OCEAN SPRINGS, MS – A man is (hopefully) re-examining his life choices after he was busted in a cemetery with five underage girls, two of which were passed out.

Authorities said 20-year-old Jordan McClain met a 16-year-old girl on Facebook and agreed to pick her up from her foster home.

After driving from Mobile to Ocean Springs Front Beach, the girl got in his vehicle along with four other girls.

The girls all ranged between the ages of 11 and 16.

The obvious mistakes McClain made up to this point are apparent, but compounded ever further after he drove them back top Mississippi and gave the girls Xanax and marijuana.

A resident would end up calling police to report seeing the group at the beach and that they seemed intoxicated.

The responding officer would locate McClain and the five girls in a cemetery and find that two of the girls were unconscious.

The two girls were taken to the hospital, where they were treated and released. The five girls were returned to foster care, but McClain didn’t get off so lightly.…

JACKSON COUNTY, MI – The former bassist for 3 Doors Down is back in jail again, this time on domestic violence and drug charges.

We reported on 46-year-old Todd Harell back in 2013 after he was charged with vehicular homicide in Nashville for driving drunk and killing 47-year-old Paul Shoulders.

Harrell was speeding when he hit Shoulder’s pickup truck and sent it down an embankment. Shoulders was killed after being ejected from his truck.

Harrell admitted he’d consumed hard cider along with some Lortab and Xanax.

After being taken to jail, deputies found Harrell was hiding a bag containing 8 Xanax pills, 24 oxycodone pills and 4 oxymorphone pills in his sock.

While waiting for his trial on vehicular homicide charges, Harrell was charged with DUI again in 2014 after he was found “slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle” by police responding to a call about an impaired driver.

Harrell pleaded guilty in 2015 and was sentenced to two years in prison. Now he’s behind bars once again.

Police in Jackson County were responding to a house alarm at the home of Harrell’s ex-wife, Jennifer Fields.…

WICHITA, KS – Emily Glass, the main suspect in the death of her stepson Lucas Hernandez, has committed suicide.

The body of 26-year-old Emily Glass was found early Friday morning at the home of Lucas Hernandez’ father. She apparently died from a gunshot wound.

No further details have been reported.

Glass was the main suspect in the death of her stepson, 5-year-old Lucas Hernandez, who was reported missing in February of this year.

Glass told police she had fallen asleep for a few hours and when she woke up Hernandez was gone.

Before he went missing, the state of Kansas was told at least twice that Hernandez was being abused and enduring a dysfunctional and violent family life.

It was alleged that Glass had bipolar disorder, abused meth, and routinely targeted the boy when she was angry at his father.

Then last month, Glass led a private investigator to the boy’s remains underneath a Kansas bridge.

The story regarding how that private investigator got Glass to lead him to the boy’s body could be turned into a movie, to be honest.…

WICHITA, KS – The body of a 5-year-old boy missing since February has been located and his stepmother has been taken into custody.

Lucas Hernandez was reported missing in February of this year. His stepmother, 26-year-old Emily Glass, told police she had fell asleep for a few hours and when she woke up Hernandez was gone.

Investigators immediately began searching the area but could not find any trace of him. An Amber Alert because there were no indications the boy had been abducted.

The search for Hernandez ended on Thursday when his remains were found underneath a Kansas bridge. Police say his remains were not visible from the street and had been there for ‘awhile’.

Investigators say Glass led a private investigator to the area. She was still at the scene when police arrived and began the search that led them to the boy’s remains.

Glass was booked into the Sedgwick County Jail late that night for interference with law enforcement officer and obstruction. My guess is that those charges will be upgraded once a cause of death has been determined.…

BEND, OR – A daycare owner was sentenced to more than 21 years in prison after being convicted of drugging children in her care so she could go to the gym.

January Neatherlin, 32, was arrested in March 2017 after police found seven children younger than five by themselves at her illegal day care center, Little Giggles Daycare.

Police were at the daycare because they had been informed by Neatherlin’s former boyfriend that she often left the children by themselves.

Police set up surveillance and watched as Neatherlin left the house hours after the kids had been dropped off in her care. After she been gone for an extended period of time, the officers feared for the children’s safety and entered the home.

According to the responding officers, they found all of the children in an upstairs bedroom and they all appeared drowsy. One child was found on a couch covered in his own vomit.

Turns out that Neatherlin was drugging the children with melatonin so she could go to Tanning Republic and to High Desert CrossFit to work out.…

FORT COLLINS, CO — The body of a woman who has been missing since Dec. 4 has been found in Lory State Park and her death has been ruled a homicide.

According to police, 41-year-old Kimberlee Graves was last seen alive at her home on the night of December 4. A few days later, a friend asked police to perform a welfare check at Grave’s home after not being able to contact her.

Police arrived at Graves’ home but were unable to do much when they found her car was not there and she did not answer the door.

On Dec 10, that same friend went inside Graves’ home and found that it had been thrashed. She then contacted police again.

While police did not find any evidence that pointed to Graves being injured or in danger, they did express concerns for her safety because of the suspicious nature of her disappearance and asked the public’s help in locating her.

“There’s no evidence that would indicate injury to Kimberlee, but because of the kind of suspicious circumstances, we are asking the community’s help to locate her,” said Fort Collins police spokesperson Kate Kimble.…

WILLIMANTIC, CO – A man accused of having sex with his dead girlfriend in an attempt to wake her up has been sentenced to one year in prison.

Back in January, police received a call about an unresponsive woman. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a deceased woman with heroin and needles nearby. She also had ligature marks on her wrists and ankles.

When they questioned her boyfriend, 39-year-old Graser, he told them he found his girlfriend sitting unresponsive on their bed with the drugs on her lap. He then summoned a neighbor, a former paramedic, to come check on her.

After Graser informed a detective he had been arrested months earlier for choking his girlfriend, police decided to question him further. That’s when Graser told police what he had done after finding his girlfriend on the bed.

“Aaron stated that he laid the victim down the bed and he rubbed her sternum,” according to the warrant for his arrest. “Aaron stated he listened to see if the victim was breathing and he heard gurgling.…

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – A woman in Minneapolis has been accused of killing a Thanksgiving guest because he would not share any of the crack he was smoking.

According to police, 47-year-old Anenia Marie Hare invited 69-year-old Edward Caliph over to her apartment for Thanksgiving.

As they sat down at the table to eat, Caliph did what most of us do at Thanksgiving and broke out the crack pipe.

Hare admitted to police that she got angry because Caliph did not ask for permission to smoke crack in her house and, more importantly, did not offer to share.

Some kind of an argument ensued that resulted in Hare refusing to let Caliph leave her apartment by standing in front of her door holding a butchers knife and an antenna.

As Caliph yelled for neighbors to call 911, he broke out one of Hare’s windows with a vacuum cleaner. When the two began wrestling over the knife in Hare’s hand, they both fell to the ground with Hare on top of Caliph.…

LONDON – Medical reports show that a man’s dog was under the influence of crack and morphine when it killed its owner in front of a documentary film crew.

The attack happened in March in front of a BBC documentary crew who were in the home of 41-year-old Mario Perivoitos, filming a documentary about drugs.

After ingesting cocaine, Perivoitos lay in his bed and started having an epileptic fit. This caused his Staffordshire bull terrier named “Major” (not pictured) to attack him and latch on to his neck.

The film crew called police while trying to get the dog off of Perivoitos, but it took 30 minutes before the dog was wrestled off the man.

Perivoitos would not survive the mauling and died from a crushed larynx and massive hemorrhaging.

A toxicology report would later show that the dog had large amounts of cocaine and morphine in his urine.

The toxicologist stated that while it’s impossible to determine if the drugs were the direct cause of the attack, they would have been a factor in the dog’s behavior as drugs typically make dogs “respond abnormally.”

Finally free from a drug addicted owner and clean from crack and morphine, Major is scheduled to be euthanized.…

CHINLE, AZ – The 23-year-old woman who killed her 17-month-old daughter by stranding her in the desert will spend the next 20 years in prison.

Last September, Ashley Attson placed her daughter in a stroller, then pushed her into the desert on the Navajo Reservation. Attson left the poor girl there for four days and nights.

During those days  and nights that her daughter died alone in an absolutely horrendous fashion, Attson stayed busy.

“Over the next few days, she met friends for ice cream and posted pictures of herself on Facebook,” according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Arizona. “When she returned, the child was dead.”

Two days after finding her daughter dead, Attson returned and buried the girl’s body in an animal hole.

What’s worse is that Attson only gained custody of the girl two months before she killed her. Her daughter had been in the care of tribal social services for most of her life after being born with meth in her system.

While handing her a 20 year prison sentence, Judge Campbell called the girl’s death an “intentional, cold-hearted, horrendous killing of an innocent child.”…

LOS BANOS, CA — You want to start off your day with a real, horrible story? Well do I have one for you. A teen has been arrested after she crashed her vehicle while live streaming, then filmed her dying sister after she was ejected from the vehicle.

Police say 18-year-old Obdulia Sanchez was driving on Henry Miller Road Friday evening when she veered into the right shoulder. Sanchez over-corrected and ended up swerving across both lanes an overturning in a field.

Sanchez was not hurt, but her 14-year-old sister, Jacqueline Sanchez, was killed after being ejected from the vehicle.

Another passenger in the vehicle suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital before being released to a family member.

When police arrived at the scene, Sanchez was combative with police and taken into custody. She is currently in the Merced County Jail on charges of vehicular manslaughter while under the influence and DUI.

Now here’s the real messed up part of the story — Sanchez was live streaming to Instagram the entire time and chose to record her dead sister.…

PHILADELPHIA, PA – An 18-year-old has been accused of trying to strangle his 7-year-old sister to death while high on K2.

Simere Alford was allegedly high on the synthetic drug known as K2 when he strangled his sister before placing a plastic bag over her head.

He then left the girl on the floor of the basement before demanding his mother hand him her car keys before driving off.

When police arrived at the home after the mother called about her son stealing her car, she went in to get her vehicle registration and was told by her 14-year-old son that the girl was missing from her bed.

“They began a frantic search of the house. The mother went into the house at that point in time. She found her 7-year-old daughter unconscious on the floor,” Philadelphia Police Captain Mark Burgmann said.

She removed the bag and carried the girl outside to police who immediately administered CPR in an attempt to revive her. They were successful and she was rushed to the hospital were she remains on life support.…
