Woman Charged With Assault After Spitting Blood On Police Officer And Nurse

BELLEVUE, Ohio – Police in Ohio have arrested a woman for assault for spitting blood on a nurse and a police officer after her arrest for drunk driving.
Police responding to a home on a call of a domestic dispute early Thursday morning would find a man there with a mark under his eye. He informed them that he had been struck by 27-year-old Tiffany Pocock. Officers would also found a mini van with its driver’s side door ajar and a bottle of whiskey sitting in the center console with a third of it missing.
The missing third was found nearby, inside an intoxicated Pocock who was placed under arrest for OVI. That’s when she began fighting with officers and attempted to injure herself. An attempt she was quite successful at, judging by her mugshot.
First she started by repeatedly ramming her head into the police car door as she was being helped into it. Then, once inside the car, she began ranting about missing an appointment later that morning and started banging her face against the patrol car’s safety divider.…

GREENVILLE, SC — Police have arrested a 19-year-old McDonald’s employee, accusing him of spitting in two sweet teas before serving them to a customer.
According to Greenville County deputies, a woman claimed to have gone through the McDonald’s drive-thru and ordered two sweet teas for herself and her daughter and realized they were unsweetened.
She exchanged the teas for two sweet teas but realized once again that they were unsweetened. She decided not to return them a second time and chose to sweeten them when she got home.
When she removed the lids, she saw “a large deposit of phlegm floating at the top of both drinks.”
She called police who were able to view surveillance video from within the restaurant that showed McDonald’s employee, Marvin Washington Jr., leaning his face down to the cups before filling them with tea.
he was subsequently charged with unlawful/malicious tampering with food and later released from jail on $5,000 bond.
The owner of the Simpsonville fast-food restaurant, John Kennedy, cautions anyone from reaching a conclusion about the safety and well-being of his customers without the facts.…

Cape Coral, FL – A 33-year-old man has been charged with battery after he allegedly spit on a 75-year-old woman in traffic in a fit of road rage.
Police say the woman, Lois Artino, was a passenger in a vehicle being driven by her son when Kurt Ronis pulled alongside them.
He was not happy with the way they where operating their vehicle and showed his displeasure with a barrage of profanity and a salvo of spit fired into their passenger window.
After the elder Artino was spat on several times, they pulled over and called police. Ronis was later identified after a surveillance photo of him at a toll booth was made public.
Officers interviewed Ronis at his home where he admitted to spitting at the Altinos after they cut him off in traffic. Ronis, who expressed remorse for what he did, was arrested for battery on a person 65 years of age or older.
I don’t condone what Ronis did, but my God do I understand it. But if it were legal for me to spit on all the horrible drivers I encounter on a daily basis, I’d be dead of severe dehydration.…

PALM BAY, Fla. – Police say a woman originally from Saudi Arabia has been charged with a hate crime after spitting on Walmart shoppers.
It all started on Sunday when 21-year-old Nuha Mohammed Al-Doaifi tried entering the store through the exit and struck the door with her shopping cart. Another shopper told her she was trying to get in through the wrong door and Al-Doafi responded by spitting in their face. She then went into the store with her 2-year-old son to continue shopping.
While in the store, she also did what a lot of us think of doing while in a Walmart and spat at another customer who got too close to her, but missed. Workers were notified and security called police. At first police were going to charge Al-Doafi with battery, but they gave that charge a hate crime spritzer after she allegedly told police her reason for spitting on people was because “Americans are pushing us around.” Now her charge could be elevated to a felony.
Seems she has a habit of spitting on people she does not like or has issues with.…
