Tatyana AllenDAYTONA BEACH, FL – Tatyana Allen is behind bars today after police say she used battered her boyfriend and used their 6-month-old boy like a baseball bat.

Police were called to a beach in Daytona Beach on Monday afternoon where they found 18-year-old Tatyana Allen had used the child to batter her boyfriend after the couple got into an argument.

According to witnesses, Allen was angry with her boyfriend because he would not walk with her to the bathroom. In response, Allen reportedly punched the man several times in the face before grabbing her son by the ankles and swinging him like a baseball bat at the man’s direction.

Allen then dropped the baby face-down in the sand and the boyfriend picked him up. Witnesses said Allen had been rough with the baby and at one point as she walked up the steps to the boardwalk, the baby’s head struck the railing.

Family members corroborated what witnesses told investigators, but refused to provide written statements. Surprisingly, the toddler was not injured, but was taken to a local hospital just in case.…

Seth KrebbeksMACEDON, NY – Police say 15-year-old Seth Krebbeks died after a large BBQ grill broke loose from a camper and slammed into the car he was riding in.

The accident happened Saturday at around 5:15 p.m. on Route 31. According to investigators, the grill was attached to a camper driven by Jason Mark who was headed eastbound.

Mark hit a bump near a bridge that caused the grill to become wobbly. When Mark hit a second bump, the grill detached from the tow hitch and become airborne and smashed into a car driving westbound.

The driver of that car, Jared Jones, was flown to the hospital and has since been released. His passenger, Krebbeks, would die from his injuries.

Police said their investigation is ongoing, and it isn’t yet clear whether any charges will be filed against Mark. They did say that a preliminary investigation indicated the tow hitch was applied to the camper properly.

This reminds me of another story involving things becoming disconnected on a New York highway – with much more devastating results.…

pa macheteNORTHAMPTON. PA – Police say an alleged home intruder left a residence with less than he came with after someone inside the home cut off his hand with a machete.

According to the homeowner, two masked men crept inside his home through a cellar door and fired several shots from a BB gun after discovering his son, 28-year-old Troy Imbody, was sleeping in the basement.

“They attacked him,” his father said. “They got the short end of the stick. … My son wasn’t playing. He was fighting for his life. They just wanted to rough him up. My kid wasn’t going for it. They got more brutal, my son ended it.”

Imbody ended the assault by grabbing a machete and using it to chop off one of the intruder’s hands. That man was dumped at the emergency ward at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg with a severed hand and multiple lacerations.

Imbody was also taken to the hospital to treat several head wounds and to have some BBs removed from his head and chest, said his father.…

Rowdy RadfordSARGENT, TX – A 15-year-old lost a leg, some fingers and potentially his eyesight, after a homemade explosive he created blew up in his hand Saturday night.

Rowdy Radford was at his aunt’s house when he took 180 sparklers and wrapped them tightly together with electrical tape, creating the ever-popular sparkler bomb.

To see just how powerful these homemade explosives are, take a look at a couple YouTube videos made by other morons. According to the teen’s aunt, Radford is known for making sparkler bombs every year.

“Rowdy has always been known for making his booms and he makes his booms by scaring everybody,” said his aunt Samantha Hansen, who looks like she’d be pretty fun after a night of bar-hopping. Call me.

But this “boom” would be the most memorable yet. As Radford bent down to light it, the device exploded in his face, leaving a four-foot hole in the ground and heard by people as far as four miles away.

The blast blew off some of Radford’s fingers, burned his face and chest, and left his leg so damaged that doctors had to amputate it below the knee.…

Joseph ThoresenDEER RIVER, MN – Police have arrested 35-year-old Joseph Thoresen after he decapitated a 20-year-old man accused of raping his girlfriend.

According to reports, Thoresen was understandably upset to learn that his friend, David Haiman, had allegedly raped his girlfriend in the bedroom of their apartment.

The couple invited Haiman over and confronted him about the rape. A punishment for Haiman was agreed upon, one that would consist of Haiman being tied up and beaten.

After he was secured, Thoresen’s girlfriend broke Haiman’s nose and kicked him in the stomach. Thoresen then repeatedly punched Haiman while telling him he shouldn’t have raped his girl.

Afterwards, the three got into Haiman’s car and drove around meeting friends while smoking weed and meth. However, Thoresen was still pissed about the rape and continually called Haiman a piece of shit and his girlfriend a slut.

Thoresen eventually pulled Haiman’s car over, pretending that it had some kind of mechanical issue. After telling Haiman to check the oil, Thoresen hit him over the head with a baseball bat.…

David Daniel McCraryPORTLAND, OR – A mother of two young children shot and killed a man after she returned home Sunday night and found him inside her 10-year-old daughter’s bedroom.

Police have confirmed that McCrary had no connection with Ford or her family, but that he did suffer from mental illness. No charges have been filed against Ford, who is cooperating with investigators, but detectives are still determining if the shooting was self-defense.

As for why McCrary was in the home to begin with, we may never know for sure. However, a neighbor said that the home had been vacant for a while before Ford moved in and that squatters would often stay inside the home.…

Emile WeaverZANESVILLE, OH – A judge threw two books at 21-year-old Emile Weaver, sentencing her to life behind bars without possibility of parole after she was found guilty of murdering her newborn daughter.

On April 22, 2015, Weaver gave birth to a baby girl in a bathroom at the Delta Gamma Theta sorority at Muskingum University. Weaver put the infant in a trash bag and left her outside where the newborn would die of asphyxiation.

After the body was found by Weaver’s fellow sorority sisters, Weaver was arrested and later charged with aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence. Instead of owning up to what she did, Weaver would plead not guilty by reason of insanity.

During her trial, prosecutors would show that Weaver never had any intention of keeping the baby. They told the jurors that Weaver drank alcohol, smoked marijuana and played sports during her pregnancy.

Even more damning was the fact that hours after she gave birth, but before the baby’s body was found, she sent a text to the boy she believed to be the father that read: “No more baby,” and “taken care of.”

Weaver’s defense was that she was in denial about the pregnancy and thought her daughter was dead when she put her in the trash.…
