Catherine Kieu On Trial For Cutting Off Husband’s Penis, Running It Through Garbage Disposal

Garden Grove, CA – Back in 2011, we reported on 51-year-old Catherine Kieu, the woman who cut off her husband’s penis with a kitchen knife, then ran the thing through a garbage disposal.
Now that she is on trial , more details have been released on what happened that day. The couple had filed for divorce but were still living together, and the prosecution told the court that Kieu was jealous that her husband had started seeing an ex-girlfriend. So, on July 11 2011, Kieu decided to get back at her husband.
First she laced his dinner Ambien. After eating the meal, the man felt groggy and went to bed. When he woke up, still feeling groggy, he found that Kieu had tied him up with rope. Unable to do anything, he watched in helpless horror as Kieu pulled down his shorts and used a 10-inch kitchen knife to slice off his penis with on swipe.
“I felt a very sharp pain and she had cut my penis off and then threw it on the carpet next to the bed,” the man testified in court.…

BURLINGTON, Ky. –Three men charged with torturing, kidnapping, killing and dismembering a 19-year-old alleged drug dealer told deputies they wanted to “rid the world of the evil in it.”
On Sunday, the sister of 19-year-old Daniel Delfin called authorities to report him missing. While police where investigating the suspected heroin dealer’s whereabouts, they received a tip that three men, Jeffrey Allen, 21, Anthony Baumgartner, 23, and Stephen Harkness, 22, had murdered Delfin.
The men were picked up by police and brought in for questioning. After a little while, all three of the former Marines began talking and told police what had happened to the missing teen, and why. The trio admitted they had murdered Delfin because the teen was a drug dealer and they were trying to rid the world of evil.
“They were going to rid the world, perhaps one person at a time, of the evil in it,” said Tom Scheben, a spokesman for the Boone County Sheriff’s office. According to Scheben, the men had been planning to kidnap and kill a drug dealer then continue to move up the chain in a DEATH WISH fashion.…

Zanesville, OH – Last week we reported on the murder of 29-year-old Celeste Fronsman, the woman found on the side of a rural Ohio road severely burned with a rope tied around her neck. On Saturday, police announced they had arrested 20-year-old Katrina Culberson and have charged her with Fronsman’s murder.
The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office has charged Culberson with one count of aggravated murder with two death penalty specifications (murder was during a kidnapping and an aggravated arson), one count of kidnapping and one count of aggravated arson. Police questioned Culberson last Wednesday and placed her in jail at that time on a felony theft warrant.
Last month, a motorist discovered Fronsman on the side of a Zainesville, Ohio, road. She was naked with a rope around her neck and suffering from fourth-degree burns that went as deep as the muscle and bone. Fronsman was alert and pleading for help when found, and was able to tell responding police and medics what had happened. She was flown to the Wexner Medical Center burn unit at Ohio State University in Columbus, where she remained in critical condition for two days before dying.…

GREENSBURG, PA – Back in 2010 we reported on the torture and murder of Jennifer Daugherty. She was a 30-year-old mentally disabled woman who was tortured to death by a group of people she considered friends. For 36 hours, she was held in a dingy apartment and tortured before she was stabbed to death.
While bound by Christmas decorations, Daugherty was forced her to eat feces, urine and detergent. She was repeatedly beat with a towel rack, a vacuum cleaner hose, and a crutch. Her head was shaved and her face painted with nail polish. After being forced to write a fake suicide note, she was stabbed to death. Her body was discovered stuffed in a trash can that had been wedged underneath a car parked in the parking lot of Greensburg Salem Middle School.
Eventually police would arrest six people in connection to Daugherty’s torture and murder. Amber C. Meidinger, 20; Melvin Knight, 20; Ricky V. Smyrnes, 23; and Peggy Darlene Miller, 27, were all charged with homicide, conspiracy and aggravated assault. Robert Loren Masters, 39, and Angela Marinucci, 17, were charged with criminal conspiracy.…

Canton, OH – A woman found on the side of a rural Ohio road severely burned with a rope tied around her neck, has died.
On Sunday, a passing motorist discovered a 29-year-old Celeste Fronsman on the side of a Zainesville, Ohio, road. She was naked with a rope around her neck and suffering from severe burns.
“I have a woman right here. She’s burned severely, she’s been raped and she’s been beat up,” the man told the 911 dispatcher as Fronsman could be heard moaning in pain. “She’s got a rope around her neck, she’s totally without clothes and she’s severely burned.”
Even though Fronsman had been raped and tortured, suffering from fourth-degree burns that went as deep as the muscle and bone (*shudder*), she was still alert and pleading for help. She was able to tell the motorist what happened, as well as responding police and medics.

Taft, CA - The mother of a toddler was arrested Tuesday for the murder of her 3-year-old daughter at the hands of her live-in boyfriend in January. Sheriff’s deputies say the mother demonstrated a pattern of neglect throughout the torture of the toddler.
Angela Hanna and her 3-year-old daughter Trinity Hanna were living with Angela’s boyfriend Eric Edward Foster, 26. Investigators arrested Foster the day after Trinity’s death. Foster reportedly confessed to the treatment that Trinity suffered at his hands. Investigators have been working since to establish the timeline of Trinity’s injuries and how much her mother knew.
According to documents filed in the case against Angela Hanna – also known as Angela Vickrey, “Trinity Hanna, 3 years, sustained water burns, genital trauma, intestinal tears, and a head injury over a period of several weeks which ultimately led to her death on 1/24/12.” Deputies say the toddler sustained the water burns from an intentionally scalding bath, admittedly at the hands of Foster. The cause of the genital trauma and intestinal tearing appear to be Foster’s admitted ‘slamming’ of the toddler onto her bike and into her high chair.…

PHOENIX, AZ – Police in Phoenix are looking for a man who police say raped and tortured a woman in her apartment throughout the night, even forcing her to drink bleach.
According to police, the attacker entered the 56-year-old victim’s apartment through a back door last Friday, then proceeded to torture and rape her repeatedly throughout the night. He even forced her to drink bleach. The victim told police he smoked meth all night and told her that when he was finished with her, he was going to kill her.
He was never able to follow through with that because a cab driver knocked on the victim’s door the following morning to take her to a scheduled doctor’s appointment. The suspect was taking a shower at the time, allowing the victim to flee the apartment as her attacker ran away. The cab driver then called 911.
“She came out nude, bounded with her arms tied and her mouth gagged — she was unable to speak,” said cab driver Gerardo Reyes. “She was just really scared and startled after what happened to her.…

Phoenix, AZ - Jaded first reported on 35-year-old Angela Simpson back in 2009 when she was accused of torturing and murdering 46-year-old Terry Neely, a disabled man that had been missing for three days. Simpson would eventually make a callous jailhouse confession and has now pleaded guilty to first-degree murder.
Neely had been last seen after he left an assisted-care facility in his wheelchair. During her jailhouse confessions, Simpson admitted she lured the man to her apartment.
“I killed Terry by deceptively luring him to apartment 201. Sitting him down and beating him with various objects until he was unconscious and then I slit his throat. How long did I beat him? 45 minutes…an hour…well I killed him and cut him up,” Simpson admitted.
Police say she did a lot more than just beat the man. Simpson also pulled out Neely’s teeth, stabbed him close to 50 times, drove a nail into his head, bashed him with a tire iron, and strangled him.
She told police that after Neely was dead, she partied a bit before chopping him up.…

Madison, WI – Wisconsin authorities are working to unravel the case of an unidentified 15-year-old girl who was seen ‘stumbling down the street’ barefoot and wearing only thin pajamas in the winter cold. She was also scraped and bleeding. A passerby, Mike Vega, noticing her purple feet in his rear view mirror, stopped to help.
“The girl started talking about how her stepmother had just thrown her down the stairs, she had escaped out a window and was looking for help,” said Vega. “You could see fear in her eyes. It was very disturbing.” Vega added.
Vega said that the 15-year old girl – who weighed just 70 pounds – was scared at first to be inside Vega’s car, but that she became more comfortable after he showed her photos of his three young sons and a Mary Poppins video on his cellphone.

BETHANY, Oklahoma – Back in October we reported on Carina Saunders, the 19-year-old girl whose dead body was found stuffed inside a duffel bag. Yesterday police announced they have arrested 33-year-old Jimmy Lee Massey on a complaint of first-degree murder.
He wasn’t hard to find as he was already sitting in jail on drug trafficking charges after being the focus of a large narcotics investigation. Massey has also been charged with the kidnapping and assault of an unknown witness who was the key to cracking the case, and where things get really, really strange.
In case you didn’t click the link to our initial story, Saunders was last seen around an apartment complex on October 8 or 9. Animal rescue workers found her dismembered body in a duffel bag behind a Homeland store a little over a week later.
During their investigation, police learned that a woman may have witnessed the murder of Saunders and after tracking the woman down, they were told a story right out of a bad movie.
Police say the woman, believed to be working with drug and human traffickers, told them that on the night of October 9, she was standing on the street when Massey drove up in a vehicle and forced her inside.…

Winnepeg, Canada – Two Canadian men arrested for torturing a man in an effort to get his bank card PIN have pleaded guilty during jury selection. In doing so, Harvey Maytwayashing and James Beardy, both 48, will avoid trial. It may have been an interesting one.
Maytwayashing and Beardy were among six people arrested in January 2006. Crown attorney Brian Wilford said the 59-year-old victim had been drinking at a bar where he met Clara Dorion and her daughter Melanie Azure-Cook. Wilford said the man bought them drinks and gave them money for drugs and later accepted an invitation to Dorion’s home. When they arrived, the victim was grabbed by the women’s accomplices, stripped naked, and robbed of his bank card.
The man reportedly gave them a PIN number. The man’s attackers then attempted to use the bank card at a nearby gas station, only to find the man had given them a bogus PIN. They returned and, according to the court, the torture began.
It was reported that the attackers made repeated attempts to extract the money – and repeated attempts to extract the PIN.…

Anaheim, CA — The pathetic lookin’ sack of crap to the left is 24-year-old Joshua Robey – he’s accused of trying to kill his 2-month-old son by repeatedly shaking and punching him and swinging him around by the neck in a “noose-like” blanket.
Robey’s girlfriend apparently suspected him of cheating on her, so she set up a hidden camera in her home to record him while he was alone in the home, caring for the infant. And I can’t even begin to imagine the horror, fear, anger and revulsion she felt when she viewed the recording the next morning.
According to prosecutors, Robey is seen wrapping a blanket around the infant’s neck and picking him up by lifting both ends of the blanket like a noose. He is then seen swinging the child, by his neck, for more than a minute. He was just gettin’ started…

Gadsden, AL — Three people have been charged for allegedly torturing and sexually abusing a 23-year-old mentally-handicapped woman – who functions at the level of a 10-year-old.
Gadsden police officers originally discovered the victim when responding to an ‘unclassified complaint’ on Aug. 27 at the residence of Toni Renea Johnson, 40, and Maurice Rex Johnson, Jr., 52. Officers reported finding the victim naked, chained to a bed post and lying on the floor next to a pile of her own hair that had been cut off.
Officers were reportedly unable to use cuff keys to release her because the locking mechanism had been damaged. Members of the Gadsden Fire Department were called to assist police in freeing the victim by cutting off her handcuffs.
According to investigators, the victim identified Toni Johnson and Maurice Johnson as having handcuffed her to the bedpost.
“When she was rescued, she made a statement to the officers that she had been cuffed to the bed like that because she had been bad,” Gadsden Police Capt.…

San Leandro, CA — A man previously investigated for abusing his young son was arrested Friday after police say he immersed the boy’s hand in boiling water.
Police say that during a scheduled monthly visit with his 2-year-old son Thursday, Dante Roberson, for some insane reason, held the child’s hand in boiling water for what is believed to be about five seconds.
Needless to say, the child lost some skin and has already undergone two reconstructive plastic surgeries to repair the damage to his hand.
“He [Roberson] said that the child put his hand in the hot water,” said San Leandro police Sgt. Mike Sobek. “But as the doctor noted, if you touch hot water, you pull your hand back pretty quickly.”
Back in 2009, the child’s mother accused Roberson of abusing the same child, who was about 9 months old at the time, but there was not enough evidence to charge him. And though she has custody of the toddler, she was not present at the home when the most recent incident occurred.…

The victim also described her burning his penis with a lighter and sodomizing him repeatedly with his own toothbrush. Police reports described another incident when the mother repeatedly burned the victim’s penis with a curling iron before tying a necklace around it causing it to bleed. The abuse was reported to have occurred between May of 2010 and August 22 of this year.

Dallas, TX — Elizabeth Escalona was booked on child abuse charges Thursday after police say she brutally beat and tortured her 2-year-old daughter, Joselyn Cedillo, as punishment for a potty training accident.
Authorities claim Escalona grabbed Joselyn by her feet and dragged her from one room in the apartment to another. She then reportedly applied glue to the child’s hands and stuck them to the wall, leaving them there until they bled. Joselyn’s siblings told police they witnessed their mother hit the girl in the stomach with a jug of milk, kick her in the gut and beat her with a shoe and a belt.
When it was all over, Escalona called her mother in tears, saying something was wrong with Joselyn. By the time grandma arrived at the apartment, Joselyn was unconscious.
At the hospital, Joselyn was found to have glue and paint stuck to her palms. The skin on her hands had been torn away in places. She was beaten, bruised and broken. An aunt told News 8 that aside from the bruising, Joselyn had a concussion, broken ribs and a broken leg.…

Glencoe, AL — Tracy Payne McCord, 40, has been arrested for abuse and torture of a special needs child, Etowah County Sheriff Todd Entrekin said. The alleged victim is a 12-year-old boy.
The investigation reportedly began after someone saw bruising on the boy’s body. That person contacted the Glencoe Police. An investigation by Etowah County Sheriff’s Office and The James M. Barrie Center for Children was begun.
Etowah County Sheriff’s Office Chief of Investigation Michael Jones said that it is believed that abuse has taken place for about six months at a house in Glencoe. The relationship or circumstances that led to the contact between McCord and the victim has not been reported.
Sheriff Entrekin described McCord as a “career criminal.” She has reportedly also been arrested four bad check warrants.
McCord, whose booking photo is a bit odd, has been charged with torture and willful abuse of a child. She is being held in the Etowah County Detention Center on $50,000 bond for these charges and an additional $4000 bond for bad check charges.…

Bangor, ME — Roxanne Jeskey, 48, was arrested Wednesday night in connection with the brutal torture and murder of her husband, 53-year-old Richard Jeskey. And she didn’t murder him just a little bit either…
According to the police affidavit, Richard’s naked, beaten and bloodied body was found in the bathtub on June 13. An autopsy conducted the next day revealed extensive multiple blunt and sharp force injuries to the head, neck, torso, and limbs…
“These included nose fractures, loss of an eye, rib fractures, rectal incised wounds, and internal hemmorhage from an instrument(s) pushed through his scrotum into his abdomen,” Bangor police Detective David Bushey wrote in the affidavit. “Further, Mr. Jeskey was strangled with sufficient force to break the hyoid bone of his neck.”
Roxanne reportedly admitted to police that she assaulted her husband with various weapons including pliers, a box cutter and a plastic baseball bat.
She described to detectives how she used a pair of pliers to injure Richard’s genitals, stating that as he sat in the bathtub, presumably bleeding from his baby-maker, he “made a statement concerning the fact that she had hurt him,” to which she replied, “Now you know how I feel.”
Roxanne told police she exited the bathroom and left Richard sitting in the bathtub.…

Rochester, MN — Gregory Soukup, 39, has been accused of inserting a whip into a horse’s rectum so forcefully the horse had to be put to sleep. The incident allegedly occurred at the farm of Lyle “Bob” Olson where Soukup sometimes works.
Mr. Olson reported that he found Soukup in his barn on Saturday, inserting items into the horse’s rectum. Authorities say that in addition to a lancing whip, Soukup inserted his hand up the horse’s rectum.
Olson told police Soukup would often visit his farm to help out and was someone he never suspected would do something like this. Olson also says it was difficult to see the 10-year-old horse, named Red, in such obvious pain from severe internal injuries. A veterinarian made the decision Saturday that Red would have to be put down.
An Olmsted County Court charged Soukup on Thursday with animal cruelty and damage to property.
So… I am almost afraid to ask… What is the appropriate punishment for someone who assfucks a horse to death with foreign objects?…

SANTA ROSA, CA – Look. it’s a slow day so I’m going to just throw a couple stories out there starting with five boys who are facing charges of vandalism and animal abuse after they broke into a school.
The kids got inside a mobile classroom at Northwest Prep and turned over a refrigerator, broke windows, tagged the outside of the classroom with gang graffiti, tore up the school’s vegetable garden and tortured a pet hamster to death.
“It was bad. They did three different cruel things to it,” Sgt. Mike Raasch said. Of course I want to know what the hell they did to it, but no one is reporting on what these three cruel things were. They got busted after a woman playing volleyball at the school heard glass breaking and watched the boys run from the unit when she went to go investigate. She was able to identify them to police.
Two 11-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of felony vandalism and released to their mothers, while two 13-year-old boys and a 14-year-old boy were arrested for burglary and vandalism and booked into juvenile hall.…
