Colorado – Before I was able to finish a post I was making in regards to the gunman walking into a Youth Ministry facility and opened fire, reports of the shooting a New Life Church hit the news. I decided to wait and see if there was any type of connection before actually posting about it. It is now Monday morning and while there hasn’t been an official statement in regards to the two shooting incidents being related, investigators are looking. Police Chief Don Wick, asked whether …

Omaha, Nebraska – Robert Hawkins killed eight people and wounded five others Wednesday at the popular Westroads Mall in Omaha, Nebraska, before committing suicide. The shooting took place mostly inside the Von Maur store. His mother found a suicide note in which he stated he wanted to go out in style. I guess his definition of style and my definition are a bit off. Going out in a blaze of glory by having a shootout with the local gang-bangers, ok. Picking a fight with the local Hell’s Angels chapter? I can go with that. But to walk into a mall during Christmas shopping and shooting innocent, unarmed people? Absolutely. Positively. Pathetic.…

Six people died, with the seventh victim surviving only because he played dead after being shot 3 times, even after begging Tyler to stop shooting him.
Tyler then drove around, made false police reports, visited friends and family informing them of what he had done before ending up at a cabin.
