Rev. Cedric Cuthbert Accused Of Viewing Child Porn At Disney Resort

SANFORD, FL — Rev. Cedric Cuthbert, 49, was arrested Monday on child pornography charges after police say he was viewing child pornography on his computer while on the job at a Disney resort.
Police were first notified about Cuthbert’s actions after Disney contacted them in April after discovering that Cuthbert was trying to access blocked websites while at work at Disney World’s Port Orleans Resort. He was a housekeeping manager there for more than seven years.
Investigators said Cuthbert, a pastor at the St. James AME Church in Sanford, wrote sermons on the same computer he was using to look at young girls performing sex acts on YouTube. He was also accused of reaching out to some of these young ladies in an attempt to offer them guidance.
“you are so cute! Great sexy bodi! Send me a private vid,” he allegedly wrote to one girl. According to the arrest affidavit, semen was found in Cuthbert’s Disney office.
Cedric Cuthbert was arrested and charged with soliciting a child for unlawful sexual conduct and possession of a sexual performance by a child.…

United States – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement are once again asking for the public’s help in identifying a man caught on video sexually assaulting a girl, believed to be around 7 to 9 years old.
On May3, Danish National Police notified U.S. authorities that they had discovered some child pornography they believed had been recently manufactured in the US. Three of the videos are date-stamped April 14, while a second is dated April 27. All four videos were posted to the Internet on May 2.
Danish authorities believe the videos were created in the US because of the background, some products visible in the video, and the man’s appearance. One of these products is a bag of Rold Gold thin pretzels; a Frito-Lay product only manufactured in the United States.
On Tuesday, ICE released five photographs of a man in the videos and hope the public can help identify him and stop the sexual exploitation of a young girl.
“We kind of hit a wall in this investigation. Without the public’s help, we may not be able (to find the man) and more importantly stop the ongoing abuse of this victim,” said Brian Korzak, a special agent with ICE’s Cyber Crimes Center, Child Exploitation Unit.…

West Haven, CT – Gary Gray, whose eyes are currently raping your soul, is being charged with the double-whammy of first degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child.
The 42-year-old has been under investigation since September of 2012, after the alleged victim, a 10-year-old girl, confided in her mother that she ‘thought’ she had sex with Gray, who was living with the family. I thought I was having sex with a fat chick once, turned out I was penetrating a Reuben sandwich that got lost in a fold on its way from the table to her maw.
Forensic examinations and medical evaluations revealed the girl had injuries consistent with sexual assault, police said. When interviewed by police, Gray reportedly told them, “Last time I admitted it, this time I’m not admitting it.”
The “last time” to which Gray was referring was a previous arrest for sexual assault and risk of injury to a child. He’s nothing if not consistent. Gray is also and currently the subject of a New Haven investigation involving another possible sexual assault.…

WINSTON-SALEM, NC – Police say 65-year-old Henry Clifford Byrd Sr., a registered sex offender, is in custody after being accused of raping a 10-year-old girl at a church in Winston-Salem last week.
Police began investigating after being called to the church over allegations that a young girl had been sexually assaulted during a church event at the New Bethel Baptist Church.
Byrd, who served three years for taking indecent liberties with a minor back in 2000, had been invited to participate in church activities. We all know pedophiles and churches go together like rama lama lama ka dinga da dinga dong, and during the evening’s festivities, Byrd sexually assaulted the girl.
Henry Clifford Byrd Sr. was arrested at his home without incident, and charged with first-degree rape and with taking indecent liberties with the girl. No details were released about how Byrd was able to molest the girl without attracting the attention of others.
Police said Byrd was placed in the Forsyth County Detention Center under a $500,000 secured bond and is scheduled to be back in court on April 25. OVIEDO, FL – According to the FBI, 28-year-old Sarah Adleta recorded herself sexually abusing children and then sent the images to a suspected pedophile in North Carolina.
According to a criminal complaint, the FBI became aware of Adleta after they found she’d sent images of herself and multiple children to Aaron Dixon, a North Carolina man who’d been recently charged with having sex with a child.
When agents met with Adleta, she admitted that about a year ago, she began sending Dixon nude photos of her and a child. This lead to her performing sex acts on multiple children while streaming the vile acts live on Skype so Dixon could watch her do it.
She also sent Dixon images of her performing sex acts with the children via email and her cell pone. Adleta, who was taking several classes at UCF, was arrested on child pornography charges and is being held without bail in Polk County jail pending a bond hearing.
One of Adleta’s neighbors said the Adleta would volunteer to babysit her kids, but she always felt something just wasn’t right.…

CLAY, N.Y. - David Renz, the 29-year-old man accused of killing a woman and raping her 10-year-old daughter, was beaten while in jail Friday night.
On Thursday night, Renz abducted 47-year-old Lori Bresnahan and her 10-year-old daughter as they were leaving gymnastic class at the Great Northern Mall. After he bound Bresnahan and her daughter, this piece of shit raped the little girl while her mother remained unable to do anything but listen, unable to protect her.
Afterwards, Renz drove the both victims to a rural road where the little girl got to witness Renz stab her mother to death. No one is clear how the little girl escaped from the car, but she did, and ran to the road where a passing motorist found her and summoned help.
Renz fled on foot into some nearby woods, but was quickly located and apprehended by police without a struggle. He immediately requested a lawyer and refused to answer any questions. David Renz was arrested and charged with murder, rape and kidnapping.…

Gary, IN - Police say 24-year-old Natisha Hillard sold her daughter to 39-year-old Christopher Bour, specifically for the purpose of making child pornography.
In a criminal complaint filed in the case, the FBI states Hillard met Bour through an online dating service and eventually sold the child to him knowing her daughter ”would be portrayed in a visual depiction assisting another person to engage in sexually explicit conduct.” The complaint does not reveal how much money Hillard made off the sale.
Unfortunately, the 18-month-old girl did end up being the star of some of Bour’s porn, and had been ever since she was around 6-months-old. She may have been involved in more had an unidentified woman not contacted the FBI.
The woman contacted the FBI to report that Bour had sent her explicit text message that read: ”U wanna watch me play with a baby tomorrow a real one” while another said: “I get a chance once in a while I was just seeing if you would hold the camera.” The woman said she’d been to Bour’s home before, and had seen child porn playing on his laptop.…

Baltimore, MD – Police have arrested 67-year-old William Steven Albaugh, a deacon for Baltimore’s St. Joseph’s Church, after Verizon found he was storing child porn on their servers.
Detectives first became aware of Albaugh after Verizon Online notified the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that that Albaugh, a subscriber to their Verizon Online Backup and Sharing, was storing child porn on their online cloud storage system.
Albaugh was arrested on March 1st, and admitted he had been viewing child porn since the ’70s but that he would never harm a child. Police would discover child porn on both his Verizon account and on a flash drive, and would seize two PCs and an iPad.
Police do not feel any of the images they found depict children from St. Joseph’s, its school, or the Fullerton community. The Archdiocese of Baltimore released a statement stating they have never received any prior allegations against Albaugh, who was ordained in 1996.
Albaugh was charged with possessing child pornography and has since been released on $75,000 bond as the investigation continues.
While any story concerning child pornography is concerning, I also find it a bit concerning that Verizon is checking out the files their customer’s are backing up.…

Naperville, IL – Police have arrested 35-year-old Bryan Woldman after he drove to a theater, where he thought he was meeting a 12-year-old girl for a sexual encounter.
When Woldman arrived at the theater, he was cock blocked by members of the Naperville Police Department, who arrested Woldman and charged him with indecent solicitation of a minor, traveling to meet a minor for a sexual encounter and grooming.
Police were aware of Woldman after an alert mother contacted them to report her 12-year-old had been engaged in inappropriate communications with Woldman “via Facebook, cell phone, text, and Skype,” police said in a release.
So for the next few weeks, the Naperville Police High Technology Crimes Unit began an investigation in which Woldman “exchanged sexually explicit text messages with what he thought was the 12-year-old female” that ultimately led to Woldman thinking he would be meeting the girl for sex.
At around 7:47 p.m. Friday, Woldman allegedly traveled from his home to the theater where he was arrested without incident. He has been transferred to Will County jail with a bond set at $1 million.…

Jacksonville, FL — Last year we reported on 35-year-old Dalina Nicholas, the woman accused of repeatedly pimping her six-year-old daughter out to homeless men in exchange for cash and crack. The other day she pleaded guilty to four counts of child neglect.
For those of you who missed the original story, police were flagged down by a homeless man who reported witnessing Nicholas’ daughter being sexually assaulted while he was in her home doing drugs. He said that over a two year period, he had witnessed the girl being sexually abused by other men, including a time when Nicholas accepted $20 from a man and then instructed her daughter to get naked so the man could perform oral sex on her.
He finally decided to do something about it after the girl confided to him what was happening to her and asked him to help her make it stop. The investigation that followed would lead to the arrest of Nicholas, who had fled to Georgia, and four men. Quinn Brooks, 57, and Ryan Harrover, were charged with sexual battery and lewd or lascivious molestation while John Hagans, 48, and Norman Thompson, 52, were charged with sexual battery.…

United States – The Feds need your help identifying yet another woman is suspected of producing child porn after a video of her and her 4- to 5-year-old victim surfaced online.
Federal officials were notified of the child porn by Danish National Police after a video featuring the woman and her young victim was downloaded by officers in Denmark. The video featured the woman, nicknamed “Jane Doe,” engaging in explicit sexual conduct with a 4- to 5-year-old victim.
The video was submitted to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where it was determined that the child has never been identified or rescued. Computer experts are currently doing what they can to track down the origins of the video, but that may take some time. So they are turning to the public for help.
Jane Doe’s exact whereabouts are not known, but agents believe she lives in the United States. She’s described as a white woman, 23 to 29 years old with a medium build, brown hair with blonde highlights and hazel/green eyes.…

Seattle, WA – Yesterday I reported on a South Carolina man who was found guilty of impregnating his 13-year-old daughter and will only serve one year behind bars. Now we have a story out of Washington in which a man confessed to repeatedly molesting his 2-year-old daughter and a judge let him walk free.
Jason Sherwood was indicted on child molestation charges in 2011 after he confessed to molesting his 2-year-old daughter on multiple occasions. The tapes were made years after the abuse when Jason and his wife, Susan, decided to start taping their conversations as they went through a divorce. ”We would talk and I was very confused, and I think he was dealing with a lot of denial so we started using the tape recorder. We started taping our conversations,” Susan said.
In these taped conversations, you can hear Jason admit to his wife that he molested their daughter. Susan asks, “How many times did you take her out of the bath and masturbate while she was sitting naked on your lap?” Jason answers, “Oh you know Sue, I don’t remember, but it was probably between five to 10 times.”

Benton, IL – Police have arrested the drummer for The Core of Your Nightmares, a death metal band you’ve probably never heard of until now, accusing him of producing child pornography to share on the Internet.
Martin Evanick aka Vlad Evanick (Facebook), was arrested on Oct 19 and charged with the production of child pornography after prosecutors say the 31-year-old took photographs of himself engaged in sexual acts with a minor, including close-up pictures of the minor’s genitalia.
These photos were taken between April 1, 2012 and April 21, 2012, but the federal indictment states Evanick has been creating child porn for more than two years.
Evanick is being held without bond pending trial as investigators feel he is a flight risk and a danger to the community. They also fear he might threaten, injure or intimidate a victim.
If convicted, Evanick faces between 15 and 30 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and term of supervised release between five years and life. Someone from the band commented on their Facebook page that they had absolutely no idea and are just as appalled as the rest of us.…

NEWPORT BEACH, CA – Last year we reported on 41-year-old Jose Guadalupe Jimenez, the man who abducted and raped a 12-year-old girl while dressed as a clown. On Wednesday, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to one felony count of a lewd act upon a child under 14 and one felony count of a forcible lewd act on a child under 14.
For those of you who missed this story, the 12-year-old victim was abducted from a fast food stand in 2002 by a man dressed as a clown. The clown took her to a nearby school parking lot and raped her in his van before taking her to a motel where he sexually assaulted her again. When the clown left the girl alone to talk to a motel clerk, the girl escaped and contacted police.
The case would remain open for nine years because the girl could only describe her attacker as a man dressed as a clown. With no other leads, all investigators could do was collect DNA and store it in their database.…

MODESTO, CA – The day after a registered sex offender was released from prison, he was arrested for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl on a public bus.
Police say that 37-year-old Kevin Michael Long has spent his life in and out of the system, starting when he was only 12 years old. He has past convictions for assault with intent to commit rape, burglary, drug violations and making terrorizing threats. He just spent over seven years in jail before being paroled on Sept 17.
His family says they were told a month before his parole that he would be sent to a state hospital upon release. But instead of getting treatment, the got a call on the day of his release, instructing them to come pick him up. His family said “eff that.”
This was due, in part, to letters they had received from Long while he was incarcerated in which he admits to being sexually attracted to children, and claiming that he was the Lord.
“I have three teenagers I have a 14-year-old daughter, and 15 and 16-year-old boys. It specifically says in here that those are the kind of people he is interested in,” said one family member who refused to pick Long up upon his release.…

Montgomery County, LA – Police in Louisiana have arrested 49-year-old Duane Parker after he allegedly sent sexual messages to more than a dozen preteens on Facebook, including a video of him masturbating while saying what he would like to do to a seventh-grade girl.
Parker got busted after an investigation into his online activities that started when the mother of one of the girls he contacted authorities after seeing messages from an unfamiliar name on her daughter’s Facebook page. The girl told her mother that she only accepted his friend request due to how many mutual friends that had in common.
His modus operandi seemed to be friending a young girl on Facebook, along with any of her friends, then begin innocently messaging them before bringing out the big guns. “He’ll chat with them for a while but then after befriending them he’ll start sending pornographic videos to them, whether it was video or still images,” said Captain Mark Seals.
By time investigators got involved, Parker had deleted his Facebook account and created a new one. Law enforcement discovered his new Facebook account and seen Parker had attempted to contact several more young girls.…

Just before midnight Sunday, James Curths was hosting a barbecue when a 12-year-old boy ran up to them begging for help, saying that a man was chasing him. At about that time, Curths says he saw a man come around the corner wearing only a Speedo. That man was Rev. Angel Armando Perez, pastor of St. Luke Catholic Church, and the 46-year-old was trying to wave the boy over to him. Curths said the boy was scared to death and hid behind him, telling him the man in the speedo had touched his privates.
“He was staring at us,” said 28-year-old Heather Rodriguez, Curths’ sister-in-law. “Then he stood there with his hands on his hips like, ‘You’re really not going to give him to me?’”
Perez didn’t run away until after Curths told him they were calling police. They took the boy to his sister’s house where the boy repeated what he told Curths; that Perez had touched his privates.…

Kris Gowdy is a 42-year-old youth pastor who seems to enjoy putting more than just the Holy Ghost into teenage boys. He got himself arrested after he allegedly met a 15-year-old boy online and arranged to meet at the boy’s house to have sex.
When Gowdy showed up at the home, his hopes of putting his penis into some teen butthole were dashed when he found that the 15-year-old was actually an undercover Internet Child Exploitation unit officer.
Gowdy was arrested and charged with luring a child via computer, and attempted aggravated sexual assault. According to police, Gowdy was very active in the social dating scene and used the profile name collegetoy2033 on a number of social media sites.
“He’s all over chat rooms and social media,” Van Rooy said. “He’s quite narcissistic. He’s out there and has been for some time.”
Because of his active online presence, his access to teenagers and his travel history, police feel there could be more victims. Gowdy was not working as a youth pastor at the time of his arrest, but has been a youth counselor in churches in Sussex, New Brunswick; Rochester, New York; and Amherstview, Ontario.…

Unknown – The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations is asking for the public’s help in identifying a terrifying looking woman they say is manufacturing child porn that features her engaged in sexual acts with another man and two young children.
While investigating material in an unrelated child pornography case, some poor soul on a computer forensics team found videos of an open sore nightmare, along with an adult male, sexually abusing two children. One of the kids is reportedly 5 to 7 years old while the other is 3 to 5 years old.
This week, the HSI Child Exploitation Investigations Unit’s Victim Identification Program obtained a “Jane Doe” arrest warrant for the unidentified woman after the video evidence was submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. They determined that the children seen in the videos being sexually abused haven’t been identified or rescued.
These poor, poor kids. Aside from being sexually abused, the Powers That Be saw fit they are abused by Jane Doe, who looks like her breath would reek of raw sewage, and a man who would have sex with her.…

CLAYTON, MO – If only all criminals were as stupid as Mr. Donald Ingerson. The 67-year-old, long-time St. Louis teacher has been charged with rape and statutory sodomy after he confessed to sexually assaulting two girls, believing that the statute of limitations had expired on the crimes.
Ingerson worked in five or six districts in Missouri County between 1960 and 1990. He called the St Louis County Prosecutors office on June 4 to inform them he had sexually assaulted two high school girls, aged around 15 years old. One of these occurrence happened in 1974, the other in 1995.
‘This is the first time we’ve had someone contact our office and say, `I want to talk about what I did,’ said St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch.
What was the motive behind Ingerson confessing to his crimes? Perhaps he felt guilty. Maybe he wanted to make amends before he died. Who knows, really? Whatever the reasons, Ingerson only confessed because the statute of limitations is 30 years and thought he could do so without suffering any legal repercussions.…
