Havelock, NC – A 30-year-old woman in North Carolina was arrested after it was discovered she gave her 11-year-old daughter a heart tattoo on her shoulder.
Odessa Clay was charged in late September with tattooing a person under the age of 18 after police learned of the tattoo. Clay admitted to giving her daughter the tattoo late last year because she says, ”she asked me to do it.”
Clay, who sports quite a few tattoos of her own, as evident by her mugshot, was unapologetic when describing ho she used her own tools and numbed her daughter’s arm before placing the permanent heart on her pre-teen daughter’s shoulder. But it’s not like she was a complete moron. “I didn’t fill it in,” she said.
Clay says she thought tattoos were like like ear-piercings in that they were perfectly legal for 11-year-olds as long as the parent gave consent. She also stopped breathing through her mouth long enough to add that she believes her ex in-law reported the tattoo in retaliation after she filed a complaint against her daughter’s paternal grandfather.…

UNION COUNTY, SC – A man in South Carolina has been arrested after botching an illegal tattoo for a woman who wanted a tattoo of her stillborn baby on her arm.
Leshannon McBeth has a few tattoos already, but decided she wanted to get another on her upper arm of her stillborn baby. She went to Jody Rector, a friend of her cousin, who said he was a licensed tattoo artist and would give her what she wanted for $150. After paying, McBeth says that the work he was doing did not look anything like her stillborn infant and asked that he make it look like her older son instead.
Rector agreed, but what McBeth ended up with is a tattoo that she says looks like Frankenstein’s monster. I think it looks like Betty Boop, but either way, it was a mess. Rector refused to refund McBeth her money, and she found out Rector wasn’t even licensed to tattoo in South Carolina. On top of that, the tattoo became infected and would not stop bleeding. Silverdale, Wa – A Washington state daycare service is in hot, soapy water after one of their daycare workers used a cleaning chemical to clean the face of a 5-year-old boy.
The boys mother, Heidi Dietrich, says that her son Silas Gholston was chemically burned after a teacher’s aide at the Silverdale KinderCare facility scrubbed his face with a dry eraser filled with a cleaning chemical. She was reportedly trying to make Silas more presentable for a class portrait by removing the temporary Chuck E. Cheese tattoos Silas was wearing on his cheek.
It worked pretty well as the tattoo was removed from the boy’s face but replaced with some nasty chemical burns. When Dietrich arrived at the daycare and saw her son’s face, she was outraged.
“He had swollen marks all over his face and there were white pieces where it was like a blister,” said Dietrich.
She also stated that it was apparent the teacher knew they had messed up, but that KinderCare tried to downplay the incident. Dietrich is filing a police report and has removed her son from the daycare.…

On Sunday, Lana Massey reportedly took her ‘very excited’ 8-year-old son to Legoland. According to her account, Massey paid $53 for access to Legoland Discovery Center and the adjoining aquarium. Massey later described being shadowed by a Legoland employee while moving among the playrooms.
“The whole time we were in, we were followed,” Massey said. “I was totally assuming that she was going to come up to me and ask me who my artist was.”

Dayton, OH – I was going to post this last week, but I still cannot find an official news report. Supposedly, a man is being sued by his ex-girlfriend after tattooing a steaming pile of shit on her back.
Tattoo artist Ryan Fitzjerald is being sued by his now ex-girlfriend after tricking her into getting the crappy tatt you can see here. This was reportedly in response to his discovering that she cheated on him with his best friend.
Civil suit documents say that Fitzjerald offered to tattoo a scene from the Narnia trilogy on ex-girlfriend Rossie Brovent’s back – a tattoo that she reportedly ‘always wanted.’ What she got instead was flies swarming around poop. Wait… isn’t that a Narnia scene?
Brovent first tried to have Fitzjerald charged with assault, but Fitzjerald produced a consent form she had signed agreeing that the design of her tattoo would be “at the artist’s discretion.”
According to Brovents, “He tricked me by drinking a bottle of cheap wine with me and doing tequila shots before I signed it and got the tattoo.”
Brovents is now seeking yet another pile from Fitzjerald, suing him for $100,000.…

Richard Dellert, Zachary Provence, Kimberly Vergara and Lorena Hodges were accused of viciously beating 18-year old Stetson Johnson with a baseball bat last April, tasing his manjigglies, tattooing “I like little boys” on his chest and “Rapest” on his forehead. Why? Because one of the douchettes told her friends Johnson tried to rape her. Johnson denied it, and according to Capt. Jody Suit, spokesman for the Del City Police Department, there was zero evidence to support the woman’s accusations.
“To me it’s bullying,” Suit was quoted as saying in May. “The guy has the mentality of a fifth-grader.”
Johnson spent nearly a week in the hospital, three of those days in ICU, for treatment of a fractured skull, broken nose and other wounds sustained in the beating. He later had the tat on his forehead covered with a barcode, but hopes to be rid of the whole damn thing when money allows.…

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, Pa – I’m sure most of you have forgotten about 34-year-old Walter Meyerle by now. He was featured in a story back in March, accused of giving a minor a tattoo in exchange for sex. Well it turns out this pedophile has been real busy, and boy is he a nasty one.
Since we last reported on him, Meyerle has been accused of sexually assaulting 14 children and two adults in Bensalem and Bristol Township over the last 13 years. The DA’s office has since filed nearly 200 counts, including rape, against Meyerle.
Court documents outline Meyerle’s alleged depravities that usually involved the victimization of children of his friends and girlfriends who were in vulnerable situations because their parents were drinking and taking drugs.
- He liked to have sex with his girlfriends while their young children were in the same bed, asking the mothers to touch their kids sexually.
- He sexually assaulted a four-year-old girl 10 times and made her watch pornographic movies.
- A girl around four or five years old was molested 50 to 60 times.

Georgia – A man we posted about two years ago has pleaded guilty to tattooing a 3-year-old boy and has been ordered to pay a $300 fine and sentenced to 12-months probation.
Two years ago, the Department of Family and Children Services made a home visit to the family of 26-year-old Eugene Ashley after someone complained about the living conditions. While there, one of the workers noticed that Ashley’s 3-year-old adopted son had the letters “DB” tattooed on his shoulder blade. Ashley told police the tattoo stood for “Daddy’s Boy” and that he didn’t remember doing it because he was drunk at the time.
Ashley had adopted the boy when he married Amy Ashley, who remembers when her son received his new brand and wishes her husband hadn’t done it. “There’s no excuse for what he did. I mean common sense, you just don’t tattoo a three-year-old.” Which is true, but Amy refused to testify against Eugene in court and according to the boy’s uncle, who the boy now lives with, tried to hide the tattoo with temporary tattoos.…

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, Pa – Police have arrested a 34-year-old man, accusing him of giving a 14-year-old girl a tattoo in exchange for sexual favors.
Police were called by the teen’s mother after she noticed her daughter had a tattoo on her pelvic area. The teen admitted she tattoo was given to her by Walter Meyerle, a man with a lengthy criminal history who met the teen when he dated her aunt. Investigators believe Meyerle has a tattoo studio in his home and told the girl he would give her the tattoo in exchange for sex acts.
Meyerle has been charged with four counts of indecent assault, two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, three counts of statutory sexual assault and four counts of aggravated indecent assault. He’s currently cooling his heels in the Bucks County prison on a $1 million bail.

Last April, men wearing masks invaded the home of an Elvis impersonator in Pueblo County. But one of the burglars had tattoos that were visible through his mask. A witness at the scene of the crime told the police that one of the men had the words “East Side” tattooed on his upper lip. Anthony Brandon Gonzales, 20, has “East Side” tattooed on his upper lip and a “13″ tattooed on his chin in the shape of a goatee. Gonzalez was already in jail on a separate drug offense.
