Franklin, NJ – Got some updates to a couple of our recent stories, including an arrest being made in the death of 23-year-old Tiffany Jantelle. She was the young woman who was struck and killed by a lifted truck while she was trying to help an injured dog.

Brian McCauslin, 38, was arrested Tuesday night on a count of knowingly leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in death. The arrest came less than four days after Jantelle was struck and killed by his vehicle as she tended to a dog in the road who had been hit by a vehicle earlier.

Witnesses at the scene described the truck to police, a lifted, rolling penis extension with vertical exhaust pipes behind the cab, and also described how after hitting Jantelle, the driver stopped, got out to see what he’d done, got back in and proceeded to exit stage left.

After fielding a slew of tips from the community along with the hard work of detectives, the passenger of the truck was identified on Tuesday.…

Franklin, NJ — Franklin police would like some help trying to find the jackass driving a lifted Dodge truck as it was involved in a hit and run that claimed the life of a Good Samaritan early Saturday morning.

Tiffany Jantelle, 23, and several others were on Weston Canal Road assisting a dog that had been hit by a vehicle earlier when a lifted, black Dodge pickup struck Jantelle. She would die the next day from head injuries.

Hitting someone in the middle of the road is an accident and if that’s all that had happened, you’d probably never have read about Jantelle on this site. But witnesses at the scene said that the two white guys in the truck stopped briefly after hitting Jantelle, but then drove away.

Driving off may make the driver a jackass, but if laws in New Jersey are setup the way they are in a lot of states, it’s actually to his benefit to leave the scene if he was driving under the influence. That way he will probably receive a lighter punishment whenever he’s eventually found.…

Argument Over Family Dog Leads to Murder-Suicide

February 22, 2011 at 3:50 am by

Palatine, IL — Police say a 49-year-old man shot and killed his daughter’s 21-year-old boyfriend before turning the gun on himself after a fight over the family dog.

On Sunday night, Christine Kuemper showed up at the home she once shared with her estranged husband, Edward, in an attempt to retrieve the family dog. Edward denied the request. A short time later, the couple’s teenage daughter arrived with her boyfriend, Bradley Morrison, in the hopes of convincing the man to relinquish the animal. Edward continued to refuse and the quarrel intensified.

The argument took a deadly turn when Edward took his .40-caliber handgun and shot the young man twice in the head. Moments later, he turned the gun on himself. Police found Bradley’s body on the front porch and Edward’s on the front lawn. Both were reported dead at the scene.

“They were a good family, we went to the same church,” said neighbor Bob Waldmann. “There was never any sense of aggression. [Kuemper] never said anything remotely considered negative about anyone.” Other neighbors claim that the tension between Edward and Bradley was apparent.…

LOS ANGELES, CA — A 62-year-old transient has been convicted of having sex with a female German shepherd mix he adopted from an animal shelter, and gets a slap on the wrist. Back in February, Wade Strickland was arrested after witnesses saw him sexually violating the animal beneath a freeway overpass. It was later revealed that Strickland has been accused of indecent exposure and abusing shelter dogs he had adopted in the past, but no arrests were ever made. The difference this time was that witnesses came forward and testified against Strickland. After pleading guilty to animal cruelty and lewd conduct, Strickland was sentenced to three years’ probation, prohibited from owning any animals, submit to searches at any time and attend two dozen animal care counseling sessions. When he was arrested he was found with two dogs, including the one he admitted to sexually assaulting, and pornographic material. The dog did not show any signs of trauma and has since been adopted. Some feel three years probation isn’t an adequate punishment and I am inclined to agree.…

Pack Of Dogs Maul Boy To Death In His Yard

November 16, 2010 at 3:28 pm by

Phenix City, AL — A 5-year-old boy walked out into his backyard Monday afternoon and was subsequently mauled to death by as many as 12 dogs. I know I have a reputation of hating the pit bull breed because I seem to only post stories dealing with pits, but hey, when local news outlets start reporting on Labradors and cocker spaniels killing people, it is what it is. But in this case, the dogs that killed Cason Bryant were mixed-breed and none were pit bulls.  He was at home with a babysitter when he walked out into his fenced yard where his family owned one dog. The other 11 reportedly belonged to a neighbor and had somehow gotten through the fence. Bryant suffered numerous, severe bite marks and despite the efforts of two neighbors who performed CPR on him, Bryant would be pronounced dead at the hospital. Other neighbors reported that dogs have been roaming the area the last few weeks. Although they cannot determine which of the dogs actually bit Bryant, all of them were captured and all of them will likely be euthanized.…

Greenville, SC — I was a little busy in the office this morning so I didn’t have much time to post any news. But here are a few I caught in between sexually harassing my secretary. Police in Greenville, SC would like to catch the person responsible for setting a dog on fire. Sometime on Tuesday, police and firefighters were dispatched to a residence after reports of a fire. Once there an officer noticed a dog house turned on its back with smoke coming out of it. When he went to investigate, he found a dog on fire inside the dog house, a cinder block on its head holding it in place. The dog, named “Pookie” was rescued and currently in stable condition at the North Greenville Animal Hospital. The terrier mix suffered severe burns to head and neck. Witnesses described seeing a tall, skinny, black man wearing a hat standing in front of the dog house moments before the fire started. Almost everyone I have ever met from Greenville has been unstable, so this story really doesn’t surprise me at all.…

Teenager Rescues Boy From Pit Bull Attack

November 8, 2010 at 9:11 am by

GRANT, MI — A Michigan teenager proved that teens can do more than eat all of your food or create obscenely high Verizon Wireless bills when he was credited with saving a boy being attacked by a pit bull. Ishmael Melton, 13, his 12-year-old brother Solomon, and 11-year-old sister Arianna were shooting basketball in the neighborhood when they were confronted with a pit bull. The dog attacked Ishmael and began chewing on his leg, causing injuries that would require a dozen stitches. It could’ve been much worse had it not been for 16-year-old Ivan Kern who was walking nearby. He heard Arianna’s screams for help and ran to Ishmael’s aide, punching the dog in the jaw until it let go and putting it into a choke hold until Ishmael could get away. The dog is currently in the custody of animal control and belongs to a family who say it got out of the house when a family member was taking out the trash. They also added the dog had never shown any signs of being aggressive or bitten anyone before.…

Dog Rape = Family Fun For Everyone

October 29, 2010 at 10:53 am by

The great thing about the Internet is now if anyone wants to pinpoint the moment that led them to a lifetime of counseling and therapy, they can do so with relative ease. Case in point, this vid of a dog trying to bury its bone in a young boy’s butthole. I’m not sure what’s more disturbing –the dog’s determination to butt-rape that boy, or the woman’s determination to get a close up of it. Regardless, I laughed.

Dog Humps Kid Into The Ground – Watch more Funny Videos

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A family is suffering the loss of their son, 3-day-old Justin Valentin, after the family dog attacked and killed him. Mark Valentin, the boy’s father, doesn’t know how this could have happened. “My wife went to the restroom and the dog got to the baby. We’re not neglectful parents.” He says he has raised the dog since the day it was born, was a very nice and loving dog who was never beaten or showed any aggressive behavior towards neighbors or his 4-year-old son. Granted, the 4-year-old dog could have just thought the infant was a toy or something, but police who took the dog away from the home painted a different picture stating the dog was very aggressive. Well, until it was euthanized. Police, animal control officials and the Department of Children and Families are all investigating. “Our investigation will reveal if the incident was abuse, neglect or an accident,” said the DCF spokesman. Personally I don’t feel it was abuse, but how can leaving a days old infant alone with a dog be anything but neglect?…

Woman Finds Dog Sawed In Half, Left On Back Porch

October 26, 2010 at 6:03 pm by

Philadelphia, PA – Here’s the last story for the day. A $1000 award is out there for anyone who has information leading police to the person who cut a Husky in two, leaving the head portion on a woman’s porch. Sherri Verdon looked out her window on Wednesday to find someone had left the front-half of a dog on her back porch. “It’s just very horrific, very hard to describe,” Verdon said. “I don’t really want to get into a lot of details because, in respect for the owner who just found out, and – it was, um, just very horrific.” Marc Peralta, chief operating officer of the SPCA, said that it “appeared [the dog] was sawed in half.” The dog was still wearing its tag so police were able to locate the owner fairly quickly. They lived a few miles away and told investigators that the dog, a 3-year-old Husky mix named Chico, went missing Sunday night after being let out for a walk and never returning. Verdon said she suspects a guy she used to date is responsible as he has been harassing her and allegedly vandalized her home multiple times recently, but police have not said if they have any definitive suspects or not.…

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A woman is facing criminal charges after police allege she kicked her boyfriend’s puppy to death. One witness describes seeing 29-year-old Amanda Mikesell kicking her boyfriend’s 4- or 5-month-old puppy several times outside her house. She then took the dog inside where yelling could be heard followed by a loud thud. Moments later Mikesell took the lifeless dog to a nearby neighbor explaining she needed help because the dog had been hit by a car. The neighbor, James Conner, said he did not believe her and rushed the dog to Bardstown Road Animal Clinic but it died on the way there. The necropsy indicated that the puppy died from a ruptured liver but showed no evidence of external trauma which would have occurred had the dog been hit by a car. Mikesell would change her story to that she had fell on the dog. Conner paid all the vet expenses, including the necropsy to determine the cause of death because he wanted to make sure Mikesell paid for any wrong-doing. …

COLQUITT COUNTY,GA — I missed this one, but I just cannot resist a bestiality story even though there really isn’t much more to add that the title didn’t already explain. I mean, when a title has “Georgia,” “sex,” “dog,” and “trailer” all in there at once you can just kinda figure out the rest for yourself. But for those who want the juicy details, reports are that on Monday evening, moments after neighbors observed 39-year-old Henry Ivey carry a dog inside a vacant trailer, they heard screams and decided to investigate. They opened the abandoned home’s door only to be greeted with the brain-searing image of Ivey giving the dog a hot beef injection. Police were called and Ivey was arrested, charged with breaking into the trailer and for having sex with the dog. Thanks for posting the story in the forums, Dakota. BTW, none of the articles I read stated if the screams were human or animal or if the screams were of pleasure or pain but the first thing I thought of was Kim Cattrall as “Lassie” in PORKY’S.…
