Teen, Parents Charged With Beating Man After He Threatened To Post Nude Pics

Matteson, IL – Xenia Jaimes and her parents are facing a slew of very serious charges after police say they kidnapped and beat Xenia’s former boyfriend after he threatened to post nude images of the 18-year-old.
According to court records, the 19-year-old victim was having a casual sexual relationship with 18-year-old Xenia Jaimes. At some point during their relationship, Xenia stripped during a video chat and allowed the victim to photograph her nude with his cell phone.
Things between the two turned sour after Xenia went to a social networking website and accused the victim of stealing her iPad. The teen claims he had taken the device by mistake and had immediately returned it. When he discovered her online accusation, he threatened to post some of the nude photographs of Xenia he had if she didn’t call him to talk about the alleged theft.
On Jan 15, Xenia texted the victim and told him to come to her family’s house so they could talk. Once the teen arrived at the home, Xenia led him down to the basement where he was ambushed by five people wearing ski masks and holding metal pipes and, in the case of one of the masked individuals, a walking crutch.…

Boulder, CO - According to police, a Colorado youth hockey coach has admitted having online chats where he asked young male teen players to send him nude photos and challenged them to ‘masturbation races’ on Facebook. Police failed to see this as merely an effort to foster competitiveness.
Zachary Meints, 24, was arrested in response to police allegations that Meints had inappropriate online communication with boys as young as 13 when Meints was an assistant coach with the Boulder Hockey Club. Police said that he later moved to the Rocky Mountain RoughRiders youth hockey club where the conduct continued.
According to a Boulder affidavit, police first became aware of Meints after a fellow RoughRiders coach reported to the FBI that he overheard Meints having inappropriate phone chats with young hockey players who weren’t on his team. When Meints colleague asked one of the boys about Meints, the boy reportedly said that Meints would call or text him to talk about hockey, but then shift the conversation to sexual innuendo and ask the boy to send him naked photos of himself on Facebook.…

Duchesne, UT — An unidentified 35-year-old woman is facing charges after police claim she took nekkid photos of her 13-year-old daughter and forwarded them to the girl’s boyfriend because the kid was apparently too stupid to work the camera herself.
The boyfriend, a 30-year-old man from Oregon, reportedly sent the teen a cellphone and requested that she send him nude photos of herself. And while most teen girls I know can work a cellphone in their sleep, this one was apparently confused with all the buttons and stuff. Enter Mother of the Year….
In what can only be an effort to win “cool points” with the teen, mom snapped about three photos of the kid in her birthday suit and forwarded them to the aging pervert in Oregon, police said.
During questioning, mom admitted that she was fully aware of the relationship between her daughter and the older man, and was also aware that her daughter intended to send him nude pics. She was promptly charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony.…

Anderson, IN — The citizens of a southern Indiana county are breathing a collective sigh of relief that Republican Councilman David McCartney is (still) on the job. This after McCartney revealed that a string of sexually explicit emails he sent to a female colleague were part of a ruse he devised to expose corruption.
The interest in the Councilman’s emails began with a heated debate over taxes in February. This led to taxpayers requesting access to email records for the Madison County Councilmen and the County Recorder. While reviewing the emails for discussion related to the tax, taxpayers were surprised to find sexually explicit emails between McCartney – who is married – and a female assessor from another county.
“You are too sweet, just so happens you taste sweet as well.” McCartney said in an email dated Feb. 21.
My first inclination – as, I believe, many others – would be to overlook his scintillatingly erotic banter and leave the attention to the investigators looking into the matter. San Tan Valley, AZ — A man who had hoped to teach his girlfriend’s daughter a lesson about sexting is now facing charges after allegedly forwarding a nudie pic found on the teen’s phone to everyone on her contact list.
Investigators say the teen’s mother, along with her boyfriend, 31-year-old Eugene Foster, found a nude picture of the teen on her cellphone and decided to teach her a thing or two about embarrassment and humiliation.
“They get into a fight and during that discussion [the] boyfriend decides I’m going to teach you a lesson I’m going to send this out to 30 plus contacts on her phone and that’s what he did,” says Elias Johnson, spokesperson for the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office. “You can’t distribute images like that, no one can, its illegal… there was nudity, clear full frontal picture.”
When officials at the girl’s school learned of the alleged incident, they scrambled to inform parents that their child may have received a pornographic picture via picture message, and asked that they delete the text if they or their children received it.…

Parsons had confessed to police that – after her 12-year-old son Devin had hidden her unprescribed prescription medication in an effort to combat her addiction – she beat the him mercilessly for hours using her hands, feet, a belt and a metal tray until he died. Her boyfriend, Waldo Jones Jr., also reportedly aided in the beating. Both are in jail awaiting trial – her charged with murder and him charged with neglect of a dependent causing death and dealing drugs.

Tonawanda, NY — Church youth counselor and past teen center director Scott T. Peterson, 39, has been arrested for exchanging nude photos with one underage teen and sending photos to at least three others whom he met through his church affiliation.
Our hunk of burnin’ love reportedly came to the attention of authorities last year when employees at a state juvenile facility inspected a phone belonging to a teenage girl at the facility. The employees discovered nude images of both Peterson and the unidentified female on the phone.
City of Tonawanda Lt. Fred Foels said that a search warrant was issued and ‘multiple phones owned by Peterson’ were confiscated by police. Investigators with the Erie County forensics lab found nude pictures of both Peterson and the initial female victim on one of the devices.
“Allegedly the arrangement with [the initial victim] was ‘if you send me pictures of yourself, I’ll pay your phone bill,’” Foels said.
The investigation also determined that he was not only exchanging photos with the one juvenile, but sending nude photos of himself to three other girls.…

Monagut, LA — Ron Christopher Chauvin, 39, was arrested after reportedly sending text message photos of his erect penis to five female real estate agents. This after he admitted retrieving their contact information from signs posted at area real estate offerings.
One agent told a Sheriff’s deputy that, after receiving the first message, she replied to Chauvin and told him that he must have the wrong number. After he continued to send more photos of his penis, she decided to contact the Sheriff’s Office.
The deputy reportedly traced the messages to Chauvin. According to police, Chauvin admitted to sending the obscene photos when questioned.
Chauvin has been released from the Terrebonne Parish Jail on a $25,000.00. His arraignment date is set for August 25, 2011.…

Henryetta, OK - A minister is facing charges after he allegedly expressed his desire to comfort a teenage girl with his rod and staff via a series of lewd text messages.
Joseph Monroe Leal, 36-years-old and pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church, has been charged with using technology to engage in sexual communication with a minor. The minor in question was only 14 when she met Leal at the Summit Church Camp back in 2009.
She says that initial conversations between the two were strictly on spiritual subjects, but by the next summer, the messages she was receiving from Leal started to turn sexual in nature. She started saving the messages this past spring after they became increasingly more explicit.
News outlets haven’t released any of the juicy contents of these texts, if they exist, but have mentioned some hilarious snippets that supposedly include Leal complimenting the teen’s body and admitting he felt guilty that his wife was home sick and all he could do was think of her “gorgeous face and smoking hot body.”
I’m not sure what’s the bigger crime here.…

Milroy, IN — Willard Yoder is facing numerous charges after police say he rolled into town in his horse-drawn buggy in the hopes of hooking up with a 12-year-old girl.
According to police, the alleged sexting began when 21-year-old Yoder sent out a random text and received a response from the 12-year-old girl. The girl was then hit with nearly 600 texts that included videos, nude pics and several skeevy propositions.
The kid’s mother discovered the texts, and both she and her husband, acting as their daughter, kept communicating with Yoder while police set up a sting at a local restaurant.
“We set up in our positions, and we heard the vehicle coming down the roadway,” said Connersville police Detective Craig Pennington. “We thought, ‘Well, this is obviously going to be it.’”
And it was. Yoder was promptly arrested and booked on four counts of soliciting a minor.…

Brooklyn, NY – 30 year-old Kevin Louther, an NYPD cop and youth officer, was arrested and charged in connection to an inappropriate relationship he apparently had with a 15 year-old girl.
The alleged relationship between the two was discovered and reported by the girl’s mother, who discovered explicit text messages and pictures sent to the girl. Police are saying that they do not believe the pair had sex, but that there was some smooching to accompany the texts and e-mails.
The two met through the departments ‘Law Enforcement Explorer’ program which, according to the program’s website, “reaches out to New York City’s young adults in every community to help build up relations between the community and New York City Police Department.” I’m pretty sure this sort of thing isn’t quite what they had in mind. Louther has been suspended without pay and is due in court again this week, facing charges of sex abuse, harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Roswell, NM – Two teens in New Mexico are learning valuable lessons today. A 15-year-old girl is learning that she shouldn’t share naked pictures of herself if she doesn’t want the pictures to find their way online, and her 14-year-old boyfriend is learning how our legal process works after he shared her nude photo online after she refused to have sex with him.
Police say the boy, a freshman at Goddard High School, badgered his girlfriend into sending him a naked picture of herself, which she finally did because teens can be pretty stupid. He then told her that if she did not have sex with him he would post the image on Facebook. Classy. She refused the offer and the boy followed through with his threat, posting the picture on a Facebook page.
Facebook took down the image, but the dumbass wouldn’t leave well enough alone, and posted the image on a second Facebook page. That’s when police got involved and cock-blocked the hell out of him when they arrested his ass and charged him with harassment, intimidation and several other charges.…

Tampa - Middleton High School assistant principal, Lauren S. Tilo, has been arrested for sending a naked picture of herself to a 14-year-old boy. Police say the 30-year-old met the boy in February while playing World of Warcraft and were both aware of each other’s ages. In March, Tilo sent the teen a message from her cell phone with an image of herself in a “provocative and sexual pose.” The boy told a school guidance counselor about the picture on Wednesday. Why? Providence, Rhode Island – Ruth Williams, 30, had taken her 14-year-old daughter’s cell phone away after learning that her daughter had been sexting with it several weeks earlier. On Thursday the pair got into an altercation when Williams refused to give the phone back to the teen. A 14-year-old girl used her cell phone to take a naked picture of herself and sent it to her 14-year-old boyfriend. The couple broke up some time later and for whatever reason, the boy decided to forward the pic to other students at Chinook Middle School. Before long the image was making the rounds in at least three different schools. A pretty harsh consequence for one girl’s dumb decision, right? Yeah, for a 14-year-old girl I can imagine it’s a humiliating nightmare. But the boy may end up getting it much, much worse as a judge found probable cause exists to move forward with child pornography charges against him and one of the two girls who helped him spread the image around. PERRY COUNTY, Pa. - Eight teenagers have been charged with possessing child pornography after they were caught sexting – or for you technological lingo impaired, recording sex acts on their cell phones. Administrators at Susquenita High School caught three students with cell phones containing video and pics of other juveniles performing sex acts on each other. Currently, the law in Pennsylvania will not require these juveniles to register as sex offenders. But that may not last long as Pennsylvania is in the process adhering to federal law that would require juveniles found guilty of child pornography to register as sex offenders.
