High School Football Players Suspended After Teabagging Younger Teammates

LOS LUNAS, N.M. – Four Valencia High School football players have been suspended and are currently being investigated for allegedly sexually assaulting younger teammates. It is not known if this is a case of hazing that went too far or an act of bullying, but the reports are that in the school’s locker room, four seniors sexually humiliated younger players on the junior-varsity team by teabagging them. For those of you not in the know, teabagging when a male places his testicles on another male’s face in order to humiliate them. Technically, I guess you could teabag a girl, but that would be way too hetero. Another student at the high school told reporters he heard of a game the football players liked to play called gobbling. “It’s pretty grotesque, they go up behind a kid and say gobble gobble and their hand goes where it shouldn’t,” said Daniel Landavazo, a Senior at Valencia High. Um, ok. One mother of a senior football player who was not accused in this incident, feels this was just boys being boys and that one of the victim’s parents just has an axe to grind. ” In retaliation for his son not getting enough playing time on the varsity football team.” She said.…

St. Albans, VT – Misty Smith, 34, is being held on $1 million bail for allegedly drugging, kidnapping and sexually assaulting three of her 11-year-old son’s friends. Smith was arrested on Wednesday after one of the alleged victims was reported missing by his parents. The 11-year-old boy was seen heading to Smith’s home after school Tuesday afternoon, and when he failed to show up at home, his parents and police canvassed the neighborhood. The boy’s parents visited Smith’s home and asked her three separate times if she had seen the boy – each time, Smith denied having any knowledge of his whereabouts. When an officer questioned Smith about the missing boy that evening, she played stupid once again. Hearing noises coming from an upstairs bedroom, the officer asked if he could take a look. In the bedroom, he found the missing boy and two other 11-year-old boys.
During an interview with the boys, detectives learned they routinely visited Smith’s home after school and were given cigarettes, marijuana, alcohol, pills that “made them hyper” and cocaine.…

MINNEAPOLIS – A 13-year-old boy has been arrested and placed in juvie after being accused of forcing a 12-year-old girl into performing a sex act on him while on a school bus. Police say the two students were on their way home from Sheridan Global Arts and Communications School when the alleged assault happened. According to a police report, “a male student was sitting next to a female student with his penis out.” The boy then forced the girl to preform some kind of sex act. Al Pitt, the principal of the school, commented on the incident. ”We take these types of allegations very seriously and the matter is currently under investigation with the Minneapolis Police Department,” Pitt said. “Maintaining a safe environment for our students is a top priority. SPARTANBURG, SC – Deputies for the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Department are looking for help identifying a serial peeper who has upped his game recently. Since 2009, police have received numerous complaints regarding a man exposing his junk and sneaking into bedrooms at apartment complexes near the University of South Carolina Upstate. They are concerned because up until recently, the man had been content with just exposing himself. Now he is unlocking doors and standing over sleeping women. His most recent victim, Ashley Petty, says that on the one night they left their door unlocked the man crept in and began touching her leg while she slept. When she woke up, she started screaming and the man ran off. “I feel like he’s watching very closely his victims before he does anything with them,” said Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright. The man usually wears gym clothes, covers his head with a baseball cap or a hoodie and smokes cigarettes. Wasilla, AK — 24-year-old Stephen Nickoli was arrested early Saturday morning and booked on charges of kidnapping, first-degree sexual abuse of a minor and first-degree sexual assault after one witness reported seeing him raping a 7-year-old child. According to the victim, Nickoli entered her bedroom early that morning, placed his hand over her mouth and carried her into his own bedroom where the sexual assault took place. Hearing some sort of commotion coming from the room, another person in the home walked in to investigate and busted Nickoli in the act. Upon being discovered, the skeevy bastid tried to escape through a window, but was stopped by others in the home and held until police arrived. Nickoli later told investigators that he had been drinking and smoking pot at a party prior to the rape and couldn’t remember how he got home. He did, however, remember assaulting the child and admitted to police that he had held her against her will and continued to assault her even after she told him to stop.…

Buffalo, NY – Some of you may or may not remember 34-year-old Edtition Thompson. We posted about this guy in Reality Bites, but he didn’t get as much play as I thought he deserved. He was the Buffalo man charged with impregnating his girlfriend’s 11-year-old daughter. After DNA tests proved Thompson was the father of the baby back in 2008, he fled to California. In an attempt to trick authorities into thinking he was dead, Thompson’s friends and family conducted a fake memorial service. Police weren’t buying it and tracked Thompson down in Sacramento last year and arrested him. He would go on to fake a heart attack at the airport and has twice attempted suicide in his holding cell, once by trying to hang himself with bedsheets. But now it seems Thompson’s journey through the court system is almost over after he just admitted to raping the girl frequently between Oct. 15, 2007, and Dec. 15, 2007 by pleading guilty to first-degree rape. This lesser charge carries anywhere from 17 to 20 years in prison — which is a lot better than the mandatory life sentenced he was looking at.…

NEWPORT, Mich. – When Robert Manley arrived home from work early Wednesday morning, his 15-year-old daughter was missing and the front door looked as if it had been forced open. 911 was called and an Amber Alert issued. Within hours Taylor E. Manley’s body, along with 38-year-old Raymond R. Bush, were found dead in his truck parked almost 200 miles away in a small Newport cemetery. She had been shot multiple times and he had shot himself. No definitive motive at this point, but it probably had a lot to do with the fact that Manley was scheduled to testify against Bush in a sexual assault case that morning. Bush was a friend of Taylor’s mother and he and the teen had been involved in a sexual relationship. When her mother found out about it, police were called and Bush was eventually charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony, and was free after posting $50,000 bond. Manley had been preyed upon by Bush, according to her father, and even had her name tattooed on the back of his neck.…

BAY VILLAGE, Ohio — Just when I thought I was going to have to fill up some space with movie reviews and some other boring crime stories currently circulating, along comes this mess. A couple have been arrested, accused of videotaping themselves raping a woman over the course of a year. 43-year-old David Salsgiver and 40-year-old Kelly Maltbie have been indicted on multiple counts of rape, kidnapping and gross sexual imposition. The video allegedly shows the couple repeatedly raping a 42-year-old woman who was substantially impaired or unconscious. Authorities say the rapes took place between 2006 and 2007 at their home. Salsgiver is being held on a $100,000 bond while Maltbie is being held on a $50,000 bond, both looking at a possible 300 years in prison. Police are continuing to investigate and believe there is at least one other female victim.…

Houston, TX — A former soccer coach accused of sexually abusing one of his players was found dead in his car the other day. Authorities found the body of 38-year-old Ian Crowe in his vehicle where he had committed suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning. Crowe had been accused of multiple sexual assaults against a 15-year-old girl he was supposed to be privately coaching. I guess her parents should have been more specific about what he was to teach her as it turns out that out of all their meetings, only one was about soccer. The rest were about kissing, groping and oral sex. The wife found out somehow and contacted the girl’s family, letting them know what her husband had been up to. Police were contacted and the victim would admit that she’d met Crowe 10 to 20 times and had sexual encounters in the back seat of his Suburban. She told investigators that their relationship “started with kissing and touching and eventually led to several sexual acts” adding Crowe grew more aggressive with each encounter.…

Memphis, TN – Here’s a really messed up story out of Memphis where three young boys were charged with raping a toddler. Back in August, 15-year-old James Prindle was left to care for his 2-year-old stepsister while his parents went to work. While he and two of his friends were in the apartment, the little girl would be beaten on the side of her head and raped. The boys would tell police that masked men broke into the apartment, raped the girl and stole a video game console. “She was screaming and screaming,” James Prindle told police. “I didn’t see it, but I think she was raped and beat up.” Their stories would not add up and it wasn’t long before police would gather enough evidence to charge Prindle, 11-year-old Micah Scheulin, and his 13-year-old brother Noah, with aggravated rape. On Thursday, charges were dropped against Micah, the judge citing lack of evidence, and Noah’s charges would be changed to facilitation of the aggravated child rape and child abuse. Prindle would be charged as an adult, facing aggravated rape of a child, facilitation of a felony, and false reporting to authorities.…

Shelton, CT - Police responded to the Flannery home late Monday evening after getting a report about a man sexually assaulting a horse. “Touching and being really inappropriate to her private parts and hurting her,” said Christine Flannery. “And she was crying in pain trying to get away and she couldn’t.” When police arrived on scene, the man, later identified as 63-year-old Marian Wegial, was still standing in the corral. He reportedly told police that as he was sitting inside his house and heard a loud noise. He looked outside and it appeared as though the horses in the corral across the street were frightened by the supposed racket. Being all neighborly and shit, Wegial wandered on over to the corral and tried to comfort and calm one of the animals. And as he was doing so, he may have “inadvertently” slipped his fingers inside the horse. A veterinarian examined all three horses in the corral and determined that only one had been molested – the fingered filly. Wegiel was booked on charges of cruelty to animals, sexual assault, fourth-degree sexual assault, third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.…

Belleville, ON - Damn…this story has so many different layers of ick that I don’t quite know where to begin. Col. David Russell Williams, once a well-respected commander in the Canadian air force, CFB Trenton, stood in court this week and listened as charge after charge against him was read. The list, which took a whoppin’ 36 minutes to complete, included two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of sexual assault, two counts of forcible confinement and 82 separate breaking and entering charges that date back to 2007. Williams pleaded guilty to each and every charge. As for the two counts of murder, the 42-year-old man has admitted to the brutal beating, rape and murder of 38-year-old Marie-France Comeau, a flight attendant at CFB Trenton, in November of 2009. And authorities say Williams documented the entire incident on video. Williams also confessed to the kidnapping, torture, rape and murder of 27-year-old Jessica Elizabeth Lloyd earlier this year. Authorities say Williams abducted the woman on the evening of January 28 and took her to his cottage where he raped and tortured her for at least a day before strangling her and dumping her body in a field.…

LAWRENCE, Kansas - Back in June, police began investigating a couple after two sisters ages 8 and 10, told their parents that a family friend, 32-year-old Donald L. Brown, had been raping them repeatedly over the last two years. He would eventually be charged with rape of a child under 14 years of age, three counts of aggravated criminal sodomy of a child under 14 years of age and two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. But the investigation also revealed that his wife, 33-year-old Natasha M. Brown, was aware of what her husband was doing to the young girls and had deliberately exposed herself to one of them. She would be charged with two counts of aggravated endangering a child and one count of lewd and lascivious behavior. On Monday a jury found her guilty on those charges and she now faces probation or 17-months in prison for each count. Her husband’s trial will begin on Jan. 24, 2011, and I can’t wait.…

Holland, MI — Detectives say that back in June, a man and his son, along with another teen, videotaped themselves raping a 17-year-old girl. Now they are all in jail, charged with criminal sexual conduct. Court documents say that a 17-year-old girl went to a home with 43-year-old Kelly Paris his 19-year-old son Jordan Paris, and 19-year-old Sage Lewis. The girl told police that after having a couple drinks, she passed out only to wake up with Jordan having sex with her. She woke up a second time to find Kelly Paris assaulting her. Police say that the assaults were filmed and that Kelly Paris transferred the video to a computer. This was seized and police told the courts they were able to retrieve the videos. “We conducted a search warrant. Got the computer. After looking at the computer, all three … did have sex with (the victim),” Detective Lisa Bancuk told a judge. “And several times it appears as if she is passed out and the whole thing was video-taped by Kelly Paris,” Police Bancuk said.…

OLDHAM COUNTY, Ky. – A 38-year-old patient accused her doctor of sexually assaulting her last week, She claims that she while Dr. Ashok Alur was treating her for a pelvic injury, he began performing oral sex on her. The report stated, “While he was treating her, he pushed her pants and underwear down and performed oral sex on her. She told him to stop and had to push him away.” He was subsequently arrested and charged with first-degree sodomy. According to police records, Dr. Alur admitted to the assault and claims that “He was distracted and tempted and that caused him to do this.” He told police that the kiss to make it better lasted “30 seconds to one minute” (which if true, indicates the victim has quite the vagina to vocal chord delay) and told police he was sorry for the incident. He was free from jail after posting a $50,000 cash bond. But the parent claims that the staff at Sparkman Middle School was aware of a particular boy’s habit of propositioning young girl’s for sex in the school and had been keeping an eye on him. They lawsuit claims that when their daughter went to a teacher and told her the boy had just asked her to meet him in a bathroom for sex, the teacher, June Simpson, told her to through with the meeting so that they could finally catch the boy in the act. Simpson told her, “Don’t do anything. Just get him to meet you and we’ll catch him.” When the girl met the boy into the sixth-grade bathroom, the teacher was no longer monitoring the security cameras and had went back to her classroom.…

MILWAUKEE, Wisonsin – A man waiting in jail on sex assault charges just added a couple more felonies under his belt after trying to hire another inmate to kill his victim so they could not testify. Sunil Singh was accused of getting a 14-year-old drunk back in March before raping and beating her in the basement of an apartment building. While awaiting trial, police say that Singh enlisted the help of another prisoner in an effort to win his case — by killing the teen victim. Investigators have recordings of Singh telling the other inmate to “kill her, throw her in the garbage.” He explains that without the witness to testify against him, “I win my case.” As payment, Singh gave the man the combination to a safe located in the gas station where he used to work. Singh now adds two more felony charges under his belt and the possible addition of 18 years in prison.…

CARSON, Calif. — A California pastor has been arrested and charged with having sex with a 14-year-old member of his congregation. Police say 44-year-old Leonel Pelayo, a pastor at Iglesia Apostolica Monte de Horeb in South Los Angeles, allegedly sexually assaulted the teen between July and August of this year. The pastor met the young girl in his church youth group, police accusing him of taking the girl to vacant buildings in the area to have sex with her. Pelayo has been charged with six felony counts, including lewd act upon a child and unlawful sexual intercourse. He’s looking at a possible four year prison sentence. Autorities believe there are may be more victims and ask anyone with any information to call the LAPD’s Abused Child Unit at (213) 486-0570. PRAGUE, Okla. – Here’s an interesting one out of Oklahoma that sounds like it came straight out of a horror movie. Ethan Walton, 19, went to the property of 39-year-old Glendon Gouker to talk with him about a potential land deal. His 20-year-old girlfriend waited behind in the car. After some time had passed, Glendon’s sister, 29-year-old Michele Gouker, approached her and told her she needed to come be a witness. She was led to a small shed where she saw her boyfriend lying on the ground. She was then kidnapped, duct taped, handcuffed and repeatedly raped by Glendon before being taken inside their home and tied to a bed. She was held there for hours, Michele checking in on her periodically, before she was able to free herself and grab a kitchen knife. Not able to get out the door, she stabbed Michele in the hand and jumped through a window. She then hauled ass naked across a field to a nearby home to get help. Investigators would find Ethan’s body stuffed inside a 55-gallon drum with his hands and feet bound.…

PHOENIX — You guys may remember Jonathan Hock, he’s the idiot who molested his passed out girlfriend and streamed himself doing so live on the Internet in February of ’09. At the time of the incident, he was the host of The John Hock Show over at Stickam. The 20-year-old victim wasn’t even aware of the assault until her friends told her about it and informed her that her vagina had been broadcast live over the ‘net. Christopher Stone, the creepy 31-year-old owner of the teen gossip site StickyDrama, recorded Hock’s video and then posted screen-caps on his own site with a post titled “Here We Go Again: Another Hock Sexual Assault.” He did not report the incident to police, but some of his members did immediately upon seeing the images. Hock was not charged until June because, according to this Gawker article, Stone took 3 months to turn the video over to police and only after being served a warrant. But regardless, Hocker was busted and pleaded guilty to the charges last Thursday.…
