Opelika, AL – It’s been three months. Three months since a newborn baby girl was found dead, lying face down in a drainage ditch behind an Opelika apartment complex. The tiny body was wrapped in fabric, left outside in the weather. The coroner named her Noelani, because nobody came to claim her.
