Disabled Man Killed After Group Of Teens Push Him Into Path Of Vehicle

Dallas, TX – Two 14-year-olds have been arrested in connection to the murder of 61-year-old Sam Morris, a disabled man who was pushed into the path of a hit-and-run driver.
Detectives told Sam’s brother that Sam was attacked Saturday night by a group of teens as he walked home from a convenience store. The 61-year-old had diabetes and a limp, making an easy target for the teens who tried to rob him.
Sam tried fighting back by swinging his grocery bag at his attackers but got hit in the head and then killed by a hit-and-run driver after the teens pushed him into the street. Police found Sam unconscious in the road, but he died of his injuries on the way to hospital.
Police say they have arrested two 14-year-olds and are still looking for a 13-year-old and another 14-year-old. People who live in the are say the neighborhood is usually safe, but that teens roaming the streets at night have become a problem. Sam’s brother said the teens regularly harass the elderly in the neighborhood.…

FREDERICKSBURG, TX – After snorting some 25c-NBOMe, a synthetic hallucinogenic that can be bought online, 16-year-old Sam Herrera died from cardiac arrest and 17-year-old James Jarreau ended up recouping in the hospital.
According to Fredericksburg Police Lt. Steve Wetz, a teen who lives at the home where the boys ingested the drug told investigators he watched Herrera and Jarreau snort the white powder at around 1:30 a.m Saturday.
An hour later, the two boys were hallucinating, yelling at each other and being destructive. The owner of the home woke up and called 911, but by the time emergency responders arrived, Herrera was unconscious.
“When we got there the Herrera subject was unconscious and the other one was hallucinating strongly,” Wetz said.
Both teens were taken to the hospital where Herrera was pronounced dead from cardiac arrest. Jarreau was in critical condition, but by Monday his condition was upgraded to stable.
Wetz said the boys bought the drug from another student at Fredericksburg High School, who had purchased the drug off the Internet. Some of the drug was recovered at the home and sent to a lab for testing.…

Santa Clara, CA – Police in California have arrested three 16-year-old boys, accusing them of sexually assaulting 15-year-old Audrie Pott at a party last year. Days later, Audrie would kill herself after photos of the attack began circulating online.
Audrie Pott was attending a house party at a friend’s house in September 2012 with about eight or ten high school students. Alcohol was being consumed and Audrie got so drunk she ended up unconscious in a bedroom. That’s where at least three male teens performed various sexual acts on her.
“Based on what we know, she was unconscious, there were multiple boys in the room with her,” attorney Robert Allard said. “They did unimaginable things to her while she was unconscious.”
During the assault, someone took photos of Audrie which were first spread via cell phones but ultimately ended up on Facebook. Shortly after the incident, Audrie wrote on her Facebook page: “The whole school knows…My life is ruined.” A week later, Audrie took her own life after learning that photos of the sexual assault were being distributed online.…

Matteson, IL – Xenia Jaimes and her parents are facing a slew of very serious charges after police say they kidnapped and beat Xenia’s former boyfriend after he threatened to post nude images of the 18-year-old.
According to court records, the 19-year-old victim was having a casual sexual relationship with 18-year-old Xenia Jaimes. At some point during their relationship, Xenia stripped during a video chat and allowed the victim to photograph her nude with his cell phone.
Things between the two turned sour after Xenia went to a social networking website and accused the victim of stealing her iPad. The teen claims he had taken the device by mistake and had immediately returned it. When he discovered her online accusation, he threatened to post some of the nude photographs of Xenia he had if she didn’t call him to talk about the alleged theft.
On Jan 15, Xenia texted the victim and told him to come to her family’s house so they could talk. Once the teen arrived at the home, Xenia led him down to the basement where he was ambushed by five people wearing ski masks and holding metal pipes and, in the case of one of the masked individuals, a walking crutch.…

ECONOMY, PA – Two 13-year-old girls had to be airlifted to the hospital after they fell asleep while sunbathing in the road and were run over by a passing car.
For whatever reason, Samantha Schermanhorn and Kaylie George decided that they should work on their tan in the middle of a rural road. Unfortunately, they both fell asleep and did not hear the approaching car being driven by a 19-year-old who, just as unfortunately, did not see the two girls sleeping in the road.
The driver had just turned on the road the girls were sleeping on after having stopped at a stop sign. After he turned the girls into a pair of screaming speed bumps, 911 was called. They remained conscious throughout the ordeal and were able to explain what had happened and why they were in the road.
Both Schermanhorn and George were airlifted to the hospital suffering from lacerations to their ears, scalp and other areas. They were listed in fair condition and are both expected to be ok.
Police questioned the teen who ran over the girls, a cousin of one of the victim’s, but he was later released.…

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A 15-year-old girl and her 16-year-old boyfriend are currently behind bars suspected of killing the girl’s mother and step-father.
According to Lt. Mary Leef of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the victims were reported missing on Tuesday “under suspicious circumstances.” Family members pointed police to the missing woman’s daughter and her boyfriend after she was seen discarding some of her mother’s possessions.
One neighbor said that when she asked the teen where her mother was, the girl told her that she was in the hospital having surgery. Turns out she was actually in a vacant lot rotting in a shallow grave. Her body was found on Saturday after someone walking by noticed a foul odor.
On Wednesday, police would contact the teens who would take police to a vacant lot a block away from the victims’ home. There, inside another shallow grave, was the body of the girl’s stepfather. The teens were arrested that night on suspicion of murder.
Because of their ages, the teens’ identities have not been released.…

MIDWEST CITY, Okla. – Police have arrested A 17-year-old in connection with the murder of his grandparents in a cold-blooded story that’s like a cross between BILL AND TED’S EXCELLENT ADVENTURE and RIVER’S EDGE.
On Thursday morning, firefighters were called to the home of 60-year-old David Garrick and his wife, 57-year-old Rose, after neighbors saw flames and smoke coming from their home. Inside, firefighters would find a violent crime scene with the couple and their dog dead, suffering severe trauma to their heads. The couple’s grandson who lived at the home, 17-year-old Kyle Smith, and the couple’s vehicle were missing.
While police were trying to find Smith by pinging his cell phone, a friend of his contacted police to tell them Smith had stopped by his trailer and admitted to killing his grandparents and even showed him graphic cell phone video of the crime scene. He thought it was fake until he saw the murders on the news.
Police located Smith somewhere around Chickasha, Oklahoma and asked Chickasha officials for assistance in locating Smith.…

Sand Diego – Obviously there were no names attached to the article because of the ages of the victim and the accused, but police say a 13-year-old girl suffered a non-life-threatening (words with two hyphens rule!) knife wound to the neck after getting into an argument with the father of her 1-year-old baby, who is just 14-years old. According to the police, the attack happened at the home of the girl’s parents and stemmed from the teen boy being jealous over the boy the girl was now seeing. Police were able to track down the accused and he was arrested without incident and placed in a juvenile detention facility where I am sure he will have a bit of cred. So is fucking a common thing amongst 12 and 13-year-olds now days? If so, I was robbed. I spent most my time at 12 and 13 playing Dungeons and Dragons and jacking off to Duran Duran’s Girls on Film music video. Life is so unfair.…

Cleveland - A 73-year-old man and his 51-year-old friend became angry at a group of teenagers loitering in front of his driveway. The teens didn’t appreciate it and started to become more aggressive, so the two men got in a car and drove down the street to a nearby market to call police. While the 51-year-old was in the store, the mob of teens had followed them to the location and began beating on the elderly man inside the car. They drug him out and on to the ground and began punching, kicking and stomping him. When his friend exited the store he tried to intervene but received the same treatment. Even if he did get beat, I still thought the guy was kinda badass. He just walks out and grabs one of the teens beating his friend. But there is really no way I could accurately describe the viciousness of the attacks, and luckily I don’t have to do so. A surveillance camera outside of the store caught the entire thing. Be warned, it’s kinda infuriating.…
