When they arrived, they found 20-year-old MichaelMichael reviews laying on the living room floor bleeding out of the gunshot wound to his forehead. Seems the boys had been drinking that night and horsin’ around a bit. WitnessesWitnesses reviews told police the two were involved in a bit of “horseplay” and were “playing around with each other and playing with knives.” Sounds like a rip-roaring good time to me! Let me grab my Ginsu! A witness to the horseplay told officers that Preston walked into his bedroom, returned to the living room, pointed a pistol at Michael’s head, and pulled the trigger. wOOt! What. Fucking. Fun. Now Michael Duke is dead and Preston Dohrer is charged with second-degree murder and feloniously pointing a weapon at another person. Bond has been set at $250,000. He is charged with hitting two toddlers while driving drunk. He drug them both for a block before one of the children, a 2-year-old boy, became dislodged. His 1-year-old sister was not so lucky. She remained lodged in the wheel well of his SUV – still in the wagon she had been sitting in – where she remained even after Dinkins parked his vehicle at his home a mile away. St. John, MO – If ever there were a perfect tool for parenting, it’s the pacifier. On one hand, I can’t tell you how many hours of much needed sleep I can attribute to the beloved binky…with a couple of my own children, and later, my grandson. On the other hand, binkies can be a real pain in the ass – especially if the kid really doesn’t want to be corked. My son, who never was a fan of the pacifier, was a world class binky spitter…he could pop that thing out of his mouth and across the room in the blink of an eye, without a break in the screaming. I did what many parents do, let him scream until he wore himself out or walk the floor with him until he fell asleep. Las Vegas, Nevada–Raven Gibbons used to have a 5-year-old daughter named D’Amber Myles. D’Amber suffered from cerebral palsy, had the mental capacity of a 2-year-old child, and was only able to use her right arm. Surely, D’Amber required almost constant supervision and care. You certainly wouldn’t want to leave a special needs child alone in the bathtub, not even for a couple of minutes, right? Fayetteville, Arkansas–Jill Ulmer, 26, had a restraining order in place against her ex-boyfriend, Ricky Anderson. On Friday, May 26, Jill placed a call to 911 to report that Ricky was in violation of that order. He had been harassing her and was outside in the parking lot. When officers Ken Willyard and Cpl. Chris Scherrey arrived on scene, they saw a “dark, shadowy figure” enter the apartment before slamming the door. Then, the screaming started. The officers attempted to forcibly enter the apartment, but were unable to get past the heavy-duty steel door. After one of the officers busted out the living room window, they observed Ricky punching Jill and attempted to tase him. The taser failed to hit it’s mark. Chesapeake, Virginia–Carly Sawyer was a beautiful little 5-year-old girl trapped in the middle of a bitter custody dispute. For 2 1/2 years, two families fought over the child…but, in the end, her father, 24-year-old Joshua Sawyer, was granted custody. Wednesday evening, paramedics were called to the Sawyer home on a report of an unresponsive child. There was little that could be done for her…Carly died on Thursday.
