Joseph Rockwood Was Off His Meds

Portland, OR–A few months ago, while playing pool in a bar, my friends and I had quite an encounter with 54-year-old Joseph Rockwood. He came into the bar and proceeded to ruin everybody’s buzz…and their pool game. At the time, we thought he was just another drunk asshole out to piss everyone off.
