Lake Wales, FL – Nothing really says “I’m glad this bitch is not my mom” like Debra Crear Randall’s Parade of Mugshots. There’s the 2007 Expression Of Stoned Disdain mugshot. Then there’s last week’s Sorrow In Cornrows version. But my favorite is the 2002 You Done Messed Up My Hair mugshot. It’s descriptive without being overstated. It lends itself to a history of Prior Bad Acts.
