Charles Avery Sr. Strangled His Step-Son To Get Back At His Wife
November 17, 2009 by Morbid
GERMANTOWN, Wisconsin - 37-year-old Charles Avey, Sr. walked into the sheriff’s department admitting that he had strangled his 14-year-old step-son to death. He was not lying. Police found Cody Reetz dead in a minivan parked in a Wal-mart parking lot. The motive? He was mad at his wife and wanted her to suffer like he says she has made him suffer. Police feel Avery’s actions were in response to domestic abuse charges his wife had filed on him stemming from a hammer attack. Court records show Avery has five felony counts pending against him, has a history of writing bad checks and a former wife filed a restraining order against him. Germantown police are recommending a first-degree intentional homicide charge and state the killing was premeditated. The sad thing about these types of stories is that Avery will get exactly what he wanted. If I were the mother of Cody, or the biological father, I would be technically insane at this point. Jessie Rodriguez Murdered Brian Hawes
October 13, 2008 by Morbid
Bedtime with a 2-year-old. It can be a real nightmare for caregivers as the little bastards just don’t want to stay in their beds sometimes. This seemed to be an issue Jessie Rodriguez, 27, was having with the child of his girlfriend, Tisa Hawes, 27. Her 2-year-old boy, Brian Hawes, was having problems falling asleep. So genius decided that he would simply tie the boy down to the bed with the boy’s fire engine blanket. On Sept 21st, after multiple times of the boy wriggling out of his restraints, Rodriguez tied the boy down real good. So good, in fact, that the next morning Brian Hawes was dead.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH - Christopher and Carol Bolduc run the Blustery Day Flags store located at 39A and B Old Orchard Street. At around 2:15, Carol Bolduc left the store for the day and headed home to be with her younger son, JoshuaJoshua reviews
. Carol called Christopher at the store and told him that she noticed Matthew Cushing’s vehicle parked at the dog park. Matthew was Carol’s son from a previous marriage. He was supposed to be in college at the University of Maine at Orono. At approximately 3:30 P.M., Christopher tried to contact his wife by telephone but was unsuccessful. Christopher then told Bill Huntington, an employee at the store and a family friend, that he was going home to check on them. Matthew Cushing had recent fallout with his parents over the fact that they would not finance a trip to Europe he wanted to take. He had been angry enough that Christopher got worried when the wife called about Matthew’s vehicle, and angry enough that Bill Huntington told Christopher that he would call police if he did not hear anything from him in an hour.
