Elizabeth Jones Jailed After Making 11 False Rape Claims In Decade

Southampton, Hants – A judge has sentenced 22-year-old Elizabeth Jones to 16 months in jail after she filed a a false rape claim against a man, her 11th false rape claim in the last decade.
In her latest claim of being raped, Jones got into an argument with a man she was intimate with then went to the police station for a medical examination and claimed the man had raped her. This poor guy ended up getting arrested and held for nine hours before being released without being charged.
During their investigation into the alleged rape, police would review surveillance footage and find that Jones had lied about the assault. When confronted with this evidence, Jones admitted she had lied about being raped because she didn’t like the man.
She would later plead guilty to one count of attempting to pervert the course of justice. Judge Derwin Hope ended up sentencing Jones to 16 months in jail, informing her that she had caused a “terrible emotional experience” for her alleged attacker.…

UK — Subhan Anwar, a man convicted of murdering 2-year-old Sanam Navsarka, was killed in prison after being held hostage by two other inmates at Long Lartin prison – and it couldn’t have happened to a more deserving guy.
Anwar was serving a minimum of 23 years at the prison after being convicted of torturing and murdering his girlfriend’s daughter in 2008. Sanam suffered a horrible, prolonged death at the hands of Subhan Anwar, with police discovering 107 separate injuries to her body. These included both of her thigh bones being fractured, which ultimately caused her death, and untreated fractures to both her arms.
Sanam’s tiny hand prints and bloodstains were found inside cupboards at the couple’s home, as well as a former home of the couple. During Anwar’s sentencing, Judge Peter Thornton QC said: “It is almost unbelievable the pain and anguish she must have suffered, not just once or twice, but repeatedly and persistently over weeks at your cruel and selfish hands.”
There’s not a lot of details regarding Anwar’s death, aside from reports that he was being held hostage by two other inmates before he was killed last Thursday night. ”The body of the man was found by prison officers just before 8pm on Thursday, February 14,” a West Mercia Police spokesman said. ”Two men aged 47 and 45 have been arrested on suspicion of murder and are currently in police custody.”
Anwar was not the only one held responsible for Sanam’s death.…

Speaking of the latter, a pair of morning DJ’s in Australia made a really stupid prank call to the hospital where the Duchess of Cambridge was staying, and now the nurse who took the call has been found dead in an apparent suicide.
For those of you who haven’t heard the incredibly important news regarding Kate Middleton being in the hospital recently, she and Prince Williams are expecting a baby and she was recently admitted to King Edward VII hospital suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum — or as others have called it, morning sickness times 1000.
While at the hospital recuperating, two morning DJ’s in Australia decided they would try calling the hospital to ask how she was doing while pretending to be the Queen and Prince Charles.…

Thetford, UK - A 19-year-old British man has been placed in custody after admitting in court to microwaving a cat until it died. Jamie Blake was charged by Bury St Edmunds Magistrates’ Court with causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal. The details leading up to the killing, though, are sure to exonerate him.
The cat, paradoxically named “Buddy,” was reportedly informally adopted by Blake while he was staying at a group home in Thetford, UK. Blake said he would keep the cat in his room for company at night, feeding it cheese and tuna. According to reports, Blake told the court that the cat then started talking to him.
Did it say “Thank you for the cheese and tuna!” you ask? Of course not. It’s a cat. It’s evil.
According to Blake, what Buddy did say is that his mother’s dead ex-partner was, in fact, injecting his mother with heroin. The defendant, who has been described as having ‘mental health issues,’ then reportedly started arguing with the cat. As anyone who has argued with a cat can tell you, this proved pointless.…

Carlisle, UK - A man has pleaded guilty to assaulting his girlfriend after the couple got into an argument over her constant reading of the terrible bestseller, Fifty Shades of Grey.
Police say 31-year-old Raymond Hodgson and his girlfriend, Emma McCormick, got into an argument when she would not stop reading aloud passages from the book that Hodgson felt was “pornographic” and “distasteful.” The argument carried over to the next day through text messages that eventually got personal.
Raymond got so angry with Emma that when he visited her later that evening she would not let him in the house and tried to shut the door on him. But Raymond wedged his foot int he door, slapped her once in the face, and then squirted her in the face with a bottle of steak sauce. Raymond denies ever slapping Emma, but admits that he did squirt her with steak sauce to show her what “saucy” really meant. Har! Har!
Raymond’s lawyer says that his client regrets ever doing this and has since apologized.…

Medway, UK - A UK woman was convicted of six counts of animal cruelty after her akita, Ruby, was found lying in the woman’s garden covered in maggots and feces in a severely weakened state.
Julie Walker, 48, was found guilty was convicted in her absence of causing unnecessary suffering to the 12-year-old akita. RSPCA Inspector Caroline Doe said Ruby was in a worse condition than, “any of the other thousands of cases she had dealt with.” Ruby needed to be euthanized due to her condition.
After finding her guilty of all charges, magistrates issued a warrant for Walker’s arrest. Walker reportedly presented herself at the Medway police station on Wednesday and was taken into custody.
Clearly a master of legal maneuvering, Walker – during the sentencing hearing – claimed that she knew nothing about her trial and asked for the case to be reopened. In rebuttal, the court clerk presented a fax that Walker had sent to the court acknowledging the case and asking that it be dismissed. D’oh.…

Hartlepool, UK - A UK court has jailed Gareth Francis Owen, 22, indefinitely after a judge branded him a danger to the public. Owen had been sentenced two weeks ago to five months incarceration for causing unnecessary suffering to his Labrador after admitting having sex with the dog. This additional sentence comes in response to Owen pleading guilty to added charges of making and possessing both “extreme” and “child” pornography.
Owen’s troubles began when he took his computer to a shop to be repaired. A call to the police led to the discovery of ‘indecent photos’ of children and a ‘sickening collection’ of bestiality pictures. Court records describe there being evidence of several ‘vile’ movies which had been deleted. In addition, Owen’s probation report described the defendant writing pornographic accounts involving explicit sexual activities between ‘adult males and Pokemon characters.’
When considering the charge of the assault on the dog, Prosecutor Lynne Dalton said Owen admitted having sexual relations with a number of family pets and horses from the age of 14.…

Peterborough, UK – Kevin Breedon, 34, had a bad night. Just after 2AM on October 30, UK police reportedly found the drunken Breedon waving an 18-inch machete at his fiancée and her 17-year-old son outside his home. It was not reported why.
For their safety, one of the responding officers immediately got the woman and her son into the back of his patrol car. According to court documents, Breedon responded by striking the vehicle repeatedly with the machete in a ‘frenzy of blows’ as the officer tried to drive away. The officer was able to drive away in an effort to get the subjects of Breedon’s ire to a local police station.
Court documents described that, after the patrol car had left, Breedon got into the woman’s Ford Focus to pursue them. In the chaos, though, Breedon had lost track of which patrol car his fiancée and her son were in and began pursuing the wrong police car.

UK – A 46-year-old man admitted he “lost it” after a 13-year-old boy killed his character in Call of Duty: Black Ops and would not stop taunting him.
Mark Bradford said: “I’d been playing the whole day and he was baiting me and baiting me and just would not shut up. He went on and on and I just lost it. In a moment of madness I went round to his house. I didn’t know what I was going to do.”
So he improvised.
Bradford admits he confronted the teen and put his hands around the teen’s neck.
The unidentified boy said: “I was just sat playing. We’d had a bit of a joke and then he stormed in and grabbed me. I didn’t know what was going on.”
Bradford’s attack was interrupted by the teen’s mother who pulled Bradford off of her son. Bradford simply walked away without saying a word.
In court answering to assault charges, Bradford’s lawyer said his client has mental health issues and the attack was not planned. He was just provoked by the teen’s name-calling. Bradford was released on bail and will be back in court on October 24.…

UK – Over the years, it has become quite common for the friends and family of somone who has died to create a Facebook page in an attempt to honor or remember them. This is especially true for young people who have died in some fashion.
It has also become quite common over the years, for trolls to visit those pages created by friends and family and leave some pretty vile comments or images for no other reason than to compound someone’s grief for kicks and the lulz.
I’ve always felt it takes a really special type of asshole to take such an easy route in an attempt to troll somebody, and normally they can conduct their activities in relative safety, wrapped in the soft and cozy blanket of anonymity. Well, except for 25-year-old Sean Duffy.
Duffy was prosecuted under the Malicious Communications Act and sentenced to 18 weeks behind bars for mocking the deaths of several teenagers, posting images on their Facebook pages and posting Youtube videos that made fun of them and taunting their families.…

East Lancashire, UK - Stephanie Knight, 19, has been convicted of luring two teenage girls with the promise of a night of clubbing that instead became a gang rape by “her boys.” After the promise of a night out, the two 16-year-olds were driven around, provided alcohol, and then brought to an abandoned house.
Knights “boys” – brothers Amjad, 34, and Shahid Hussain, 37, and their cousin Tanveer Butt, 39, (pictured left to right) reportedly raped one of the girls repeatedly throughtout a night in December 2009 while the other teen was held captive. Amjad Hussain then raped both girls as he drove them home, prosecutors told the court.
As a part of her defense, Knight denied there was any agreement for the sexual assaults to take place. The prosecution countered that Knight, whom the girls had known only for about one week, was heard to say “got them” in a mobile phone conversation naming the girls when discussing the evening.
According to the court, Knight said she first met Amjad Hussain six months earlier when he pulled up beside her in the street and asked for her mobile phone number.…

Cheadle, UK - Nicholas Read, 40, who had been convicted of indecent exposure last month, was given a 20-week jail term as punishment. It was then suspended by the UK court official who stated that jail ‘would not help him.’
Read is an actor who, up until this incident, was best known for his work in the Harry Potter and Star Wars films – having played both a Gringotts goblin and an Ewok warrior. The life of an Ewok warrior is understandably hard. Sadly, this Ewok warrior’s fall from grace was evident by his conviction for mastubating under a bowler hat while traveling on a UK passenger train last October.
On that fateful day, Read was reportedly traveling between London and Leicester by train. Court documents say that Read seated himself in an aisle seat next to a teenage girl at the window. Read was convicted for covering his lap with his bowler hat and stroking his mini-mini-me for “30 to 40 minutes” while effectively “trapping” his victim.

Bournemouth, Dorset UK – Three days after announcing on her Facebook that she had a stalker, 17-year-old Emily Longley was found dead inside a home on Saturday morning.
Police described the cause of Longley’s death as “undetermined subject to toxicology tests.” But reports are that last Wednesday the teen informed everyone she had a stalker. She wrote: “I have a stalker!!!” She went on to describe getting a phone call from a private number. She asked who it was to which she wrote the replied: “You don’t know me but I know everything about you.” After hanging up, the unidentified male would not stop calling.
Of course her Facebook postings may have nothing at all to do with her death, especially since her father told a newspaper his daughter had died in her sleep, but he did not know how. Police did arrest two Bournemouth men, aged 19 and 17, but they were released on bail. Longley knew the two males and I’m going to assume that they were at the home she was found dead.…

Bangor, Maine – Back in 2009 (when Rotten Apple didn’t hate my guts) we informed you of Julie “Mucklebones” Carr, the Maine woman who sexually abused her young daughter on webcam for the pleasure of a teen in the UK.
On Monday, she was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Authorities in the UK were contacted by a woman after a teenager, Nicholas Wilde, sent her 16-year-old daughter child porn. Wilde was tracked down, arrested and had his computer seized. Investigators would find various images and videos of child pornography involving children as young as 18-months.
They would also find video of Carr, 33, sexually abusing her 2-year-old daughter on camera, following Wilde’s instructions.
Carr was tracked down and charged with gross sexual assault and sexual exploitation of a minor. She pleaded guilty in February 2010. Wilde admitted to 10 charges of making, possessing or distributing indecent images of children, possessing extreme pornography and two charges of incitement to commit sexual assault of a child under 13.

A student at Benfield School made a post on Facebook asking his friends to dare him into pulling stupid stunts. One of these stunts has gotten him and some other students expelled from school.
With the urging from Facebook friends, the student took a teacher’s cup from her class and then teabagged it in the corridor. For those of you unfamiliar with the term “teabagging,” the boy basically placed his balls in her cup she uses to drink from. He then took a picture of his balls in the cup, and posted the image online.
