PHOENIX, AZ – Police have accused a man of torturing his stepchildren by shoving toothpicks under their fingernails.

On March 22, a school counselor contacted the Arizona Department of Child Safety after a girl told the counselor her stepfather, 38-year-old Rafeal Oliver-Mendoza was abusing her and her two younger brothers.

Three children, ages 14, 10 and 12, were removed from the hone by DCS when one of the boys was found with red marks on his back and burn marks on his foot.

Two 16-year-old victims and another 14-year-old victim were not removed at that time.

Once away from their stepfather, the children told detectives that the abuse had been going on for the last four years.

They said Oliver-Mendoza doled out a host of different torture techniques against them, including having their hands or feet burned with a lighter, forced to walk in a circle and were hit with a wire if they stopped, and being hit with a belt, back scratcher, a hanger and a wire.

But that’s not all. Lard-ass is also accused of using tweezers to grab and twist the boys’ genitals and twisting the girl’s breast as punishment. He also put toothpicks under their fingernails and put the 10-year-old’s head in a plastic bag until he passed out.

The fat tub of shit was arrested and is now facing a possible 20 counts of child abuse. Prosecutors say that Oliver-Mendoza is a flight risk because he’s “not [a] U.S. citizen.”
