Ricky Lee Blackwell Is A Monster

CHESNEE, S.C. - I heard this one on the news this morning, and what Ricky Lee Blackwell, 49, did just absolutely sickens me in just how cold-blooded it was. On Wednesday, Ricky’s estranged wife went to their adult daughter’s trailer to swim. She brought her current boyfriend’s daughter, 8-year-old Heather Center, along with her. At some point Ricky, who lives next door, arrived at the residence. No reports on what kind of exchange happened between Ricky and his estranged wife, but Ricky grabbed Heather in a headlock, and shot her once in the head.
