Millionaire Found Guilty Of Murdering His Wife And Her BoyfriendClearwater, Florida - Yesterday a jury found a high powered executive for Jabil Circuit guilty of the 2008 shooting deaths of his wife and her lover.

Patrick Evans was in the middle of a divorce from Elizabeth, his wife of three years, when he busted into her Gulfport condo and found his estranged wife naked in the bed with her boyfriend, Gerry Taylor.

A 911 call was made from Elizabeth’s cordless phone, although no one speaks to the operator. In it you can hear Evans arguing with the pair before they are shot to death.

“Get on the bed,” Evans instructs the couple.

“Rick put the gun down. This is ridiculous, I am putting on a robe,” says Elizabeth.

“Get on the bed, Gerry!” Evans yells.

“I’ll sit down if you put down the gun,” Taylor responds.

Taylor is then shot in the throat at close range.

“Help help!” Elizabeth cries.

Then, instead of begging or pleading this asshole for her life, she asks her husband: ”Are you out of your fucking mind?”

She is then shot at close range.…

Mother Charged With Killing Four Family Members For Life InsurancePICKENS COUNTY, S.C. –  A woman has been accused of shooting and killing four of her family members in an attempt to collect life insurance money.

Police say 48-year-old Susan Hendricks shot her two sons, Marshall Wayne Hendricks, 20, and Matthew Wayne Hendricks, 23, her ex-husband, Mark Wayne Hendricks, 52, and her stepmother, Linda Ann Burns, 64, then tried to stage the crime scene to look as if Matthew had killed the others before turning a gun on himself.

She might have gotten away with it had it not been for those meddling kids forensic testing that proved otherwise. Well, that and the fact that her statements to police were inconsistent and all four of the dead individuals had named Hendricks as the beneficiary on their life insurance policies for some reason.

Some family members told reporters they suspected Susan Hendricks all along, saying there was no way Matthew would have done something like that. Diane Hendricks was married to Mark Hendricks for seven years and was in court when Susan Hendricks made an appearance.…

The Seal Beach Salon Meritage Massacre

October 13, 2011 at 2:25 pm by

The Seal Beach Salon Meritage MassacreSEAL BEACH, Calif. – A man in California entered a salon and opened fire, becoming the person responsible for the largest mass murder in Orange County history.

Reportedly upset over an ongoing custody issue with his young son, 41-year-old Scott Dekraai entered the salon where his ex-wife worked and opened fire. The salon was busy at the time so he didn’t have much of a problem with targets, starting with his ex, Michelle Fournier.

Afterwards, witnesses say he just pretty much shot anyone who moved as people tried to hide or run out of the salon. When there was no one left to shoot inside the salon, Dekraai shot people outside, including one man in a Range Rover.

In total, 8 people have been confirmed dead. Police found six dead inside the salon, including his ex-wife, while a man and a woman died later at the hospital. One woman remains in the hospital in critical condition.

Dekraai was arrested by police about a half mile away without incident or a bra.…

Elderly Curmudgeon Charged With Killing Neighbor After Noise DisputeRidley Township, PA – Here’s my second story today regarding an elderly man shooting some people that also gave me an excuse to use the word “curmudgeon,” a word I never get to use as often as I’d like.

A neighborhood dispute turned fatal Monday when a 72-year-old man shot two of his neighbors, killing one and sending the other to the hospital in critical condition.

James Dellavecchia is described by neighbors as a curmudgeon and self-appointed mayor of the neighborhood, prone to temper tantrums and yelling at kids playing basketball in the street. Lately Dellavecchia had issues with his neighbor, 42-year-old Scott Robins, who was building a shed in his backyard.

Dellavecchia filed multiple complaints with the police, complaining about the level of noise Robins was making while building the shed. According to police, none of these complaints involved physical confrontations or threats of any kind.  Nothing was ever done about it because Robins was operating with all the necessary permits and within the hours allowed for such a project.

Dellavecchia was not happy with this and on Monday morning, he took matters into his own, crazy  hands.…

Video: Armed Robbery At Convenience Store Foiled By Armed ClerkHouston, TX - Not much to say about this video as it is pretty self-explanatory, but for those of you who work for Nazi’s and cannot see embedded videos, it shows two men’s attempt to rob a convenience store abruptly interrupted by a clerk with a gun of his own.

Surveillance video captures the two men as they charge into the store armed with a gun. The armed robber shoots a clerk-in-training in the leg while his partner in crime, later identified as 22-year-old Harold Robertson, jumps over the counter and begins rummaging the shelves.

It’s about that time a second clerk grabs a gun off a shelf and shoots back, hitting Robertson twice in the upper body. I can almost hear Benny Hill music as Robertson scrambles back over the counter after getting shot, and I laugh every time I watch it.

Robertson ran to a house across the street and told the homeowner, Gerald Kilpatrick, that he was a victim of a carjacking and had been shot. Kilpatrick allowed him to rest on his porch, but was suspicious and called police.…

North Carolina Teen Confessed To Killing Parents

September 27, 2011 at 10:24 am by

North Carolina Teen Confessed To Killing ParentsPineville, NC – Police have arrested a teen after he admitted to shooting his father and stepmother to death early Monday morning.

Not long after neighbors reported hearing six gunshots shortly after 2 a.m. Monday morning, 15-year-old Matt Liewald called 911 and said he needed police to come to his home but would not say why.

He would call back a second time telling the dispatcher that he had just shot and killed his father, 43-year-old Christian Hans Liewald and stepmother, 24-year-old Cassie Meghan Buckaloo. He told them that he would wait for police on the street corner.

When police arrived at the home, they would find Matt’s parents dead from gunshot wounds. The teen was picked up a half-mile away and taken to police headquarters were he was charged with murder, armed robbery, and attempted auto theft.

No official word one what the kid’s motive was, but neighbors and family say that Christian ran a strict household and that Matt may have rebelled against his father in the worst way possible.…

Victim In Grizzly Attack Was Shot To Death By Friend Trying To Save HimBILLINGS, Montana — Investigators say the man who was attacked by a wounded grizzly bear did not die from the mauling, but rather a gunshot from the friend who was trying to save him.

The hunting trip from hell happened on Sept 16 along the Montana-Idaho border where four people had gotten together to hunt some black bear. After splitting into groups of two, 20-year-old Ty Bell shot what he thought was a black bear.

He and his hunting partner, 39-year-old Steve Stevenson, waited around for 15 minutes and began tracking the bear they figured was now dead. They eventually found the bear but unfortunately for the men, the bear was very much alive and wasn’t a black bear at all.

There are only about 45 grizzly bears in the entire 2.4-million acre Cabinet-Yaak Ecosystem, and Bell happened to shoot one of them.

The grizzly, being pretty pissed off about getting shot, turned on both men and started for Bell. Stevenson, in a heroic attempt to save his friend, began making noise to distract the bear.…

Wife Who Claimed Intruder Killed Husband Has Been Charged With His MurderOKLAHOMA CITY – Police have arrested the woman who claimed a hooded man walked into her home and shot her husband to death, charging her with his murder.

Some of you may remember this story from last week. Rebecca “Becky” Louise Bryan, 52, called 911 and told them that a man had “walked into our living room and he shot my husband in the head.” She also stated that before he left the shooter apologized for killing her husband, Nichols Hills Fire Chief Keith Bryan, but that he should have hired him.

When the news was first reporting on Bryan’s murder, some felt were saying that this was a tragic case of mistaken identity. But now police are saying it was all a lie and that Rebecca was the shooter all along.

They figured this out because it seems Rebecca didn’t plan this “kill my husband and blame intruder” scenario very well. For starters, the handgun used to kill her husband was found in the dryer and the handgun’s box was found under the couple’s mattress.…

Man Kills Wife Then Himself In North Carolina Lowes StoreCONCORD, N.C. – Some patrons inside a North Carolina Lowe’s were treated to a gruesome spectacle yesterday afternoon when a man shot his wife, a Lowe’s employee, then turned the gun on himself.

Witnesses state 31-year-old Por Ye Lor came into the store and got into an argument with his wife, 25-year-old Vivian Xiong, who worked as a cashier.

Lor eventually pulled out a gun and shot Xiong to death before using it to commit suicide.

Police say there were dozens of employees and customers inside the store at the time, but that no one else was injured.

Lor’s brother told reporters he last talked to his brother earlier that day and nothing seemed wrong. He also said both his brother and sister-in-law were from Laos and had three children.

Grief counselors are expected to be at the store today for any employees who need help dealing with what happened to Xiong, a six-year employee of the store.

Three Teens Charged With Shooting Man To Death

September 19, 2011 at 11:47 am by

Three Teens Charged With Shooting Man To DeathPOOLER, GA – We were contacted by someone asking if we would post about the death of Timothy Moore, the 27-year-old man police say was murdered by three teenagers on Labor Day.

Two women were with their children looking for bugs in the woods when they stumbled across Moore’s corpse. They ran away not knowing if the culprit(s) were still nearby and contacted police.

It was determined that Moore, who lived nearby, had been shot to death at around dusk the previous day. Not long after, police would arrest 17-year-old Nathanial Quinton Betterton (Facebook) and charge him with murder and armed robbery. Last Thursday they would also arrest two 16-year-olds and charge them with murder and armed robbery as well.

Police say the three teens knew Moore and that Betteron lived in a trailer park near Moore’s home. They have not released a motive for killing Moore although going by the charges and comments by family members, money seems to be the motivating factor.

Police say they’re not releasing the names of the two younger teens until they are indicted.…

Police Charge Teen With Shooting Stepfather In Head

September 9, 2011 at 3:34 pm by

Police Charge Teen With Shooting Stepfather In HeadPINE CITY, Minn. — Police have arrested 16-year-old David Doberstein and charged him with shooting his sleeping stepfather in the head with a revolver.

Police were called to Doberstein’s home early Wednesday morning after he woke up his mother and told her that he thought something was wrong with 41-year-old Mark McKeller, who was sitting in a chair bleeding from his head with his right eye drooping.

McKeller was conscious and talking, but had no clue what the hell was going on or why he was bleeding. Thinking the man may have had a stroke and hit his head, paramedics rushed him to the hospital where a CAT scan would find the reasons behind the man’s injuries. It was in the form of a bullet lodged behind McKeller’s right eye.

When police began asking Doberstein questions, he told them that it was an accident. He told them he was trying to sneak out of the house and the .22 caliber revolver he had taken to scare a dog had accidentally discharged as he was leaving, striking his stepdad in the head.…

Man Shot By His Own Mother After Epic Temper Tantrum Involving HorseMontrose, PA -  A Pennsylvania woman resorted to shooting her 36 year-old son in the chest after he allegedly, and completely, lost his shit.

It all started just after midnight on Monday. Police responded to a domestic disturbance and removed 36 year-old Shane Hazlett from his family’s home, telling him not to return. Hazlett went to a friend’s house and, apparently unsatisfied with what had transpired so far, took to facebook with harassment and threats.

There’s very little information on what the initial spat was about, but what happened after Hazlett left the keyboard and ventured back out into the real world makes for one hell of a tale.

Hitching a ride with a friend, Hazlett returned to the house and threatened to kill his family members. Likely stemming from a desire to not be killed, they closed and locked the front door. Hazlett reportedly used a fire extinguisher to smash the front door open and unlock it.

Once inside, Hazlett pulled an Olivia Newton-John and  decided to get physical.…

Three Men Arrested After North Carolina Family Found MurderedCHARLOTTE, N.C. – Police have arrested three men in connection to the brutal murder of a family found dead in their home on Tuesday.

Police were called to the home after concerned relatives asked them to check on their welfare. Once inside, police would find someone had murdered Lorenzo Graves, his wife Cheryl, and their 4-year-old daughter Ozzie.

Graves’ sister says he and his wife were found shot to death downstairs, while Ozzie was found dead upstairs on the side of her parent’s bed where it seems she had been hiding. She had been stabbed to death.

Chief Rodney Monroe said robbery was the motive. He called the crime barbaric. “(It’s) very hard,” Monroe said. “(It’s) senseless. There’s nothing that that 4-year-old child could’ve done (or) said to harm any of those individuals.”

Later that day, police would have 25-year-old Joseph Amous and 27-year-old Lorenzo White in their custody. Detectives honed in on Amous after learning he had been charged with breaking into the family’s apartment in June. Charges against Amous were dismissed the next month when Graves refused to give police a written statement.…

Man Charged With Killing Daughter’s Boyfriend

August 22, 2011 at 10:06 am by

Man Charged With Killing Daughters BoyfriendPAHRUMP, NV – A man in Nevada is sitting in jail on murder charges and his daughter’s boyfriend learned a crappy lesson regarding good deeds and dating a chick whose family has some severe anger issues.

Police say 21-year-old Christopher Mundy was at the home of his girlfriend early Thursday morning, helping her move her belongings out. Mundy’s girlfriend had been arrested after getting into a fight with her sister and she had asked Mundy to go to her parent’s home and retrieve some of her belongings.

Before Mundy went to the home with his roommate’s 14-year-old brother early Thursday morning, he was supposedly threatened by his girlfriend’s mother several times on his Facebook profile. If anyone tracks those down, I’d love to know what was said.

Once there, his girlfriend’s parents told Mundy to get off their property. Mundy refused and chose to sit in his car parked in their driveway.

That’s when police say the girl’s father, 46-year-old Daniel Robbins, fired a round into the vehicle before he walked up to the car window, put a gun to Mundy’s head and shot him.…

Target Of Facebook Hit Shot To Death

August 16, 2011 at 1:34 pm by

Target Of Facebook Hit Shot To DeathPHILADELPHIA, PA – Back in June, we posted about a girl who used Facebook to hire a hitman to kill her baby daddy.

Not surprisingly, that plan failed miserably and she and the intended hitman were arrested.

Now it is being reported that the intended target has been shot to death mere hours after a hearing in which a judge ordered the two accused held on criminal solicitation for murder and attempted murder charges.

London Eley, 20, posted a status on Facebook offering $1,000 to kill her ex boyfriend, 22-year-old Corey White, who is also the father of her child. “I will pay somebody a stack to kill my baby father,” the post stated.

Timothy Bynum,18, responded with “say no more….what he look like?…. where he be at?” Eley provided Bynum with White’s address and description, to which Bynum responded that he will “need dat stack 1st” and “ima mop that bull.”

While the pair successfully murdered the English language, their plans to murder White fell through after his aunt noticed the messages and contacted the police. Eley was charged with solicitation to commit murder while Bynum was charged with attempted murder and conspiracy.…

On Monday, he found himself involved in yet another shooting and once again leading police on a high speed chase with a female companion.

This time it was with his new wife, 35-year-old Jessica Fritts. The couple were married behind bars after meeting on an online prison pen-pal program. She had previously been incarcerated for robbing a bank in 2001.

Now the pair were headed to Nevada. Roy was wanted out of Oregon after leaving the state without permission, and the couple had already eluded a state trooper after having stole a car that they later abandoned.

Shooting Suspects Caught Because They Cant Drive Car They HijackedPolice were finally able to locate the Fritts after a 54-year-old man was found on the side of the road on Sunday, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he explained he had been travelling with the couple when they shot him and stole his van.…

Teen Kills Foster Sister In Fight Over Cell Phone

Teen Kills Foster Sister In Fight Over Cell PhonePensacola, FL — Elena Rendell, 17, is being held on charges of manslaughter in the shooting death of her 14-year-old foster sister, Christina Sneary, after the two reportedly argued over a cell phone.

According to an arrest report released late last week, Rendell retrieved a 9 mm handgun from a high shelf in a bedroom and shot Sneary in the neck after the two argued. Rendell then reportedly ran outside and informed neighbors her sister had been shot.

She was arrested at the scene, but later told police that had she known she would be charged with a crime, she’d have run. Police say Rendell claimed the shooting was an accident.

The girls’ mother, Troyce Sneary, claims Rendell isn’t even aware of what she’s done. Sneary reportedly told police both of the girls are severely learning disabled, and said Rendell suffers from problems with aggression. Ummm, obviously?

“The guns were put away. Don’t know how they got them. And I get a phone call and this is it,” Sneary said. “Two kids in one day.…

Man Shoots His Penis With Girlfriend’s Pink Gun

August 10, 2011 at 10:33 am by

Man Shoots His Penis With Girlfriends Pink GunCHANDLER, Ariz. — A man in Arizona is dealing with the fact that he shot his dick with his girlfriend’s pink gun while somewhere, a feminazi just slid off their soaked seat.

Joshua Seto, 27, was walking to the store with his girlfriend, 26-year-old Cara Christopher, when he learned that just because it looks cool in the movies, doesn’t mean you should do it.

Like shooting a gun while holding it sideways, Seto learned that pointing a loaded gun at your junk is retarded when he stuck his girlfriend’s loaded pink handgun in the front waistband of his pants.

Most of us realize what a bad idea this is because well, you run the risk of shooting off your dick. Which is exactly what happened when the pink gun somehow fired.

Seto was not lucky enough for this bullet to just hit the sidewalk, his foot or even his brain. Nope, this bullet hit his dick and continued through his thigh. The bullet. Hit. His dick.

I don’t even want to imagine what an injury like this looks like, but I can’t help it.…

Robbery Suspect Shot Four Times Outside ApplebeesSt. Petersburg, FL. - Following on the heels of a bumbling crook in St. Petersburg getting  shot with his own gun during an attempted robbery at an ATM, a masked man was shot four times during a botched robbery attempt outside of an Applebee’s in St. Petersburg late Sunday.

Raven Smith, a 34 year-old aircraft mechanic, exited his vehicle along with his girlfriend, Lesley Tanner, in the parking lot of Applebee’s on Sunday night. As Tanner exited the vehicle, she was approached by a masked man wielding a gun.

Smith, who has a license to conceal and carry a firearm, whipped out his .38 and popped four shots into the assailant. As he was being turned into Swiss cheese, the man pulled off his mask and yelled for Smith to stop shooting, claiming that the gun he carried was fake.

Imagining that part in my head has me laughing my balls off. Police say, though, that the loaded .25 caliber pistol he had was a very real, loaded .25 caliber pistol. So he’s a liar and a thief?…

Robbery Suspect Shot With Own Gun

August 8, 2011 at 4:08 pm by

Robbery Suspect Shot With Own GunSt. Petersburg, FL - A would-be robber ended up taking a bullet from his own gun Friday after the intended victim’s boyfriend thwarted him.

Almedin Muratovic, 25, approached Cristina Hopkins as she used the ATM at Regions Bank. Muratovic was brandishing a .22 handgun and demanded cash from the woman.

What he didn’t count on was 28 year-old Anthony Hall, Hopkins’ boyfriend, to emerge from a parked car to confront him. A struggle ensued, during which the pistol was fired, striking Muratovic in the chest. Hall tossed the gun out of reach and held the assailant on the ground until police showed up.

Muratovic was transported to the hospital and, being that he’s expected to survive, will have two charges of attempted armed robbery and one count of felon in possession of a firearm waiting for him when he gets out.

Based on the scoring system of my yet-to-be-written ‘Man Handbook’, Hall has officially reached the status of ‘Badass’. With this epic fail and two particularly funny past charges of fleeing and eluding and resisting arrest without violence (how exactly that works is beyond me) Muratovic has been demoted to ‘Girl Scout’.…
