  • Well it has been fun, ladies and gentlemen, but I must leave for the day. Maybe I’ll see you on this weekend, depending on how much Ecstasy I ingest. If not, I will surely see you on Monday. Jaded, FlamingFox, Lizard and all of the rest of you sickos who keep reading and posting ensuring I pay through the nose to keep this train wreck in motion, I thank you. But before I go, here are a few stories I started to write about, but then gave up.
  • ALLENTOWN – Lehigh Valley Humane Society needs donations to help pay for the surgeries needed to repair the damage a pit bull puppy suffered after being thrown from a roof. The dog broke its paws and legs but is expected to recover. The Human Society is offering an award for any information that leads to the person(s) responsible for the dog’s injuries. Hopefully, with some financial help from the public, this little dog will be on its way to mauling children in no time!

According to an article posted by whisperswing, Abel Soto claims two teen boys burglarized his home and killed his miniature Dachsund, Pinto. Soto found the boys cowering behind the bathroom door and started swinging with a hammer – making contact with one of the little assholes. Police say the burglars, both 14 years old, were on suspension from school when they broke in. They are now in juvenile custody. Source: WZZM

St. Petersburg, FL – Vladimir Struk was jealous of his step-daughter’s pit bull mix, Barry. Because he felt the dog was “living better than him,” he allegedly wrapped a zip tie around the dog’s neck and strangled it to death before tossing it in the trash can. Struk claims the 13-year-old dog was given meat to eat – meat that should have been given to him. According to police, “while the dog was screaming, Struk held it down so it could not get away and could not find anyone to help it.” Officers later found the animal in a trash bin, with the zip tie still present on his neck. Struk also threatened to kill his entire family in the same manner. It is believed that Struk may be suffering from mental issues. Noooo…really? Ya think? The 57-year-old man is being held on charges of animal cruelty and bail has been set at $10,000.…

Dog Bites Kid, Dog Gets Hammered

May 14, 2010 at 9:43 am by

Shelby, OH – Last Sunday, 6-year-old Trinity Civay was playing in a neighbor’s yard when she was bitten by the neighbor’s 4-year-old pit bull, Tank. The child, who had often been a guest at the home, was playing on a teeter-totter when the dog jumped up and bit her face. “I was really scared,” Trinity said. “I tried to get up, but I couldn’t.” One of the dog’s owners, Tenille Hamm, says she has no clue why the dog attacked Trinity, but says it wasn’t a “vicious attack” or “mauling” as some have claimed it to be. “He just jumped up like he was going to play with her and she fell off the teeter-totter and said ‘my face!’ And I ran over and she was bleeding. I don’t think he meant to do it,” she said. “His tail was wagging the whole time.” Tenille says she picked Trinity up and ran her home to her mother. Trinity was bitten through the cheek near the left side of her mouth, and again under her ear, leaving a large bruise and tears.…

Curtis Adams: Alleged Pig-Sticker

May 7, 2010 at 8:50 am by

Truman, MN – Meet Curtis Adams – an alleged pig-sticker. He is accused of poking approximately 29 pigs. No, he didn’t poke ’em with that…he used a knife. By all accounts, April 27th was a pretty rough day for Adams. After spending an evening at the local drinking hole, Adams got lost on his way home in the wee hours of the a.m. He made a wrong turn and got his pickup stuck in some mud. He spied a hog barn and made his way over to see if he could find someone to help him out of the muck. And according to him, he doesn’t remember much after that. He was arrested for drunk driving that morning after a trucker spotted him running away from the hog barn and called police. He didn’t spend much time in the pokey – he was soon released to a sober friend. Around about 8:00 a.m., police received a call from Wiechman Pig Company – seems 29 of their porkers had been poked.…

Two Neighborhood Cats Tortured By Gas Baths

April 28, 2010 at 9:47 am by

NORTH QUINCY, Mass. – Someone has it out for cats in a Massachusetts neighborhood after two cats had to be put down because of someone pouring gasoline on them. Jill Reamers’ daughter found the family cat, Cocoa, dazed and covered in what appeared to be oil or grease. They tried giving the cat multiple baths, but Cocoa had to be put to sleep three days later after the toxins entered the cat’s nervous system. Meanwhile their neighbor’s cat suffered the same fate. She found Gemini on her porch also covered in fuel. She tried multiple baths as well, but the cat also had to be euthanized due to nervous system damage. The Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the conviction of the person or persons involved. Look, cats are evil. It’s in the Bible. But what a shitty thing for someone to do. Cannot wait to put ’em on the front page.

BELGRADE, Serbia – Wanna see something that will brighten your Monday? Then go to another site. But if you wanna see a story of unimaginable animal cruelty, read on. A mixed-breed female dog was found Wednesday in a suburb of Belgrade with all four of its paws cut off. She was alive but scared, dehydrated and the stumps were infected. The people who discovered the dog rushed her to a veterinarian who treated the amputations and stated the removals were surgical and done by more than one person possibly a few days ago. The clinic has named the dog Mila, which means “Darling”, and our asking for funds to help with Mila’s care. A person has been arrested in connection with Mila’s injuries, but their name has not been released.  “The media don’t report on cases of crimes against animals, the police and the relevant authorities are not interested in that problem. They simply don’t do their job. We live in a society where torture, abuse and killings of animals are tolerated!” said Danica Drobac, president of one of the region’s animal rights organizations.…

Some of you may not remember 21-year-old Abbey Toll. I posted a short blurb about her back in April ’09. She was accused of taping a small dog to a refrigerator after getting into an argument with her boyfriend after he did not get rid of the dog – a Shiba Inu named Rex. She was charged with felony animal cruelty and the boyfriend was charged with a lesser charge and received a one-year deferred sentence. In December, Abby entered a plea that said she suffered from an impaired mental condition as a result of domestic violence – but a court ordered mental eval proved that to be bullshit. So on Monday, her trial began. Things aren’t looking to good for Abby, starting with animal lovers standing outside holding up signs. If found guilty, this hot red-head is looking at up to 18-months in prison and I’ll be looking at 15 minutes of lesbian inmate spank material.…

Elkmont, AL- Here is another short one that is packed with just enough “WTF?” to make the front page. When authorities in Elkmont began investigating a puppy mill owner by the name of Nannie Johnson, they got a gruesome surprise. Inside Johnson’s freezer last Friday, they found several dead dogs. Nannie Johnson, 63, was charged with 43 counts of cruelty to animals after a total of 43 dogs were found dead at her home. One dog was found dead inside a kennel and the remainder were wrapped in plastic and stored inside the freezer. The investigators did find 29 still alive, but all of them were emaciated and suffering from parasites and three have since died. Stanley McNatt with the Sheriff’s Department said, “She has, in the past, genuinely raised animals and has sold animals. I just don’t know if she just became overwhelmed and unable to tend to the animals properly, but whatever the case it was pretty bizarre.” Johnson is being held in jail on $32,250 bond.…

Front Royal, VA– Earlier this year, Charles W. Woodson, 41, took a trip to the Noah’s Ark Pet & Aquarium store in Front Royal and purchased a guinea pig. When he was later seen by neighbors wearing a hat made from the skin of a guinea pig, which included the animal’s head, the police were called. Authorities obtained a search warrant and seized a  “black/golden guinea pig hide including head,” and the “leg to small animal” from Woodson’s home. Woodson was arrested and charged with  animal cruelty and later released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond. If convicted, Woodson faces a maximum punishment of 12 months in jail and a $2,500 fine. Deputy Laura L. Gomez, who is also assigned to animal control, said they were concerned it would escalate and they did not want the public to think it’s OK to purchase pets from a pet store and make clothing out of them. …

Birmingham, AL – Back in 2009, the board of directors of The Emergency Animal Rescue Service (TEARS) began noticing some irregularities with the rescue’s finances–including almost $70,000 in ATM withdrawals and a $20,000 check made out to “Cash.” When asked about the missing funds, TEARS founder and executive director Terra Cotromano claimed the monies went toward payroll. In November, the Alabama Department of Industrial Relations notified the board that audit notices were being ignored and a summer meeting had been missed. Further, apparently there were concerns about the condition of the animals at the TEARS compound, and at the end of 2009, the board removed Cotromano and asked her to vacate the trailer on the TEARS property in which she was residing. When investigators visited TEARS at the end of 2009 and beginning of this year, they found 200 animals living in what were described to be unsanitary, muddy, cold, and overcrowded conditions. Of particular concern were the 50+ cats–many suffering from upper respiratory infections–found in a trailer with no electricity, no running water, and no ventilation that was being heated by only three small portable heaters.…

Dog Killer Won’t Miss Bocephus!

March 9, 2010 at 4:21 am by

St. Albans, WV – Tickets to Hank Jr. concert – $300; penalty for killing neighbor’s dog – 4 weekends in jail, 50 hours at the animal shelter, and $1000 to the dog owner; Not missing Bocephus just because of a little old jail sentence – Priceless!! Back in October, Charles Wiant thought it would be cool to shoot his neighbor’s German Shepherd puppy with a crossbow.  Not so cool for the puppy, who stumbled a few yards and fell over dead.  Wiant, 17 at the time, was charged with animal cruelty and was sentenced to 50 hours at an animal shelter and four WHOLE weekends in jail, along with a year’s unsupervised probation!!  Oh, and he has to pay the owner $1,000 for the puppy.  For this “plea agreement”, a more serious felony was avoided since this upstanding young man has plans to join the military and we wouldn’t want to mess that up all because of a stupid little dog! …
