ROSEBURG, OR – Police in Oregon have arrested a man that was using the Kik messaging app to share child porn that involved his 1-year-old stepdaughter.

On November 2, police and Homeland Security Investigations served a search warrant at a home were they believed child porn found online had originated from.

Turned out the resident, 29-year-old Kelly Shane Rice, wasn’t just uploading child porn from the home… he was also using his 1-year-old stepdaughter to create it.

“During the search of the residence and the following investigation, it was discovered that one of the child pornographic images was produced at that residence,” state police said.

According to court records, Rice would take the pornographic photos of the child at the family’s home. He would then share the images on KIK, an anonymous social messaging application that has come under fire before because of these exact type of activities.

Rice was subsequently arrested and charged with using a child in display of sexually explicit conduct, sex abuse, unlawful sexual penetration, and encouraging child sex abuse.

The creepy looking sumbitch is currently wishing he was dead in the Douglas County Jail, with a bail set at $1.1 million.
