released, but brought back to the hospital the next day after he collapsed. That’s when the true severity of the boy’s injuries were discovered.

“He was taken by ambulance to the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville,” said the family member. “He had to undergo emergency surgery, as his colon and bladder were ruptured.”

Once it was revealed that three of the boy’s teammates had churned his butter with a wooden pool cue, police were called to investigate.…

According to police, Omar was at the high school when he noticed a 14-year-old family member was not wearing a hijab. Enraged, he reportedly slapped the girl in the face before grabbing her “very violently by the hair” and dragging her down a flight of stairs and into his car.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Omar is an assistant professor at the University of Missouri, Columbia and manager of Artifacts Journal at the University bookstore. JayhawkSAN ANTONIO, TX – Two high school football players have been suspended from school and the football team after they deliberately tackled a referee during a game.

With only minutes left in the game Friday night, John Jay High School’s football team were losing 15-9 against Marble Falls.

At the start of a play, video shows a defensive back run 7 yards to slam into the back of a referee who was watching a play almost 10 yards in front of him. After the referee falls to the ground, another player standing a few yards to the right rams into the fallen referee with his helmet.

Both players were ejected from the game and, according to according to Marble Falls coach Matt Green, their actions may have stemmed from two of their teammates being ejected on separate plays earlier. Green said he does not believe their coach, Gary Gutierrez, condoned their behavior and that he later apologized for the incident.

“I’ve coached 14 years and I’ve never seen anything like it,” Green said.…

Kendrick JohnsonLOWNDES COUNTY, GA — An autopsy report reveals that the death of 17-year-old Kendrick Johnson, the teen found dead inside a wrestling mat inside his high school’s gymnasium, was accidental.

Last Thursday, the family of Kendrick Johnson called police to report their son had not returned home from Lowndes High School and they were unable to locate him. The following morning, Johnson’s body was found in his high school’s gymnasium, stuffed upside down inside an upright, rolled up wrestling mat.

Initially, Johnson’s death was being treated as a homicide, but the autopsy report showed Johnson had not been in a struggle and had died inside the mat. What actually happened was far less sinister than murder, but just as horrific.

For unknown reasons, Johnson had climbed up on top of some rolled up wrestling mats and then fell inside the center of one. The teen went in head first and found himself stuck upside down and unable to move.

They don’t know for sure, but investigators believe Johnson was trying to retrieve a shoe.…

Louisville, KY – Two students are facing felony charges after admitting to using a cell phone to videotape up a teacher’s skirt and then posting the video to Youtube.

According to court documents, Carlos Eugene Cain Jr., 18, and Devon Ewing (pictured), 18 – seniors at Doss High School – devised a ruse whereby Ewing distracted the teacher while Cain recorded video up her dress.

“While the teacher was bent over helping Ewing,” the warrant said. “Cain was behind her and placed Ewing’s cell phone under her dress without her consent or knowledge. The video was uploaded to YouTube.”

Then, in an apparent effort to seal their fate, the warrant said Cain then let other student know about the location of the Youtube video – after which a student notified school staff. The arrest report says, when officials confronted Cain, he admitted his involvement in the presence of a deputy sheriff serving as the school resource officer. Cain also reportedly gave Ewing up as being in on it.

“Unfortunately, young people make rash and sometimes bad decisions and they will face the consequences for that,” said Lauren Roberts, spokeswoman for Jefferson County Public Schools.…

Buffalo, WY – Pat Lynch has resigned as head football coach of a Wyoming high school due to community outrage over a document that he included in a information packet sent to student players prior to a recent out-of-town game. The document, entitled “Hurt Feelings Report,” appears to be an incident report to be filled out by individuals after suffering an encounter that has left them with hurt feelings.

A copy of the form purported to have been sent can be seen here. For those who are click-challenged, the “Hurt Feelings Report” asks why the respondent is filing, offering choices such as “I am a pussy,” “I have woman like hormones,” “I am a queer” and “I am a little bitch.” It also asks the respondent for the “name of ‘Real Man’ who hurt your sensitive little feelings,” “name little sissy filing this report.” and the filer’s “girly-man signature.”

“[Lynch] screwed up, he screwed up big time,” Johnson County School Superintendent Rod Kessler said. “None of us are happy that it happened.…

SMITHFIELD, R.I. — A teenage student at Smithfield High School has been charged with cyberstalking after creating a fake Facebook account to harass another student.

The 15-year-old girl created a fake account pretending to be a fellow student who was born missing part of her foot. The account was created under the name “Halfafoot” with the victim’s last name and birth date. Accompanying the profile was a picture of a bloody, severed foot.

After police figured out who was responsible for the posting, the affidavit states they went to the teen’s home where her father was “annoyed and rude,” referring the police to the phone number of a law office. Detectives confiscated three computers from the home instead.

Police really took this seriously and questioned 2 of the 26 “friends” listed on the fake account and were able to get a clearer picture of how the profile was created and why.

A female Smithfield High sophomore told the police that the account was created Nov. 6 by the 15-year-old and a male Burrillville High School student on her home computer while she was taking a shower, the affidavit shows.

FRESNO, CA — I learned from John Bender that all you need to be a high school wrestler was a lobotomy and some tights, but I didn’t realize just how far into the realm of homosexuality a wrestler must be willing to travel. Seems there is a legal move in wrestling called the “butt drag.” This move consists of one wrestler putting his hands in the crack of another wrestler’s ass to position him. It is often taken a step further with a wrestler sometimes checking what his opponent had for dinner by shoving his fingers up his asshole. One teen, 17-year-old Preston Hill, used the butt drag on a 15-year-old during wrestling practice and is in now in court this week answering to sexual battery charges. The victim’s father says his son was penetrated for 30 seconds by Hill, causing some minor damage. “This kid basically targeted my son, pinned him to the ground and assaulted him,” he said. The 15-year-old also claims Hill made a threatening gesture at him before the match, a claim Hill denies.…
