BURLINGTON, Ky. –Three men charged with torturing, kidnapping, killing and dismembering a 19-year-old alleged drug dealer told deputies they wanted to “rid the world of the evil in it.”
On Sunday, the sister of 19-year-old Daniel Delfin called authorities to report him missing. While police where investigating the suspected heroin dealer’s whereabouts, they received a tip that three men, Jeffrey Allen, 21, Anthony Baumgartner, 23, and Stephen Harkness, 22, had murdered Delfin.
The men were picked up by police and brought in for questioning. After a little while, all three of the former Marines began talking and told police what had happened to the missing teen, and why. The trio admitted they had murdered Delfin because the teen was a drug dealer and they were trying to rid the world of evil.
“They were going to rid the world, perhaps one person at a time, of the evil in it,” said Tom Scheben, a spokesman for the Boone County Sheriff’s office. According to Scheben, the men had been planning to kidnap and kill a drug dealer then continue to move up the chain in a DEATH WISH fashion.…

NAPOLEONVILLE, La. – A couple of men were arrested Sunday after they tracked down a rape suspect and then proceeded to beat him with a baseball bat.
According to reports, police were called to a home after someone said they woke up to find 37-year-old Telly Ross (pictured) sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl who was staying in the home. Ross fled the area before police arrived, and an arrest warrant was issued.
Police would find Ross later that same day while responding to a fight in progress on the same street as the alleged sexual assault. The fight turned out to be Ross on the shit end of the street justice stick. He had been found by 25-year-old Everton Smith and 33-year-old Ramon Johnson who were doling out some punishment with a baseball bat.
Ross was transported to the hospital where he was treated and released before being taken into custody on a charge of simple rape. Smith and Johnson were each charged with aggravated battery. It may not be 100 percent correct, but I did some quick checking and if convicted, Ross is looking at 25 years.…

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – A jury proved me wrong today when they sentenced Jerome Ersland to life in prison with chance of parole. The Oklahoma pharmacist was charged with first-degree murder after killing a teen who tried to rob the pharmacy he worked at, and I stated I didn’t think a jury would convict him of it.
Jerome Ersland, 59, was working at the Reliable Discount pharmacy back in 2009 when Antwun Parker, 16, and an accomplice entered and tried to pull off an armed robbery. Ersland responded to their demands for money at gunpoint by pulling out a handgun of his own and shooting Parker in the head.
At this point in the story most feel he was justified, including prosecutors. It was what he did next that resulted in him being charged with murder and has people split between calling Ersland a hero or calling him a cold-blooded murderer.
After Parker fell to the floor unconscious, Ersland chased his accomplice out of the store. When Ersland returned, he grabbed a second gun, stood over Parker like Paul Kersey, and fired five more bullets into the teen’s abdomen.…

GOLDSBORO, NC – On Sunday, police responded to a call at the Busco Beach ATV Park and Campground after someone called and reported the rape of a 19-year-old girl.
They ended up charging 40-year-old Anthony Mancenty Pfaff with second-degree rape but before they took him to jail, they took him to the hospital.
Seems that before they arrived a relative of the victim doled out a bit of North Carolina justice on Pfaff’s face, his injuries captured in his booking photo for everyone to laugh at.
After being treated for his ass-kicking, he was released from the hospital and booked into jail with a bond set at $100,000. As of today, he’s still there.…

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Two men were sent to the hospital after the family of the woman they tried to rob beat them, stabbed them and then shot them with their own gun.
Early Monday, 47-year-old Maria Guebara was returning home to the Cambridge Arms apartments after attending a birthday party. That’s when 22-year-old Raufeal Weddy and 26-year-old Terrell Battle got out of a car and tried to steal her purse at gunpoint.
Guebara began screaming for help, alerting 10 to 15 friends and family members who lived at the apartment complex. As they came running to her aid, one of the robbers shot at them, the bullet passing through clothing. The man driving the car Weddy and Battle got out of drove off.
A very wise decision on his part as Guebara and her family are from El Salvador. These people have dealt with civil war and military death squads. Some shithead with a bandana and a .22 caliber handgun just doesn’t pose quite the same threat. It didn’t help the two criminals that the Hispanics in the area have been the victims of persistent break-ins and robberies.…
Continue ReadingISSAQUAH, Wash. – Some details missing in this particular story, mostly from one of the sides who is currently in a coma after getting his head bashed in. But here’s the story so far according to Kiro TV. At around 2 a.m. a woman was walking home from a bar to a nearby home she was visiting. She was followed by a 31-year-old man. The man entered the home and sexually assaulted the woman. After the alleged rape, the woman called her husband who was still at the bar with friends. “He was informed that his wife had been raped and he ran home to go to her aid. Meanwhile, 911 was called by other people,” said defense attorney John Henry Browne. When the husband arrived at the home, he found one of his friends fighting with the accused and joined in the fray. Using a rubber mallet and a brick, both men beat the suspect, who both men knew, into a coma. The husband, 31, and his 30-year-old friend were arrested on suspicion of assault.…
Continue ReadingDavie, Florida – In 1997, Luke Petruschke, 38, was facing a couple of sex related charges – he was acquitted. Four years later, he was back in court facing charges of lewd and lascivious molestation – the charges in that case were dropped. Lucky guy, huh? Let’s fast forward to the here and now. Luke spent the night at a friend’s home Friday evening and was preparing to leave Saturday morning when the friend’s 3-year-old son informed his parents that Luke had fondled him during the night. It was at that exact moment that Luke’s luck ran the hell out. The child’s father, Manuel Vega, and a neighbor, Krish Carter, got all vigilante-like on the alleged kiddy diddler. …

BELLINGHAM, Wash. – On Friday night at Access Comics, owner Lanny Wolf and two friends, Virgil Vanduisen and Jeffrey Chapman, were playing the card game “Magic: The Gathering”. Now some of the details are vague at this point, but from what I can gather, three men who had been drinking nearby, came into the store, and then left after being asked to leave. Once outside, the men dropped their pants and pressed their asses against the storefront window, causing it to break. This aggravated two of the card players more than having your Bösium Strip destroyed and not having a Beacon of Unrest, so they took off after the men, taking a baseball bat with them.…
