Timothy Smith, 16, is dead and a 15-year-old friend has been arrested for supplying the 80mg Oxycodone tablets that killed Tim and sickened three other teenagers on SaturdaySaturday reviews. The 15-year-old suspect stole the time-release opiates from his grandfather, a cancer patient, who kept the drugs in a locked medicine box.
