Man Gets Two Months In Jail For Youtube Prank, Destroying Children’s Souls

RAVENNA, Mich. -- You guys remember Evan Emory? He’s the idiot I posted about in February who found himself in some hot water after posting an edited video of himself performing in front of a class of kids at Beechnau Elementary School on Youtube.
The 21-year-old filmed himself performing some age-appropriate songs for a class of first graders, then performed a sexually explicit song in an empty classroom. The video he posted on Youtube was shots of him singing the sexually explicit song, which included lyrics about sticking his finger in someone’s anus, with shots of the kids from the earlier performance.
I know, he’s not a comedic genius. Besides, it was done better by The Whitest Kids You Know. Anyway, people got super pissed about his stunt and he eventually got charged with one felony count of manufacturing child pornography and was looking at a possible 20 years in prison and having to register as a sex offender. No joke.
Well, he ended up getting two months in jail after pleading guilty to a charge of…get this…unlawful posting of an Internet message with aggravating circumstances. After serving his sentence, he will also serve, two years probation, perform 200 hours of community service, attend mandatory counseling, pay fines and cannot be within 500 feet of children under the age of 17.…

SHELBY, NC - Thought some of you might get a kick out of one of the scariest videos I’ve watched in awhile, especially if you’ve ever worried about debris flying up from the highway and turning your head into mush after it crashes through your windshield.
For those of you who cannot see the video, a woman in North Carolina was filming two jackasses on the highway playing a game of leap-frog, when one of the vehicles in front of her kicks up a 2×4 in the road and sends it through her windshield.

Australia – The following video shows an overweight Australian boy being bullied at school while other kids look on. It also shows an overweight Australian boy picking up a bully at school and body slamming his scrawny ass to the pavement. I’m pretty sure it’s my favorite video of the year so far.
The bully was suspended for 21 days while the other boy, identified as Casey “The Punisher” Heynes, was suspended for four days. Although the video shows the bully limping off, he only suffered a grazed knee and hopefully a valuable lesson. Casey has garnered tons of support online though his father says he has been tormented for years and is concerned for his son’s safety.
“There’ll be reprisals from other kids in the school and he still has to go to school somewhere,” he said. “He’s not a violent kid, it’s the first time he’s lashed out and I don’t want him to be victimized over that. He’s always been taught never to hit. Apparently other people’s parents don’t teach their kids that.”
BTW, when dealing with bullies, turning the other cheek is bullshit.…

Port Penn, DE — Joshua Jones was taken into custody on Thursday, charged with first-degree rape and unlawful sexual contact, after police say his girlfriend found evidence he had been sexually assaulting her 8-year-old daughter.
The 28-year-old woman called police on Wednesday to report that she had discovered two videos on a desktop computer that showed her young daughter performing oral sex on Jones. When confronted with the evidence, Jones ran from the home.
Taken into custody without incident, Jones was reportedly transported to the Wilmington Hospital for an evaluation before being shackled and caged. At this point, there is no explanation for the medical evaluation.
Joshua Jones, 23, remains behind bars at the Howard Young Correctional Institute on $55,000 secured bail.…

Sacramento, CA – When I posted the video of a FOX news crew being attacked by a mob of mourners outside a California IHOP, I only did so because it was a slow news day. Also, I thought the chick in green was the most annoying person ever and the way reporter John Lobertini used his mic against the angry crowd was hilarious. He was like a fairy waving a wand.
I didn’t have much of an opinion on it because I didn’t know what words were exchanged between the crew and the crowd that had gathered at an impromptu memorial for a man that had been shot and killed there earlier that day.
But I did think that at least some of those people involved would be charged with dragging camerawoman, Rebecca Little, to the ground by her hair and then kicking her while she was down. But to date that has not happened and a growing number of people want to know why — including the people who started the obligatory Facebook Page.
Sacramento police say their hands are tied as this is a misdemeanor case and if the victims don’t want to press charges, what are they supposed to do?…

RAVENNA, Mich. -- A performer has been arrested and charged with one felony count of manufacturing child sexually abusive material after posting an edited version of himself performing in front of a class of kids at Beechnau Elementary School on Youtube.

Police Looking For Man Caught On Video Moments Before Attacking Young Girl

MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. – Police need help finding the man caught on video stalking a 12-year-old girl as she walked home from school, moments before he tried to sexually assault her.
It’s pretty chilling to watch, especially when you realize the attack happened in broad daylight in a church parking lot. In the video you can see the girl followed by a man who runs to catch up to her.
Off screen he picks her up and carries her to some woods where he attempts to rape her. He is scared off when the quick thinking girl tells him people are watching.
Police think this man is a predator responsible for similar attacks that have happened to young girls in the area. In November a 15-year-old girl was attacked but was able to get away from her attacker. The same could not be said for a 15-year-old who was attacked and raped in January.
Deputies are on extra patrols around Bayshore High School and Lee Magnet Middle School and telling students to take precautions when walking to and from school like employing the tried and true buddy system.…

I have no idea where this is or how old it may be, but I love videos like this. For the video impaired, it’s just a drunk douchebag hassling an older man who eventually gets the upper-hand. The funniest part to me is when the old man looks like he’s checking on the young guy to make sure he’s ok, then delivers the final punch. UPPER DARBY, Pa. – Seven boys, ages 13 to 17, have been arrested for their part in an alleged bullying incident caught on tape.
Back on January 11th, a 13-year-old boy was walking home from Beverly Hills Middle School when the group of teens began assaulting him on videotape.
The video is only 7 minutes of an estimated 20 minute long attack that shows the attackers kicking the boy on the ground, dragging him through the snow as he screams and stuffing him in a tree. After he falls out, he tries to make a run for it but is caught again. The group continue to punch him before hanging on a metal fence by his jacket.
Police say this goes far past the line of “kids being kids” and straight into the realm of full-blown assault, and they are taking it very seriously. They have arrested all seven boys involved. Six of them were walked out in handcuffs from an alternative school program for troubled students on the grounds of Upper Darby High School.…

Richmond, VA — Police are actively looking for the men who beat up and robbed two other men in the city’s popular club district , then posted a video of the assault on Youtube.
The video shows a group of six to seven black men kicking the ass of two white men. The video was posted on Youtube with a comment about this being what happens when white people use the “N” word. I’m assuming they mean “nanocephalous” or maybe even “Narnia” but I’m not sure.
But whatever the “N” word is, the victim states they didn’t use it and never would have and didn’t even see his attackers until they came around the corner and began yelling at him and his friend.
“All I can remember is some guys starting to, like, yell at us and shout at us, and the next thing I know, I was waking up the next morning in the hospital,” said one of the victims, a software developer in his mid-20s.

SANDY, Utah -- After being arrested for suspicion of burglary, 20-year-old Nicholas Duffy was handcuffed and placed in the back of a police car. Duffy was high on drugs at the time of his arrest and told police he felt like he was about to puke, so he was given a bucket and the officer rolled down the back window so he could get some air.
As he was being transported down Interstate 15 at about 30 mph, Duffy unbuckled himself, and promptly jumped out of the cruiser’s open window with his hands still cuffed behind his back. The officer pulled over as soon as he saw he had lost a passenger and Duffy, wanted on several warrants, was taken to jail after being treated at the hospital for minor injuries. Check out the video:

DAYTON, Ohio – A police car’s dash cam caught an officer being attacked by the person he pulled over, as well a Good Samaritan who jumped into the fray to give him a hand. Last Saturday night, Dayton Police Officer Jonathan Seiter stopped a car because of a missing headlight. When the driver, Otto Coleman, was asked to step out of his vehicle he became physically combative and turned out to be quite scrappy for a 64-year-old. During the fight, Coleman can be seen reaching for Officer Seiter’s gun and Taser on his belt and occasionally getting the upper-hand on Seiter. The officer calls for backup and receives it in the form of a woman, who police have not identified, who ran up and started hitting Coleman in the head, allowing Seiter to place some pretty solid shots to Coleman’s face. A fellow police officer arrives and Coleman is finally taken to the ground. Turns out Coleman has quite the criminal history including charges of felonious assault with intent to murder, felonious assault with intent to maim, three counts of felonious assault, two which were against a police officer.…
