I don’t normally post videos like this as from what I can tell, no one has been charged with a crime. But we get emails on this daily, so I figured I would post it and get some of your thoughts.
In case you are unable to see it, the video shows a young mother force feeding a toddler. The kid is obviously upset, but this does not stop the woman from shoving food into the kid’s mouth — even covering his mouth until he chokes.
From what I can gather, the video was filmed in secret by the child’s 14-year-old uncle who has been trying to get CPS involved with the family, to no avail. He claims there are worse things going on in the home and shot this video to give CPS as proof.
CPS is aware of the video and stated what you are watching is not child abuse. Shitty parenting? Sure… but not child abuse as she did not strike the kid with a closed fist and it would be impossible to prove she intended for the child to choke.…

Chicago, IL – Yesterday we posted about the teenagers who filmed themselves beating the snot out of a 17-year-old boy in a Chicago alley then posting the video on Youtube. Today police announced they have arrested the seven teenagers.
According to police spokesman Mike Sullivan, all of the teens were charged with one count each of robbery and aggravated battery. One of the teens, 17-year-old Raymond Palomino, was charged as an adult while the rest — a 15-year-old girl (!), two 16-year-old boys and three 15-year-old boys — were cited in juvenile delinquency petitions.
The video, which you can watch below, went viral after it was posted on Youtube by someone who may want to watch their back as it was instrumental in helping police identify the assailants who can be seen relentlessly pummeling the 17-year-old boy for over 3 minutes. The video shows them kicking, stomping, punching and choking the boy before robbing him of his gym shoes, wallet and money.
The victim didn’t suffer any major injuries and was treated at the hospital for a busted lip, bruises and some facial abrasions.…

Chicago, IL – Chicago police are questioning six youths and their involvement in the beating of a 17-year-old boy in a Chicago alley that was recorded and then posted it on Youtube.
If you cannot see the video below, it shows as many as seven people beating the kid’s ass. The assailants all look to be around the same age as the victim and can be seen kicking, stomping and punching the boy before they robbed him of his gym shoes, wallet and money.
Police haven’t said why the boy was targeted, but do say it was not racially motivated. You can hear one of the suspects tell the victim that he “fucked up” but other than that there is no reason given for the ass-whooping. As bad as it looks, the victim was taken to the hospital for a busted lip, bruises and some facial abrasions.
I’ve included the video below and while I don’t know if the kid deserved it or not, it’s a cringe inducing beating.

RAVENNA, Mich. -- You guys remember Evan Emory? He’s the idiot I posted about in February who found himself in some hot water after posting an edited video of himself performing in front of a class of kids at Beechnau Elementary School on Youtube.
The 21-year-old filmed himself performing some age-appropriate songs for a class of first graders, then performed a sexually explicit song in an empty classroom. The video he posted on Youtube was shots of him singing the sexually explicit song, which included lyrics about sticking his finger in someone’s anus, with shots of the kids from the earlier performance.
I know, he’s not a comedic genius. Besides, it was done better by The Whitest Kids You Know. Anyway, people got super pissed about his stunt and he eventually got charged with one felony count of manufacturing child pornography and was looking at a possible 20 years in prison and having to register as a sex offender. No joke.
Well, he ended up getting two months in jail after pleading guilty to a charge of…get this…unlawful posting of an Internet message with aggravating circumstances. After serving his sentence, he will also serve, two years probation, perform 200 hours of community service, attend mandatory counseling, pay fines and cannot be within 500 feet of children under the age of 17.…

RAVENNA, Mich. -- A performer has been arrested and charged with one felony count of manufacturing child sexually abusive material after posting an edited version of himself performing in front of a class of kids at Beechnau Elementary School on Youtube.
Evan Emory, 21, got permission to perform some songs in front of some first-graders in January. He and his friend then recorded him performing a lewd song titled “6 to the 9″ with no one in the classroom. Richmond, VA — Police are actively looking for the men who beat up and robbed two other men in the city’s popular club district , then posted a video of the assault on Youtube.
The video shows a group of six to seven black men kicking the ass of two white men. The video was posted on Youtube with a comment about this being what happens when white people use the “N” word. I’m assuming they mean “nanocephalous” or maybe even “Narnia” but I’m not sure.
But whatever the “N” word is, the victim states they didn’t use it and never would have and didn’t even see his attackers until they came around the corner and began yelling at him and his friend.
“All I can remember is some guys starting to, like, yell at us and shout at us, and the next thing I know, I was waking up the next morning in the hospital,” said one of the victims, a software developer in his mid-20s.

Orlando, Florida – Sorry for the lack of stories today, people. It’s kinda my day off and Jaded is hungover having connection issues. Luckily it seems as if everyone is playing nice as there are few interesting incidents to post about. Although I did find this one where a confrontation between a Disney bus driver and a passenger was captured on video. I know, nothing too terrible but the angry passenger says, “We have a baby. We’re supposed to be priority.” That statement reminded me of something I noticed during my recent trip to Orlando. Parents with small children like to stick them in strollers and use them as battering rams. No matter where we were at Spooky Empire’s Horror Convention, if there was a parent with a baby in a stroller, get the fuck out of the way because they will ram you. They will also act indignant if you do not immediately get out of their way, looking at you and then down at the drooling baby then back at you like you didn’t already see the frigging thing after they rammed it into the back of your knees.…

Crescent, Oklahoma — The kid to the left is Jacob Jones. He’s a 12-year-old suffering from a few characteristics that make him classic bully-bait. He’s fat, he’s autistic and instead of hipster shirts, his mom dresses him up like a Nintendo billboard. Back in August, Jacob was assaulted by two boys at Crescent Middle School during recess while a third boy filmed it. The video was posted to Youtube where Jacob’s mother eventually found it and notified police. The video shows Jacob walking towards the three boys when one of them makes a half-assed attempt to kick him. A second boy is then shown kicking Jacob in the gut, knocking him to the ground. These boys, one 12-year-old and two 13-year-olds, have now been charged with felony assault and are facing up to five years in juvenile prison. They have also been suspended from school. Some feel the charges, and possible punishment, are justified but other’s feel that this incident has been blown out of proportion, the boys being made an example of in this anti-bullying climate.…

Baltimore – Any of you remember the Baltimore cop who became a Youtube sensation after he was captured on film berating and manhandling a 14-year-old skateboarder back in 2007? Yeah, well he is now out of a job. The video showed Officer Rivieri lay into Eric Bush, who was 14 at the time, after he felt Eric had disrespected him by calling him “dude.” Rivieri can be heard yelling “I’m not ‘man.’ I’m not ‘dude,’ I am Officer Rivieri!” I almost expected a vein to burt in his forehead while he spouted out something about a pledge pin on his uniform. Rivieri also amped up his schtick by placing Eric in a headlock before pushing him to the ground. A review board cleared Rivieri of any wrong-doing after the video became public, but Commissioner Fred Bealefeld overruled that decision and the 19-year-veteran is no longer with the department. I’m conflicted with he decision as I agree Rivieri over-reacted and was a real dick in the video…but to have 19 years of service thrown down the drain because of one mouthy teenager?…

Syracuse, NY – One thing I hate more than idiots, it’s idiots who abuse animals for kicks. Thanks God some of these are so fucking stupid that they videotape it. The world was alerted to two morons the other day after Erik Estrada, 18, of 1125 Westcott St., and a 16-year-old friend, posted a video on Youtube of them abusing a cat. We have the video after the jump, but in case you do not want to watch it (no worries, the cat is fine), it details a cat named Jasmine with it’s feet bound being harassed by a retard with a hair dryer. The clip ends with Estrada shaving some hair off the terrified cat’s leg and head before he gives the camera a double-thumbs up while sporting a stupid fucking grin on his stupid fucking face. Orlando, Florida – Police where called by a neighbor who reported Alphonzo Harris, 10 and Gregory McDonald, 12, had dumped a dead dog on his lawn. When police arrived on the scene, they witnessed Harris punching a puppy in the face and would not stop until a deputy intervened. One dog was buried in a shallow grave and two other dogs were tied up in their own waste, both with numerous wounds and one was even spray-painted. When an animal services officer began digging in the back yard and asked why they did this, one of the boys answered, “We see dog fighting on YouTube, so we just do it.” Both boys were charged with felony fighting and baiting animals and cruelty to animals. One of these classmates is a 15-year-old girl who is on the school wrestling team, an ICP fan, and who has had a longstanding beef with Xanders since the 5th grade.
