Ashley Delvalle Accused Of Impersonating Nurse, Molesting Boy At Hospital

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Police have accused 24-year-old Ashley Delvalle of pretending to be a nurse at Saint Christopher’s Hospital for Children and molesting a little boy.
Police responded to the hospital after being notified that Delvalle went into several patients’ rooms telling the parents that she was a nurse, and she would be performing physical examinations.
According to authorities, Delvalle was at the hospital because her own child was a patient. While there, she allegedly molested the boy who was in the bed next to her child. The boy’s mother told police that Delvalle claimed to be a nurse and got permission to examine the boy for bedbugs.
Ashley Delvalle was arrested in the emergency room at the hospital and has been charged with indecent assault of a minor and impersonating the holder of a professional license. Her bail has been set at $50,000.
St. Christopher’s Hospital issued a statement:
“When we were informed by the patient’s mother of the alleged assault, we immediately notified the Philadelphia Police Department and Philadelphia Department of Human Services.…

DELTONA, Fla. - The parents of a senior at Deltona High School are outraged after their 17-year-old son had an asthma attack at school and the school nurse would not let him use his inhaler.
Sue Rudi got a call from her son’s school letting her know that her son was having trouble breathing. When she arrived and was taken back to the nurse’s office, they found her son, Michael Rudi, on the floor.
“As soon as we opened up the door, we saw my son collapsing against the wall on the floor of the nurse’s office while she was standing in the window of the locked door looking down at my son, who was in full-blown asthma attack,” Rudi said.
Michael said his inhaler was confiscated on Friday after the school dean found it in his locker. Even though it was still in its original packaging with his name on it and directions for its use, it was taken away because his mother had not signed the proper form for him to have it.…

Logan, UT — An emergency room technician was jailed last week after a police officer reportedly found him blowing an unconscious patient during an examination at Logan Regional Hospital.
The recipient of the alleged knob noshing had been picked up by police earlier that evening on charges of public intoxication, trespassing and public urination. After passing out in the back of the patrol car, the victim was transported to the hospital for a medical evaluation.
Upon his arrival at the emergency room, the still unconscious victim was placed behind a curtain. As the arresting officer stood outside the curtain writing up his report, head nurse(?) Hal Weston entered to “tend” to the unconscious drunk. When the officer finished the report and popped in to check on the patient, he found Weston bent over the subject, performing oral sex.
Wait…. You mean to tell me that’s not the proper procedure for checking a patient’s vitals? Crap. I gotta have a word with my doctor….
The officer reported what he had witnessed to hospital personnel and 46-year-old Weston was taken into custody on charges of forcible sodomy.…

GREENFIELD, Ind. – A CNA has been fired and may lose her license after she took a picture of a patient who crapped his pants and posted it on her Facebook.
Taia Armstrong, 30, was a certified nursing assistant at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation working with a paraplegic 51-year-old male patient who had crapped himself.
“This is too funny. I need to take a picture of this,” court documents say the certified nurse’s assistant told a co-worker.
The co-worker asked her not to take the picture, but Armstrong couldn’t resist, as getting a picture of a shit-covered ass belonging to a helpless man she was supposed to be caring for was just too hilarious to pass up.
She ended up posting the picture on her Facebook wall where I am assuming she felt her friends and family would find it just as funny as she did. That’s when the co-worker went to her supervisor and reported Armstrong.
Armstrong was fired after admitting she took the picture and her case has been referred to the State Department of Health, which oversees CNAs, and could take away Armstrong’s CNA license. On Thursday, Armstrong was in jail on a voyeurism charge.…

MARTINEZ, Calif. – A nurse working at the Contra Costa County Jail has died after being attacked by an inmate on Monday. Cynthia Palomata, 55, an employee for the Contra Costa Health Services, was checking on burglary suspect Aaron Nygaard, 34, who was brought to her after having a seizure in his holding cell. But Nygaard admitted to her that he had faked the seizure because “he did not want to be in a particular waiting room” then without warning, picked up a lamp and hit Palomata in the head, knocking her unconscious. Police rushed in and had to physically subdue Nygaard who, even after being Tased, was still violently resisting them. Palomatta, a nurse for 20 years, was taken to the hospital but died from her injuries on Thursday morning. Contra Costa County Sheriff Warren Rupf said Nygaard had no prior criminal record before being picked up for suspicion of burglary that morning and had shown no signs of aggression during his time at the jail that day. On Wednesday, Nygaard was charged with premeditated and deliberate attempted murder with an enhancement for causing great bodily injury.…

NAPA, CA - According to the Napa County Sheriff’s Office, psychiatric technician Donna Gross was walking on the grounds of the Napa State Hospital grounds when she was strangled to death by a mental patient. Jess Willard Massey, 37, has now been charged with murder after police say he killed Gross for $2 in cash, her jewelry and a pack of gum. The body of the 54-year-old woman was discovered by fellow workers who went looking for her when she did not return back from a break. Massey, who has admitted to the killing, was declared legally insane after being charged with robbery, assault and attempted murder stemming from an incident in which Massey allegedly slit a woman’s throat after she refused to have sex with him. Employees at the hospital say this is just one of many incidents that have made them feel unsafe at work. They said some accused and convicted murderers, violent offenders deemed mentally unfit to stand trial or not guilty by reason of insanity, are free to roam the 138-acre campus.…

Starting with 38-year-old Chad Matthew Collins. He is a nursing assistant for High Point Regional Hospital who was just fired as well as arrested on a charge of sexual battery. Police say that last Sunday, a man was in the emergency room for a stomach disorder and Collins took it upon himself to fondle the man’s junk. The hospital has stated that Collins is not authorized to have any contact with patients. If Collins is guilty of this, I just cannot fathom why he’d risk losing his job, possibly serve jail time and be publicly humiliated just to jack some stranger off especially when all he would have to do for that is visit his local YMCA. Chicago - James Whittington, 48, was in court today answering to charges of criminal sexual abuse, stemming from allegations made by a patient he cared for at Weiss Memorial Hospital on February 12th. The 57-year-old woman has accused Whittington of injected her with morphine while she was a patient in the ER where he worked as a nurse. While sedated, Whittington allegedly kissed her breast and ejaculated into her hand. Town Hall District police said that when the woman woke up, Whittington was fondling her. He is on paid leave pending the outcome of the investigation and the hospital is cooperating with police. “Our preliminary hospital investigation shows that the proper chain of command regarding notification and investigation was followed correctly. Patient safety, as well as the safety of our employees, is a top priority at Weiss,’’ a hospital statement read. I know, a lot of details missing, but it is all I got.
