INDIANTOWN, Florida – 45-year-old Terry Bell was housed in the Martin Correctional Institution serving a life sentence for sexual battery on a victim under the age of 12. His cellmate was 29-year-old Ricky Silva who was serving life in prison for robbery, carjacking and kidnapping. At some point Bell thought it would be pretty cool idea to jack-off to a photograph of one of Silva’s underage relatives. Silva caught him doing it and was not real happy about it. At around 2:40 a.m Wednesday, a corrections officer was conducting his hourly cell checks when he found Bell dead on the bottom bunk with a black shoestring wrapped tightly around his neck.
