Jennifer Hammond Has Been Found

SARATOGA SPRINGS, New York – The remains of 18-year-old Jennifer Hammond were found in a heavily wooded near the Edinburg/Greenfield town line. MissingMissing reviews since 2003, Hammond was last seen at the Creek and Pines Trailer Park in Ballston Spa selling magazines door-to-door. The teen had a history of running away, but had a bus ticket back to her home state of Colorado. The ticket was never picked up, and her belongings were left in a hotel room. So now that the “where is Hammond” question has been answered, investigators will move on to figuring out how she died. But there may be more to this. Michael Earl Ricks Got Mad At Roommates; Bulldozes Their Trailer

Goldsboro, North Carolina — Michael Earl Ricks, 47, has been convicted of armed robbery, common law robbery and writing worthless checks. He has recently been released from prison and luckily, Mary McDuffie and Christy Hughes let him come live with them in the trailer they rented. After a few hours of drinking, the two women got into an argument with Ricks and threatened to kick him out. Ricks became upset and took a trip to his employer, Best Sand and Gravel, and returned with a front-end loader bulldozer. While one of the women was on the phone with 911, Ricks used the bulldozer to destroy the trailer. You can listen to the moment he hit the trailer here. After he was done with the trailer, he then chased the two women as they ran to their landlord’s home. The women were not injured, and Ricks was arrested at the scene. Sharon Hinojosa Let Her Children Burn Alive

Huron Township – This is one of the most horrifyingly callous stories I have written about in a while. I have read through about 15 different articles and got sicker the entire time. Sharon Hinojosa, 29, lived in a mobile home with her boyfriend Justin Whisler. Early Friday morning, the mobile home caught fire. Hinojosa was able to escape the blaze with the 1-year-old she shared with Whisler. Sadly,her two other children she had with another man, 4-year-old Anthony, and 3-year-old Alayna, perished in the flames — despite attempts by neighbors to rescue them. Now police have charged Hinojosa with setting the fire and purposely leaving her two children to burn alive. It is a heinous accusation and now that some details have come to light, coupled with the fact that she is now in the hospital after drinking rubbing alcohol, seem to have a lot of merit [Read more...]

Sandra Mendoza Forgot Her Two Children

ROSENBERG, Texas - After visiting her mother with her husband and two toddlers, Sandra Mendoza, 20, returned home to their trailer in the Gegelskis Trailer Park at around 5am, went inside and then went to sleep. Neither parent realized they had left her two sons, a 1-year-old and 2-year-old, in their F-150 Ford pickup truck.
