Gastonia, NC– It reportedly happened on a fairly regular basis for about 3 months… Jessica Pack, 31, and her 23-year-old boyfriend, Jackie Nanney, would shoot at her three children with a BB gun. It wasn’t necessarily a form of punishment, it was mainly for shits and giggles. Hey, asshats, really… get a new hobby.
The children, ages 4, 5, and 7, were apparently shot at for sport. In the bathtub, riding their bikes, playing in the yard, etc. Hey, they were fair game. At one point, Nanney had the 7-year-old trapped behind a door and then shot at him through the crack. The BB’s left welts and bruises and occasionally, the BB’s would draw blood.
When the pair made their first appearance in court on Wednesday, Pack told the court she did shoot the 4-year-old, and that she allowed Nanney to shoot all three of the children. But Nanney says, ‘I don’t shoot no children! I shoot cans and stuff.’
Nanney cried to judge, begging for a lower bail.…

In mid-December, Mr. Rice was arrested for trying to stiff the poor cabbie who drove his inebriated ass home from a local strip club. About two days after that, police were called to the Minikahda Country Club to pick up a drunk-again Joseph Rice. This time he apparently made “terrorist threats” to a police officer. Hollister, San Benito County, CA – On Wednesday morning, Cheryl Busch was not doing very well. Busch, 39, took out a Smith and Wesson 357 Model 686 handgun and walked over to her daughter Donna May, who was either in a crib or a playpen. Busch then stood over the tiny girl and fired. Madisonville - A teenager was standing at an intersection with a few of his friends when a minivan passed by, then backed up towards them. A shotgun came out of the window and fired in their direction. The minivan then drove a short distance and parked in a driveway. The shooter was Anthonia Montairo Catoire-Miller, 33, and the intended victim, who she missed, was the ex-boyfriend of one of her daughters. SMITHS GROVE, Ky. - Not sure if any of you have been following this or not, but I found it kind of interesting. The actual story concerns a Sheriff’s Deputy, Randall Creek, 41, who shot his ex-girlfriend, Debbie Rediess, 46, to death in her driveway after a 3-month breakup. He was then on the run and was apprehended on Saturday at a Days Inn in Waterloo, Iowa. Case closed, kinda. Rogers, AR – She’d had enough, she told deputies, and she just wasn’t gonna take it anymore. It was either him, or her. That’s why Myrtle Marie Walter, 75, said she murdered her husband on Friday night. Myrtle shot Paul Walter, 74, three times while he was sleeping.  He was pronounced dead at 2:35 a.m. on Saturday, and Myrtle Walter pronounced herself “sorry (she) had to do it, but relieved he’s gone”. I guess divorce was out of the question.…

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – On Tuesday morning, Pettit, 52, and a man got into an argument with another man standing outside of his car in the parking lot of the Pembroke Pines post office. It may have been over a parking space. The gunman then pulled out a gun and shot Pettit in the head. Even more tragic is the fact that Pettit’s 12-year-old daughter was in the car at the time. WELLS, Vermont. – On August 2nd at 3:55 a.m., 911 operators received a call and heard the sounds of a woman screaming along with the unmistakable sound of an object hitting another object repeatedly before the screaming stops. State troopers are dispatched to the address the call originated from and Christian Taylor, 14, answered the door stating he was unaware of any problems and told the troopers he would go get his mother, 40-year-old Francine Morgan. When he returned to the troopers, he stated that there was blood in her room. When troopers went inside, they found Francine Morgan’s body on the floor, a bloody flashlight on the bed as well as blood splattered on the floor, ceiling and walls. An autopsy revealed that Francine Morgan died from blunt force trauma to the head and that she had also been shot in the cheek.…
