Scottsdale, AZ – A woman called 911 Monday morning to report that she’d seen “an elderly man” in her neighborhood molesting a young girl. “Um i just saw an elderly man in my neighborhood that I’m not familiar with,” she told the dispatcher. The dispatcher asked the woman to describe what she had seen. “He had her up in a tree… it was very shocking… I tried to follow, he clearly saw me, I don’t think he was sure whether I clearly saw what he was doing, I definitely did.” The caller went on to say the man had the little girl up in a tree and she was naked from the waist down. The man was reportedly committing a sexual act on the child as she sat in the tree. She said the man took off when he realized he’d been seen. Officers blocked off the area while they tracked the alleged molester down. Police say the man in question is 63-year-old Albert Guzman. The child, his own 4-year-old daughter. He was booked on one count of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of public sexual indecency after he was found with the child.…

On April 10, Latovia Jones was accompanied by her mother when she took her 4-month old baby girl to the emergency room with a swollen head. Emergency room staff discovered the child was suffering from a fracture running from the side to the top and also to the back of the head. After additional medical tests, the doctors discovered the child also had nine healing rib fractures as well as a healing wrist fracture. Latovia Jones was unable to disclose any injury to the medical staff that explained the baby’s injuries, only that the child’s father, Zachary Wilson, had told her the baby fell of the bed and hit her head on a trunk while he was watching her the previous day. When questioned, Wilson gave the same lame-ass accuse to investigators. Over the next five days, the police, hospital staff and Child Protective Services were in contact with Jones in hopes of learning what really happened to her child.…
