Any and all of them should be rounded up and deported immediately. They cannot be to scared of their shit hole of origin if they are willing to attack police officers here.

A group of illrgals pummeled NYPD officers attempting to make an arrest outside a shelter in Times Square, police and sources said Tuesday.
Two officers and a lieutenant from the NYPD’s Midtown South Precinct approached the group of men outside a migrant shelter on W. 42nd St. near Seventh Ave. around 8:30 p.m. Saturday, cops said.
The incident seemed likely to raise the temperature of the already heated debate surrounding the migrant crisis, in which more than 100,000 migrants came to the city last year.
The officers were trying to break up the disorderly crowd outside the Candler Building, where the city announced the opening of a mega-shelter in March. When the cops attempted to put one of the men under arrest, multiple people attacked, according to authorities.
The men kicked and punched the officers in the head and body, video released by police shows.
The lieutenant suffered a cut to his face during the melee. He was treated on the scene along with his colleagues, according to cops.
Two 19-year-old illegals, a 24-year-old illegal and a 21-year-old illegal (all male) were arrested at the scene. All were charged with assault on a police officer.
They were released following arraignments in Manhattan Criminal Court.

The city’s largest cop union decried their release.

“Attacks on police officers are becoming an epidemic, and the reason is [the] revolving door we’re seeing in cases like this one,” Patrick Hendry, president of the Police Benevolent Association, said in a statement. “It is impossible for police officers to deal effectively with crime and disorder if the justice system can’t or won’t protect us while we do that work.”

Police are still searching for five other male illegals involved in the brawl. They released photos of the wanted men in the hopes someone may recognize them. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS

Four of the migrants cut loose without bail after allegedly ganging up on two NYPD cops near Times Square may be on the run, The Post has learned.
Cops believe the group could have hopped on a bus bound for California on Wednesday after giving phony names to a church-affiliated nonprofit group that helps migrants get rides out of the city, according to law enforcement sources.
The four accused cop-attackers believed to have skipped town were charged with assault on a police officer and obstruction immediately after the shocking, caught-on-video attack Saturday in Midtown.

Darwin Andres Gomez, 19, Kelvin Servita Arocha, 19, Wilson Juarez, 21, and Yorman Reveron, 24, were released without monetary bail by a Manhattan judge.
But Reveron, who had prior arrests on his rap sheet, was put on supervised release. Sources said hightailing it out of the city would likely be a violation of his court-ordered release.
He is also accused of punching a worker at Macy’s Herald Square last month while allegedly trying to rob the retailer with two others.

A fifth asylum-seeking suspect, Jhoan Boada, 22, was hit with the same charges and also released without bail Wednesday.

Two more migrants, Jandry Barros, 21, and Yohenry Brito, 24, were arrested by cops later that night, the NYPD said.

Dozens of New York’s Finest and reps for the Police Benevolent Association packed the courtroom for Brito’s arraignment Thursday — as he became the first of those charged in the attack to be ordered held on bail.

Hochul steps up call to deport migrant mob busted in cop-beating caught on video: ‘Get them all and send them back’

Gov. Kathy Hochul on Thursday stepped up her call for the migrants caught on camera ganging up on two NYPD officers near Times Square to get booted from the US — as cops continued to search for at least one suspect.

“Get them all and send them back,” Hochul told reporters during an unrelated press conference announcing the rollout of new open-gangway subway cars.

“You don’t touch our police officers. You don’t touch anyone,” she said.
The remarks upped the Democratic governor’s comments on Wednesday that deporting the migrants arrested in the shocking mob beatdown oF New York’s Finest is something that should be “looked at.”

Police late Wednesday arrested two more asylum seekers — Jandry Barros, 21, and Yohenry Brito, 24 — and charged them with robbery and felony assault over the Saturday night attack. They were awaiting arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court.

Far-left comic Michael Rapaport says voting for Trump is ‘on the table’ after seeing migrants beat down cops in Times Square

Comedian and staunch critic of former President Trump Michael Rapaport unleashed a scathing rant against New York City’s immigration problems and President Biden’s priorities this week, suggesting that if Biden doesn’t deal with the problems here at home, voting for Trump is “on the table.”

Rapaport shared a video to X Friday railing against the recent news story about migrants in New York City beating up cops and then being released shortly after the altercation.

Furious at the idea that the Biden Administration has been tougher on foreign issues than domestic issues like a record migrant surge, Rapaport opened the clip by slamming his fist on a table and declaring, “This is why when I say voting for pig d— Donald Trump is on the table, voting for pig d— Donald Trump is on the table!”

He explained, “The other day in New York City, six illegal aliens jumped a New York City cop. NYPD’s finest. They jumped a New York City cop in Times Square and were arrested and released without bail.”

The incident happened this week and was captured on surveillance footage. It showed two cops wrestling with and getting kicked by multiple migrants. As Rapaport noted, several of the men arrested for the incident were released without bail and four of them are believed to have used fake names to obtain travel vouchers and flee the city for California.

They are a threat to public safety.
They should have been sent back to their country of origin without a hearing within 24 hours of that incident.
That's the law and that's New York City's fault for mishandling this. Ridiculous and absurd.
If Rapaport doesn't know this, he should keep his mouth shut about everything.

Apparently you're wrong again and Rapaport has a good point
New York follows all blue Brandon political policy, illegals first, citizens second

Several of the illegal immigrants suspected of beating New York City police officers were arrested in Phoenix, Arizona, Fox News confirmed Monday night.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement sources told Fox News that the migrants allegedly involved in the mob beating of NYPD officers were arrested Monday evening by ICE and Homeland Security Investigations at a Greyhound bus station in Phoenix.

The identities of the suspects arrested have not been released. There are also no further details on which migrants seen beating the officers were arrested on Monday.

Probably trying to make their way to safe haven Commifornica, especially Oakland where criminals are warned if ICE is in the area looking for them

she's no longer mayor, but nothing has changed

OAKLAND, Calif. -- The political battle over sanctuary cities has exploded into a public feud between the head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Libby Schaaf, the mayor of Oakland, California. It started when the mayor tipped off residents about a federal roundup of people living in the U.S. illegally.
It's beyond the pale," Homan said. "I've been doing this for 34 years and this is a whole new low -- to intentionally warn criminals that law enforcement is coming. I just can't believe it happened."

Oakland's ultra-progressive Mayor Sheng Thao claims LIFE COACHING will help solve city's soaring crime as she unveils bizarre graphic she says is secret to slashing violence

Thao revealed last week that her office plans to reinvigorate the city's ceasefire program, which connects those at the highest risk of gun violence involvement with life coaches.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg announced seven indictments in what he called a “heinous” attack against NYPD officers at the hands of migrants in the middle of Times Square in January.

Four suspects who were arrested last week have been indicted with second degree assault among other charges, one was indicted with tampering with physical evidence, while the charges of two other remain sealed.
Appearing alongside Mayor Eric Adams, Bragg played video of the brazen assault and highlight each individuals part.

Four other individuals who were caught on camera kicking the officers, sometimes in the head, remain wanted.

“This assault, as it did to many of you, sickened me and outraged me,” Bragg said, calling the investigation undertaken by his office along with the NYPD “painstaking.”
Suspects Yoherny Brito, 19, Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel, 19, Yorman Reveron, 24, Kelvin Servita Arocha, 19, were all charged with two counts of Assault in the Second Degree, a class D felony.

Gomez-Izquiel, Arocha, and Reveron, along with one other suspect, 22-year-old Jhoan Broada, were sprung loose without bail after their arrest last week and are believed to have immediately jumped a bus and fled to California – leading to harsh criticism of the DA’s office.
But Bragg defended the decision to let them go on Thursday, arguing the hectic nature of the video evidence, and several suspects changing clothes shortly after the beatdown, kept prosecutors from identifying exactly who did what.

Bragg said his office didn’t want to file full charges until they had “identified the roles of everybody who participated in this heinous act.”

He is only doing this to save his own butt. If people see

Cane his ass real good and tell him to take his ass back home.

A teen set free without bail after being charged with taking part in a caught-on-video Times Square melee between a group of migrants and NYPD cops has been arrested again — this time for shoplifting at a Queens Macy’s, police said Wednesday.https://www.nydailynews.com/2024/02...g-denies-reported-out-of-state-busts-in-case/
Darwin Andres Gomez Izquiel, 19, was allegedly caught shoplifting with two other men inside the department store at the Queens Center Mall about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, cops said.

When a store loss prevention officer stopped the trio, one of them punched the security staffer in the face, according to police. Izquiel acted as the lookout, according to cops.
Izquiel ran off but was nabbed a short distance away after cops released a wanted poster and charged with robbery and petty larceny.

Like they'll be around for their court date, WTF,
I think that's the point.

I mean, they know these people don't have jobs here, they don't have homes here, probably no family outside the shelter (or they would be staying with them), nothing to hold them. They know if they do show up for court, they get to pay all the lawyers, then pay for their room & board while they're in jail, and they're practically guaranteed to do it all over again when they get out. But if they skip town, they become somebody else's problem.

They do have family but their goal is to get their own apartment which would be faster in a shelter setting than staying at a relative's home.

Before this madness to put illegals first where were all these people going - to family or multiple people sharing a room and rotating sleeping shifts.

You're not wrong there! I used to do background checks for employment and for apartment rentals. We once had a check come back from a complex that had 33 single men living in a one bedroom apartment, illegally of course, you can only have two in a bedroom and one on the couch, so a total of three in a one bedroom unit. With something like 20 hammocks strung up throughout the tiny space and some shift sleeping going on... And all I can still think is 33 young men (18-30ish) and ONE toilet??? :vomit:
