SUMTER COUNTY, Florida – Denise Textor, 59, was charged with attempted first degree murder after shooting her husband twice in the chest with a .38-revolver while he was taking a shower. Dennis was able to escape the home through the bathroom window and call 911 from a neighbor’s home. He was airlifted to the hospital where he was in stable condition on FridayFriday reviews night. Married for 17 years, the couple had retired to Florida from New Jersey where Dennis was an assistant chief law enforcement officer and Denise was a detective. While police where trying to get her to come out of the house, a possible motive for the shooting was revealed. HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY – On Monday, 64-year-old detention deputy Kenneth Moon was inside a jail pod with 62 other inmates at Orient Road Jail. Without warning, 24-year-old inmate Douglas Burden attacked him. After charging MoonMoon reviews and bringing him to the ground, Burden began choking him from behind. That’s when other inmates stepped in. One inmate took Moon’s radio and called for emergency assistance while others pulled Burden off the deputy.
