VICTORVILLE, CA – A man doing some little girl shopping was arrested after he snatched a 4-year-old girl from a cell phone store.

The incident happened last Friday as a mother was inside a Victorville cell phone store holding a young child while her 4-year-old stood nearby.

As you can see in the below surveillance video, the little girl is standing by the front door when  24-year-old Terry Ransom simply reaches in and drags the girl out by her arm.

He doesn’t get far as the girl’s mother jumped into action faster than I do when there’s free cocaine on a coffee table.

Ransom lost his grip on the girl and ran away as the mother brings the crying girl back inside the store and comforts her.

Outside, Ransom reportedly sat in traffic laughing before getting up and running away. Bystanders tackled him and held him at the scene until police arrived.

Ransom, who was possibly under the influence of drugs, was evaluated at a hospital before being booked for kidnapping and child cruelty. He’s being held on $250,000 bail.
