BETHLEHEM, Pa – Twin brothers Timothy and Thomas Willgruber, both aged 56, had a history of alcohol abuse and drunk driving. But not any longer. Last month the brothers were attending Celtic Fest, and Thomas was trying to help his drunk brother parallel park a minivan. For some drunken reason, Timothy lost control of the vehicle and ended up crushing Thomas’ leg in between the van and a parked SUV. Thomas died 8-hours later. Timothy failed the sobriety test at the scene and it was later revealed he had a blood-alcohol level of .20. Even though Bethlehem police Capt. David Kravatz says Timothy Willgruber was “devastated” after the accident and family members say the brothers were best friends, homicide charges were expected – but now that wont be necessary. Novato, CA – I don’t even know where to start with this dipshit.  I don’t think I have seen this much stupidity and blatant disregard for all that is resonable in well…ever.  Edward Schaefer, 43, driving his Harley drunk,  with 6 DUI convictions under his belt already, ran down and killed 9 year old Melodie Osheroff as she was crossing a crosswalk with her father.  Oh, but no folks, the douchebaggery does not end there.  Schaefer is an assclown to the extreme.  When answering to the charges in court, Schaefer flipped off the prosecution and cameras.  What a tool.

DOVER, Del. – Meet Andrew Rankin…or as I like to call him, a 28-year-old Sad Sack Of Shit. We post a lot of disgusting behavior here on D’D, and while I would never be one to actually take the time to gauge one heinous action over another, one particular criminal pastime that pisses me off more than most deals with people who drive under the influence. Andrew Rankin is familiar with this activity as back in 2004, he was responsible for the drunk driving accident that killed his 20-year-old passenger. He was on probation for that when in June, he killed 17-year-ol Brian Wilson in ANOTHER drunk driving accident.

Alexander Martinez

SACRAMENTO COUNTY, Calif. - Joni Kelley was driving on a suspended drivers license when, for reasons not known, she left the road she was driving on, went down a driveway and into a wall of an empty home a few houses away from where they lived.. She is in critical condition. Her 5-year-old grandson, Alexander Martinez, who was in the car at the time, was pronounced dead. Oh, get this… the boy was in her lap.

MARION COUNTY, Fla. - Frances Schee, 13, was one of 21 students riding  a school bus home from North Marion Middle School. While the bus was stopped at a stop sign on US-301 with its flashers on, Reinaldo Gonzalez, 30, rammed his semi into the back of the bus without stopping pushing the bus over 200 feet. WINCHESTER - Andres San Agustin, 48, his 36-year-old wife, Maribeth, and their 4-year-old son, Angelo, went for a drive near Hemet on SundaySunday reviews night in their 1999 Chevrolet Malibu. Unfortunately, at the same time, on the same road, two vehicles where reportedly involved in some form a street race. One driver crossed over double yellow lines to pass his friends pickup and crashed his 2007 GMCgmc reviews 2500 head-on into the family’s car. WitnessesWitnesses reviews stated that the driver got out of the truck and into the truck he was trying to pass. They then left the scene, leaving the family dead or dying.

Turns out that Timblin had a blood-alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit when her drunk ass got on the highway wrong and then killed three people. She has been arrested and now faces charges including three counts of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence.

Lancasterlancaster, PA- Around 2:45 a.m. Sarah Timblin, 23, of Washington Borough, Lancaster County, was driving the wrong way down Route 30 between the Harrisburg Pike and Rohrerstown Road when she crashed head-on into a silver Honda, killing Inocente Sanchez, 40, Luis Sanchez, 45, and Marlin Banks, 47 who were on their way to work. Sarah was treated at Lancaster General Hospital for minor injuries. She was released Tuesday morning. Police are trying to determine where Timblin was before the crash and whether she had been drinking. She had a prior DUI charge in 2006.

VANCOUVER, Wash. – Peter Gecho has been charged with vehicular manslaughter in connection with the death of his 9-year-old daughter, Madison Gecho. Just after dark on Jan 16th of this year, Peter was using his pickup truck to pull an inflatable raft containing his daughter and teenager, Daniel Garris. After driving down some country roads, the pulled into the snow-covered grounds of Thomas Jefferson Middle School. Peter then revved the engine and began to do "doughnuts", when the inflatable raft hit a low-lying brick wall at about 20 mph.

Garris was thrown over the wall and sustained minor injuries, but Madison was killed.This has led to tension between not only the investigators and prosecutors, but the community as well. Debates on why Gecho wasn't arrested after his daughter died with others who feel he was a loving, grieving father who should not face criminal prosecution.

The vehicular manslaughter charge was supported by witnesses who testified that Peter had been drinking whiskey earlier that day, and had been drinking beer while filling the raft with air. Hospital workers also stated that they smelled [Read more...]
