Police: Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Young Girl Has “A Thing For Diapers”

Rosemount, MN — Richard Michael Marquardt, 35, is accused of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl by making her wear diapers and urinate on herself while he took pictures and video, which police say he then shared online.
On January 20, the child reportedly told her mother that Marquardt, a family friend, took pictures of her naked. In an interview with a social worker the next day, the child stated that Marquardt had been taking pictures of her since she was 4 – telling her that it was his job and that he enjoyed doing it.
Later that day, during a search of the skeevy bastard’s home, authorities seized a computer and a cell phone. A forensic examination of Marquardt’s computer revealed photos and videos of the girl, dated from August 2006 through August 2010. The photos, taken at Marquardt’s home, a restroom at the zoo and several local parks and playgrounds, showed the girl in soiled diapers and clothing. Police also found images of other children involved in sexual acts, as well as pictures of him and his wife wearing diapers.…

St. Louis, Missouri – A man who helped get a woman’s stuck car out of the snow has been charged with raping her.
Reports are that on February 3, Cornell Hampton, 38, helped a woman push her stuck car out from behind a snowbank. Apparently feeling he deserved some sort of reward for being a Good Samaritan, he jumped into the woman’s car and demanded a ride.
When she refused, he put her in a choke-hold, threatened her and forced her to drive to a nearby vacant building. Lucky for her, three witnesses saw Hampton take the screaming woman into the building and called police.
“I seen this guy dragging this girl out, had his arm around her neck or whatever…I heard her saying something please don’t do this or please you don’t want to do this, something to that effect and I knew something was wrong,” said a witness.
Because these witnesses called 911, officers were able to catch Hampton in the act of raping the poor woman. As officers rescued the woman and attempted to subdue the suspect, Hampton allegedly kicked an officer.…

New York. — A little league coach in Queens is being charged with multiple counts of criminal sexual acts and endangering the welfare of a child after allegations of sexual assault have come to light.
David Hartshorn, 52, has been arrested after it was discovered that he was sexually assaulting three teenage boys from his little league team.
The victims range in age from thirteen to sixteen. The abuse allegedly took place inside of Hartshorn’s home from July 2009 until sometime in January of this year.
Hartshorn is going to have a difficult time trying to deny the charges. When police were executing a search warrant on Tuesday, they discovered videotapes with some pretty incriminating evidence on them… it turns out this person who parents trusted their children with was actually videotaping the attacks on the boys.
But wait, there’s more! This isn’t Hartshorn’s first offense. It turns out he has a criminal record for a similar offense. In 1989 he was convicted on charges of sodomy and promoting sexual performance with a child under 16-years-old.…

Detroit, Michigan – A 54-year-old Massachusetts man remains jailed today after it was discovered that he allegedly went to Detroit three times last year to have sex with a 13-year-old-girl.
How did these two people with a 40 year age difference and 700 miles between them meet? Well, it turns out before meeting in person, they had actually wed on an online video game.
John W. Phillips is charged with 11 felonies, including sexual assault, using a computer to communicate with another person to commit a crime, accosting a child for immoral purposes and child sexually abusive activity. The maximum sentences for the charges range from four to 20 years in prison.
Wayne County Sheriff Benny Napoleon said Phillips met the girl while playing RuneScape online and that they chatted online through the game in 2010. After Phillips unsuccessfully attempted mailing the girl a cell phone, he did what any rational man would do… he brought her the phone in person in February 2010.

Glenview, Illinois – On January 13th, 18-year-old Allen Giron was charged with felony criminal sexual assault after allegedly having sexual relations with a 13-year-old girl he met on Facebook.
Police found out what Giron was up to after they were notified by the victim’s sister, who told police that there were “at least two sexual encounters” with Giron and that the victim had recently been diagnosed by a doctor and found to have contracted herpes.
Giron provided detectives with “a written statement detailing the sexual encounters,” officials said. One of which took place in the women’s bathroom of a fast food restaurant.
Giron was released from the Skokie branch of Cook County Criminal Court yesterday after posting his $50,000 bond. He will be electronically monitored by an ankle bracelet and will be allowed to return to school.
“This is not the typical case where he lured girls to his home,” Giron’s attorney Steven Goldman argued before Cook County Circuit Judge Larry Axelrood. “They met on Facebook. This is going to be difficult enough for him but it will be worse with no high school degree.”

Phoenix, AZ — Police say an 11-year-old girl was severely and brutally beaten by a family member just moments after being sexually assaulted by that family member’s friend. Arrested was 34-year-old Jon Gary – a man police say has raised the child since she was an infant.
According to authorities, Gary witnessed his adult friend sexually assaulting the child on January 10. The friend accused of molesting the child later told police that Gary ordered the girl into her room and hit him once before retreating to the kid’s bedroom to kick her ass. The alleged rapist told police he left the home after Gary pointed a gun at him.
The victim, who ultimately spent 6 days in ICU, doesn’t remember anything before the beating other than drinking some “some soda that tasted funny.” She does remember Gary kicking, punching and stomping her until she lost consciousness. Los Fresnos, TX — Police say four young friends between the ages of 13 and 14 are facing criminal charges after they allegedly sodomized another friend with a cell phone and videotaped the whole thing.
Cameron County Sheriff Omar Lucio said the incident happened last week while the group of friends were playing a game called ‘pants’. I’ve never heard of such a game before, but I guess it goes a little like this: Four friends gang up and drag another friend to the floor. NEWARK, Ohio — A 71-year-old man was sentenced to four years in prison after admitting he raped an Alzheimer’s patient back in April.
Police say that last year, a Good Samaritan called police after they spotted a van from the Licking County Aging Program parked along a nature trail at the Spring Valley Nature Preserve. Inside the van they witnessed the driver, Donald Moore, with a 70-year-old woman with Alzheimer’s wearing only a bra.
Moore, admitted to police that he touched the woman sexually, raped her with his fingers and forced her to touch his genitals on several occasions between December 2009 when he drove her between her home and day care. He told police not to worry, as he was pretty sure she liked it. Investigators say the non-verbal woman’s physical and mental condition left her unable to resist or consent to Moore’s activities.
Described as a “Good Time Charlie” and a valued employee for seven years, Moore’s day in court was delayed a couple times because he is battling cancer and barely has the use of his legs.…

Loveland, CO — Courtney Bowles, a 31-year-old instructional coach who essentially teaches teachers about keeping a professional distance with students, was caught butt-nekkid with a 16-year-old boy last week.
Thompson School District spokesman Wes Fothergill said that though Bowles is not a classroom teacher, she does, on occasion, offer tutoring to students in need. As an instructional coach at Mountain View High School, Bowles’ duties include working with teachers to improve their ability to teach using new strategies, methods, etc., as well as instructing teachers on how best to interact with their students. And according to police, she was doing a little extra-curricular interacting Friday night.
Loveland police said Officer Sharon Hopkins made contact with Bowles and the boy at about 10:40 p.m. because they were in a car parked at North Lake Park after closing time.
“The female was on top of the male and she quickly jumped off of the male when she saw my flashlight shining into the vehicle,” Hopkins wrote in the arrest affidavit. “I told both subjects that I could see they were naked and they needed to get dressed and talk to me.”
Bowles, a married mother of two, admitted she and the teen were having sex.…

Dover, Delaware — Joseph Tighe, 62, was arrested yesterday for allegedly carrying on a relationship with a 16-year-old high school student. The Dover Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Unit arrested Tighe for eight counts of rape in the fourth degree and other charges after an investigation revealed that Tighe had an ongoing relationship with a Dover High School student.
Tighe and the student had allegedly been meeting at hotels in the area. Tighe is a music instructor at the high school the girl attends. He teaches string instruments at a middle school as well and has been teaching at the schools for about a year and a half. He is now on paid suspension from the district. An unpaid suspension is not an option according to Tighe’s contract, Superintendent Dr. Michael Thomas said. The Dover Police Department called Thomas late Wednesday afternoon regarding impending charges against Tighe. Thomas said he can’t divulge the details of the district’s internal investigation now in effect.
Tighe is currently in James T. Vaughn Correctional under a $45,500 secured bond.…

Jacksonville, FL. — Two men are facing charges after allegedly assaulting teenagers in a church, Greater Refuge Temple. 56-year-old Paul Keith Groover and 45-year-old Darrell Vincent Moore have pleaded not guilty to sexual assault charges. According to the arrest warrants, Groover molested a boy for several years and would text him various locations in the church to meet him for sex. Groover, who was a janitor at the time and is the son of Greater Refuge Temple Pastor Gentle Groover Sr., would also text the boy naked pictures. Moore is accused of raping several girls, including one at knifepoint in the church’s video room, where he threatened to kill the girl if she ever told anyone. Although both are charged with sexual battery, Moore is also charged with lewd and lascivious conduct. In an effort to strengthen the case, authorities monitored a phone call between Groover and the victim. During that call, Groover told the boy that he didn’t need therapy, but rather prayer and time would help him forget.…

After interviewing the victim, police believe this is the same man who raped her back on June 19th around 3:20 am. That’s right… he came back for a repeat. This guy must really like great-grandmas because police linked the June attack to the rape of an 86 year old woman living in Churchill Senior Living Center, which is across the street from the 68 year old victim’s apartment. The rape of the 86 year old occurred on August 21st around 4 am when the suspect gained access to the woman’s apartment through an unlocked window and assaulted her as she slept in her bed. The woman was taken to an area hospital for treatment, although her injuries were non-life-threatening. The suspect is described as a black man, 16 – 25 years old, 5’10” tall, weighing about 145 pounds. Vacaville, CA — Not a lot of information on this one yet, but according to police, a 14-year-old boy is in custody after allegedly breaking into a home early Sunday morning and sexually assaulting and stabbing a 13-year-old girl before getting all stabby on her 18-month-old baby brother. The girl, who was babysitting her brother that morning, told police she and the baby were asleep when the teen broke in. He reportedly entered her room and sexually assaulted her before stabbing her multiple times. The baby woke up while the girl was being attacked, and was stabbed more than 10 times. The girl was able to escape the home and seek assistance from a neighbor. When police arrived on scene, they tried to make contact with the stabby teenager, but he failed to respond. SWAT gained entry into the home and found him napping in the master bedroom – he was taken into custody without incident. He is being held in a juvenile detention facility, charged with two counts of attempted homicide and sexual assault.…

Eau Claire, WI – John Bullock, 24, and Damonta Jones, 25, are each facing first-degree sexual assault charges after a woman accused them of sexually assaulting her – first with a trouser snake, then with a live one. The 32-year-old woman told police she was partying with Jones, Bullock and a couple other women at Jones’ residence on November 11, and as the party was winding down, one of the female guests left the residence and the other headed for the shower. MINNEAPOLIS - One of the things I am waiting for this morning is to see if the teenagers involved in a couple sexual assaults are going to be charged as adults. For those of you who may not have heard of what happened, a 45-year-old woman was with her 10-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter doing a bit of skiing in Powderhorn Park last Wednesday night when they were approached by five teenage boys, one of them armed with a gun. After robbing them, two of the boys sexually assaulted her in front of her children. They talked about raping the woman’s daughter but ran off when she informed them that wasn’t going to happen. For three hours police would follow footprints in the snow that would lead them to a garage where three of the boys were in the process of sexual assaulting two girls, ages 16 and 18. The girls told police the teens forced them inside the garage at gunpoint as they were walking down the street. By Friday police would have four boys in custody.…
